Wrestling techniques formed with legs and feet (inverted feet)

1. Technical decomposition

Upside down is a technique in which the opponent kicks the opponent’s heel and causes the opponent to fall on his or her back when facing the opponent.

This kind of stumble with inverted feet mainly relies on the kick of the foot to kick down the opponent, so the kick of the inverted foot should be quickly and crisply. After the two sides came out of the fight, as soon as they found that the other party was giving up their waist and falling down, taking advantage of the other party’s loss of body balance, they suddenly flew up and kicked the other party’s heels, using the kick strength and the other party’s loss of body balance to make them fall on their backs. In the mutual wrestling between the two sides, try to use the technique to cause the other party’s footwork mistakes, once the other party shows the waist and fall, fly up and kick the other party as soon as possible.

2. Offensive techniques

Inverted foot technique: those who belong to the loose hand move include flying catch, inverted arm eyebrow kick; Those who belong to the wrong step fall method have a landing foot.

(1) Flying catcher

【Technical characteristics】Flying catcher is not grabbing the position and kicking down the opponent’s loose stumbling block. This tripper is suitable for use when both sides form a straight frame. Kick the opponent’s front leg directly with the bottom leg.

[Actual combat action] Take both sides as an example. When the two sides fight, they quickly shake their hands in front of each other’s faces, while moving their left foot slightly to the left and walking the fight (causing the other party to feel inexplicable and stunned) (Fig. 78); While the opponent is unprepared, quickly fly up and kick the opponent’s right heel with your left foot (raise your knee first and then swing your calf when kicking, hook your toe to have a strong pocket), while twisting your right foot outward, and continue to shake your hands naturally (Fig. 79). Because of the rapid and powerful movement of the kick, he kicked the opponent to the ground with lightning speed.

【Action Points】Take advantage of the other party’s unpreparedness, immediately fly and kick the other party, and the action is crisp and sharp.

(2) Inverted arm wipe eyebrow kick

【Technical characteristics】Inverted arm eyebrow wiping kick is the use of inverted arm, eyebrow wiping method, loose hands into the move. This tripper is suitable for use when both sides form a straight frame. Kick the opponent’s front or bottom leg directly with the bottom leg.

[Actual combat action] Take both sides as an example. When the two sides fight, they quickly grab each other’s right arm upside down with both hands, and pull each other’s right elbow into their arms with their right hand, thus leading to the other party’s force inevitably pulling back their right arm (Fig. 80); Taking advantage of the opponent’s reclamation of the arm, quickly wipe the opponent’s forehead with his left hand (the arms form a horizontal tear, causing the opponent’s upper body to lean back even more), and take advantage of the situation to kick the opponent’s right heel (or left heel) with his left foot (Figure 81). Under the combined effect of the upper and lower kicks, the opponent is forced to fall backwards.

【Action Points】Take advantage of the opponent’s arm and lean back, quickly wipe the opponent, and kick fiercely.

(3) Footsteps

【Technical characteristics】Footsteps are also called wrong steps. In wrestling, sometimes the opponent takes the wrong step (or our cooperation causes the opponent’s footwork to be wrong), and takes the opportunity to trip the opponent. Footsteps are a kind of stumbling that is used in this case. It is a staggered throw. This tripper is suitable for use when both sides form a top shelf. When the opponent’s front leg drops, kick the front leg.

[Actual combat action] Take our right frame and the opponent’s left frame as an example. When the two sides fight, the opponent’s left foot takes a step forward (falling step), and due to the opponent’s footwork error, the weight of the opponent’s body is biased on the left leg that forms the falling step (Figure 82); I took advantage of the situation and kicked my opponent’s left heel with my right foot (Figure 83), causing the opponent to be caught off guard and kicked to the ground. If you use it properly, you can get a knock-in effect.

【Action Points】As soon as the opponent appears and falls, immediately kick the other party.

3. Cracking technique

There is only one case of cracking the inverted foot, which can be cracked by the supplementary kick (inverted foot) cracking method.

【Actual combat action】Supplementary kick belongs to the category of inverted foot, which is suitable for cracking inverted foot. Take the flying catcher, for example: the opponent kicks my right foot with his left foot. When the opponent’s left foot kicked my right foot (Figure 84), I quickly moved my right foot to the left (or crossed my right leg) and dodged to the left, so that the opponent kicked the air (thus escaping the opponent’s attack and preparing the opponent for the counterattack) (Figure 85); Since my right foot lands first and the opponent’s left foot lands later, I can immediately kick the opponent’s left heel with my right foot (see Figure 83) while the opponent has not yet stood firm, causing the opponent to fall backwards.

【Action Points】Move and flash quickly, and immediately kick the other party while the other party has not yet stood firm.
