[meditation requirements] keep your toes tight, your legs straight, your feet close together, stand upright and look up, look between your fingers, straighten your arms, bend your three fingers in the palm of your hand, don’t leave a gap, and concentrate your strength.
[breathing method] hold your breath until you stop the handstand. Then you can do deep breathing, finger rubbing and arm swing exercises.
[precautions] attention should be highly concentrated and not discouraged to avoid injury. It should be done at one go.
Two finger zen single bamboo handstand
（1） The right hand points to the ground and the left finger as an aid. Straighten the arm, look at the finger, bend the knee of the right foot for support, and straighten the left foot and put it about 20 cm behind the right foot. (Figure 2-26)
（2） Put your left foot on the wall, straighten your right foot and move your center of gravity forward. (Figure 2-27)
（3） Straighten your left foot, slowly move your right foot to the surface of your left foot, and keep your feet straight and close together. (Figure 2-28)

Two finger zen with two arms hanging in the air
（1） Sit flat on the ground, feet straight and close together, toes taut The body is straight, the arms are perpendicular to the ground on the left and right sides, and the fingers of both hands touch the ground Look ahead. (Figure 2-33)
