First, the front straight fist

This straight punch mainly attacks the face, chest, throat, abdomen, and crotch of the enemy’s midline.
Second, the front chop
Preparatory posture: stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and your knees slightly bent; The left forearm is parallel to the ground, and the left hand is palmed and palmed down in front of the abdomen; Raise the right hand on the right or left side of the head; Look ahead.
Action: from the preparatory position, right straight chopping palm, feet not moving, waist as the axis, body twisted to the left, right palm from the right head to left slash, visual slash direction; Right counter-chop, feet do not move, with the waist as the axis, the body twists to the right, the right palm slashes from the left side of the head to the right, visually slashing in the direction of the slash.
The slash mainly attacks the head, ear roots, temples, neck, and ribs on the side of the enemy’s body.
These moves are actually very simple, but usually practice a lot. Therefore, to practice the above moves, ordinary training is essential, and having a household standing sandbag (tumbler) can facilitate your usual training.
3. Backstroke (fist)
Preparatory posture: stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and your knees slightly bent; Stretch your arms forward, palms down, and look ahead.
Movement: from the preparatory position, with the waist as the axis, the feet do not move, the body is twisted to the right, the right arm is struck down and back, and the force reaches the outside of the palm (the bottom of the fist); Fold your left hand on your left waist and look at the direction of the right back and lower strokes.
Backswing (fist) mainly attacks the crotch point of our enemy wrapped around the back.
4. Horizontal fist
Preparatory posture: stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and your knees slightly bent; The arms are bent at 90 degrees in front of the chest and abdomen, the right forearm is on the top, the left forearm is down, and the palms of the two palms are downward; Look to the right.
Movement: from the preparatory posture, the feet do not move, with the waist as the axis, the body is twisted to the right, the right arm is extended and rotated outward, the right palm changes into a fist to the right side, and the force reaches the back of the fist; Look at the direction of the punch on the right.
The horizontal fist mainly attacks the face, throat, chest, abdomen, crotch and other vital parts of the enemy located on our flanks.
5. Elbow forward
Preparatory Posture: The preparatory posture of the frontal straight fist of the same move 1.
Movement: from the preparatory posture, the feet do not move, with the waist as the axis, the body twists to the left, the right elbow follows the trend to forward and upward, the force reaches the tip of the elbow, and at the same time the left palm changes into a fist with the twisting momentum to close the left waist; Visually look in the direction of the elbow strike.
Raise your elbow forward to attack the opponent’s jaw and chest.
6. Elbow back
Preparatory Posture: The preparatory posture of the backward palm (fist) with the same move three.
Movement: From the preparatory position, with the waist as the axis, the feet do not move, the body is twisted to the right, the right elbow is slammed backwards, the force reaches the tip of the elbow, and the left hand is closed at the left waist, and the direction of the right rear elbow strike is visually viewed.
Push back to elbow, mainly attack, back wrapped around our enemy’s abdomen and ribs.
7. Side chopping
Preparatory Pose: The preparatory pose of the frontal slash of the same move 2.
Action: The same as the frontal slash in move 2, the difference is that the frontal slash in move 2 is to attack the enemy in the front, and the side slash is to attack the enemy located on our side.
The target is the face, throat, chest, abdomen, crotch and other vital parts located in the enemy’s midline on our flanks.
8. Kick your legs
Preparatory posture: hands crossed at the waist; The left foot is a foot-length position in front of the right foot, the center of gravity is between the legs, and the legs are slightly bent.
Movement: from the preparatory position, the center of gravity is shifted to the left leg, the right leg is raised up the knee to the thigh parallel to the ground, and then the crotch is sent forward to drive the upper and lower legs forward to kick out, reaching the heel; Visually view the direction of the attack.
The leg kick mainly attacks the abdomen and crotch of the frontal enemy.
9. Side kicking
Preparatory Posture: The preparatory position of the leg kick with the same move eight.
Movement: from the preparatory position, the center of gravity is shifted to the left leg, the right leg is raised up the knee to the thigh parallel to the ground, then extend the hip and knee, kick out to the side, and reach the heel; Visually view the direction of the attack.
On the battlefield, soldiers are inconvenient to get up high due to heavy loads, so this side kick leg is low, mainly attacking the enemy’s abdomen, knee joints, and crotch points.
10. Back legs
Preparatory Posture: The preparatory posture of the front kick leg of the same move 8 and the side kick leg of move 9.
Movement: From the preparatory position, the center of gravity is shifted to the left leg, the right leg is raised up the knee to the thigh parallel to the ground, and then pedaled backwards to reach the heel.
The back leg is mainly used to attack the abdomen, crotch, knees and other vital parts of the enemy located on the back of our back.
