Wudang Daomen stumbled to the 8 methods

The eight methods of stumbling pay attention to not fighting the enemy to the death, but avoiding the enemy’s reality and defeating the enemy’s weakness. This technique mostly uses anti-joint techniques and supporting techniques to take advantage of the situation and make the enemy lose his balance and fall to the ground. This technique is a secret skill in the Daomen of Wudang Dynasty.

I will share with you the practical application of this set of stumbling eight methods.

First, the rising sun falls

1. Our side confronts the enemy in a left-hand fighting style; The enemy attacks our upper plate with a right lunge and a right straight fist; We immediately turn to the right and dodge the enemy’s incoming punches at 90 degrees, while pushing the enemy’s right elbow inward with our left hand and sticking the palm of our right hand straight into the enemy’s throat (Figure 1);

2. Without stopping, our side immediately steps up and right from the outside of the enemy’s right leg to the enemy’s right foot, tripped the enemy’s right leg with our right leg, and at the same time quickly turned up the palm of the right palm, and used the right palm to push the enemy’s jaw up and forward, and the enemy fell (Figure 2).

Second, cross the crane fall

1. Our side confronts the enemy in a left-hand fighting style; The enemy attacked our chest with a right right leg; Our side immediately turned to the right and dodged the enemy’s right foot at 90 degrees; At the same time, he slaps the enemy’s right calf outward with both hands, and breaks the straight force with horizontal force to defuse the enemy’s attack (Figure 3);

2. Keep moving up, our right foot quickly steps forward behind the enemy, tripping the enemy’s legs or supporting legs; He then twisted to the left and slammed his right palm forward into the chest of the enemy, throwing the enemy on his back (Figure 4).

Third, the body falls

1. Our side confronts the enemy in a left-hand fighting style; The enemy stepped up to the right and grabbed my chest with his right hand; We immediately clasped the enemy’s right hand with our right hand to prevent him from escaping or flexing his arm; Immediately, our left foot steps forward from the outside of the enemy’s right leg, clasps the toe inward, and firmly tripped the enemy’s right leg with our left leg (Fig. 5);

2. The upward movement does not stop, and then we quickly twist our body to the right, and at the same time press the enemy’s right elbow joint with the left shoulder forward, down, and right, so that it moves backwards and is extremely painful, and the enemy is forced to fall out to the left front (Figure 6).

Fourth, seven stars fall

1. Our side confronts the enemy in a left-hand fighting style; The enemy strikes us in the head with a straight right fist on the right step; Our side immediately slid to the right and forward to dodge the enemy’s right fist; and broke into the enemy’s middle door and tripped the enemy’s right leg from the inside with his left leg; At the same time, we use our left forearm to block the enemy’s right forearm, and use horizontal force to break the straight force to defuse the enemy’s right fist attack (Figure 7);

2. The upward movement does not stop, our side quickly twists the waist to the right, with the help of the force of twisting the waist, our left hand quickly slashes violently along the enemy’s right arm to the enemy’s right neck or right ear root; The enemy threw to his left under the attack of striking on us (Figure 8).

5. Cross fall

1. Our side confronts the enemy in a left-hand fighting style; The enemy steps up to the right and grasps our wrists with both hands facing down (Figure 9);

2. The enemy immediately stepped up to the left and approached, intending to carry out further aggression; At this time, our arms are immediately rotated externally, and at the same time exert force upward and forward, using the enemy’s fingers (index finger, middle finger, ring finger, little finger) as the fulcrum to pry up the wrist, so that the enemy can let go, and also cause the enemy to fall backwards (Figure 10).

Sixth, the double swallow falls

1. Our side confronts the enemy in a left-hand fighting style; The enemy steps forward and left and grasps our wrists with both hands facing down (Fig. 11);

2. We immediately twist our waist to the right, while twisting our arms from the inside up and outward to let go of the enemy, and also cause the enemy to throw out to his left side (Fig. 12).

Seventh, the lock is down

1. Our side confronts the enemy in a right-hand fighting style; The enemy steps up to the right, grabs our right wrist with his right hand, and grabs our right elbow with his left hand to perform a counter-joint grappling (Fig. 13);

2. We immediately use our left hand to go under our right arm, rotate clockwise, and pass forward along the right arm to free the enemy’s hands from the control of our right arm; At the same time, our left foot steps up from the outside of the enemy’s right leg to the enemy’s right foot, and uses our left leg to trip the enemy’s right leg; I then twisted to the left and struck the enemy chest forward and left with my freed right palm, causing the enemy to fall backwards to the right (Fig. 14).

8. Fold back fall

1. Our side confronts the enemy in a left-hand fighting style; The enemy steps up to the right, grabbing my left wrist with his left hand and my left elbow with his right hand, ready to perform the anti-joint technique (Fig. 15);

2. Our side immediately uses our right hand to rotate clockwise from under our left arm, and the edge is pierced forward along the left arm to free the enemy’s hands from the control of our left arm; Then we slide forward, move our left foot from the outside of the enemy’s right leg to the enemy’s right foot, and trip the enemy’s right leg with our left leg; I then twist to the left, and with the help of the force of twisting, I use my right palm to pounce on the enemy’s chest forward and down, causing the enemy to fall backwards (Figure 16).
