1、 Left style
1. The right foot crosses the left foot and takes a step to the left. The left foot then takes a step to the left. The two feet are still shoulder width wide and stand in parallel. At the same time, the two hands are lifted forward and upward from the palms on both sides, and then arc to the left and right slowly (Fig. 1), followed by rolling elbows and wrists. 2. Three circles of cross abdominal push
(1) The right palm is obliquely pushed from the right waist and flank to the lower edge of the right chest rib, through the heart pit to the lower edge of the left chest rib, and the upper body turns 45 degrees to the left. At the same time, the left palm was pushed from the left lateral costal to the lateral margin of the left cardiac fossa.

At the same time, take the right hand to pass the lower edge of the lower abdomen from the left belly corner to the front of the dead belly corner.
(3) Continue to push the right palm upward to the lower edge of the right chest rib, and then push it through the cardiac fossa to the lower edge of the left chest rib. The upper body then turns 90 degrees to the left, and the right hand continues to lead the left abdominal edge down to the left abdominal corner. At the same time, the left palm passes through the left belly corner from the right belly corner to the lower edge of the lower abdomen, and passes through the front of the soft waist to the lower part of the left chest rib

3. Exhale and push the abdomen three times

The right hand will draw an arc from the right side down to the right and up to the left, with a bent palm hanging over the left fist and an open armpit hanging over the elbow. The right foot then takes a step to the left. The heel lands first, the toes buckle inside, and the two feet are in the shape of an inside splay. At this time, the body has turned 180 degrees, facing the rear (Figure 6)
2. The left foot passes through the right foot and takes a horizontal step. The toe falls to the ground and rotates 90 degrees, and the heel falls to the ground. At the same time, turn the upper body 180 degrees to the left and back, keep the right foot in place, rotate 180 degrees with the heel as the axis, and form an internal splay on both feet. At the same time, the left palm crosses the face to the right and upward through the front of the abdomen, swings its arm to the left, and blows air (Fig. 7). 2、 Right style
1. Take an arc step to the left with the right foot. The heel lands first and the toe swings out for 60 degrees. Then the left foot also strides to the right. The heel lands first and the toe buckles inside. The two feet are in the shape of an inner octagon. At this time, the body has turned 180 degrees. At the same time, the left hand continues to move downward and forward to the right palm.
The right hand crosses the face upward from the rib of the left foot, then bends the elbow downward to the right and clenches the fist until it is tied at the right waist, with the fist heart upward. The left fist changes into a palm ‘and then goes down, left and up to the face, and hangs the right palm on the right fist.
2. After the right foot passes through the left foot, stretch out one step, rotate the toe to the ground by 90 degrees, and land the foot eye. At the same time, turn the upper body to the right and back 180 degrees, keep the left foot in place, rotate 189 degrees with the heel as the axis, and form an internal splay. At the same time, the right palm crosses the face to the left and upward through the front of the abdomen, swings its arm to the right, and blows air at the same time.
