Two finger zen handstand and hanging meditation Teaching

The two finger zen stands upside down with both arms against the wall

 

[method]

 

(1) Touch the ground with both hands, shoulder width apart, straighten your arms, look at your fingers, take a half step forward with your right foot and bend your knees. Straighten your left foot The distance between fingers and the wall is about 30 cm. (Figure 2-20)

(2) Put your left foot straight on the wall from bottom to top, and then straighten your right foot. (Figure 2-21)

(3) Move the right foot from bottom to top next to the left foot, close together, straighten your legs and stand upside down. (Figure 2-22)

[meditation requires] concentration and guidance Look at your fingers and straighten your whole body.

 

[breathing method] hold your breath and stop still until you can’t hold it, then you can put it down and do deep breathing and finger rubbing exercises.

 

[precautions] do not transfer your mind during handstand, raise your head, tighten your toes, and fully straighten your wrists, arms and whole body.

[method]

 

(1) Face to the wall, point to the ground with shoulder width, straighten your arms and move your center of gravity forward Bend your knees with your left foot, withdraw your right foot backward for a distance of about 50 cm, point your toes to the ground and straighten your legs. (Figure 2-23)

(2) The right foot is used as the main swing leg, swing upward with force, and the left foot follows the swing direction of the right foot to the wall. (Figure 2-24) (Figure 2-25)

[meditation requirements] keep your toes tight, your legs straight, your feet close together, stand upright and look up, look between your fingers, straighten your arms, bend your three fingers in the palm of your hand, don’t leave a gap, and concentrate your strength.

 

[breathing method] hold your breath until you stop the handstand. Then you can do deep breathing, finger rubbing and arm swing exercises.

 

[precautions] attention should be highly concentrated and not discouraged to avoid injury. It should be done at one go.

[method]

 

(1) The right hand points to the ground and the left finger as an aid. Straighten the arm, look at the finger, bend the knee of the right foot for support, and straighten the left foot and put it about 20 cm behind the right foot. (Figure 2-26)

(2) Put your left foot on the wall, straighten your right foot and move your center of gravity forward. (Figure 2-27)

(3) Straighten your left foot, slowly move your right foot to the surface of your left foot, and keep your feet straight and close together. (Figure 2-28)

(4) Both left and right feet are full Put it away Slowly retract the left hand, ask the left waist and hug the fist, look at the front and straighten the whole body. (Figure 2-29)

[meditation requirements] arms and legs must be straight and close together without bending

 

[breathing method] do not breathe, and fully hold your breath. Only after completing the action can you do deep breathing, finger rubbing, arm swing and other auxiliary exercises.

 

[precautions] attention should be highly concentrated, and thoughts and ideas should be firm.
