I have compiled a set of practical combat usage of Yin and Yang Bagua Death Breaker and shared it with everyone.
This is a continuation of the fierce and simple fighting moves of chasing and hitting the elbow, turning the head against the chest, and trying to find the key hit.
First, stumbling legs to the chest
Our side and the enemy step on the left, put their left wrists on each other, and turn to the left (Figure 1-1). Suddenly, we tripped the enemy’s left leg with our right foot forward, while holding our right wrist with our left hand, flexing our arm to the right and slamming into the enemy’s chest (1-2).
In this move, our sidestep tripping legs makes the enemy’s position unable to change, and the chest can cause internal injuries to the enemy.
Second, the stumbling surface
We join hands with the enemy to the left, put their left wrists on each other, and turn to the left (Figure 2-1). Suddenly, we tripped the enemy’s leg with our right foot forward and right behind the outside of the enemy’s left leg, grabbed the enemy’s left wrist with the same hand and brought it back, and used our right arm to pick up the enemy’s left armpit, and then quickly slammed the enemy’s face with the back of the right palm (Figure 2-2).
In this move, grab the enemy’s left wrist to control the change of his left arm, pick the arm to make the enemy fall backwards, and fan the enemy in the face.
3. Collar elbows
We join hands with the enemy to the left, put their left wrists on each other, and turn to the left (Figure 3-1). Suddenly, our right foot stepped forward behind the outside of the enemy’s left foot, while grasping the enemy’s left wrist with the left hand and striking the enemy’s left ear with the right elbow (Figure 3-2).
This move can seriously injure the enemy’s head and cause them to have tinnitus and dazzle.
Fourth, the upper step trip
I confronted the enemy in a three-body position with his left foot in front and right foot behind (Figure 4-1). We suddenly and quickly put our right foot behind the enemy’s left leg, hang his leg, and at the same time grab the enemy’s left wrist with the left hand, and use our right arm to pierce the right side of the enemy’s chest, and slam into the enemy’s chest to the right and back (Figure 4-2).
This move can make the enemy’s left leg and left arm unchangeable, causing him to fall backwards or injure his chest.
5. Pierce the palm and poke the throat
I confronted the enemy in a three-body position with my left foot in front and my right foot behind (Figure 5-1). I suddenly turned left and at the same time struck the enemy throat with my right upright palm (Figure 5-2).
This move can injure the enemy’s throat, making breathing and eating difficult.
6. Pick your arm and hit the crotch
I and the enemy stood in a three-body position with my left foot in front and my right foot behind and confronted each other (Figure 6-1). We suddenly step forward and right, while picking our left arm up and striking the enemy’s crotch with our right palm (Figure 6-2).
This move controls the change of the enemy’s left arm and will severely damage the enemy’s crotch.
7. Insert the palm into the throat
I confronted the enemy in a three-body position with my left foot in front and my right foot behind (Figure 7-1). We suddenly turned quickly to the left, stepped forward with our right foot, and at the same time pierced the enemy’s throat with our right palm to the right (Figure 7-2).
This move will cause heavy damage to the enemy’s throat.
8. Cut the neck by the head
I stood in a three-body position with my left foot in front and my right foot behind the enemy, facing each other (Figure 8-1). Suddenly, with our left hand, we grabbed the enemy’s hair and pulled it downward, while turning to the left, forward and right foot, and slashing the back of the enemy’s neck with the outer edge of the right palm (Figure 8-2).
This move will cause severe damage to the enemy’s cervical spine and may even cause total paralysis, so it should be used with caution.
