There are many grappling techniques, but the basic method is to create a lock on the joints and compress the acupuncture points.
From the analysis of joint injury mechanism, each joint is easily injured when excessive flexion, extension and twisting, and the most basic manipulations to make each joint occur the above physiological forms are as follows:
folding, excessive flexion and extension of joints;
twisting, the technique of excessive rotation of the joints;
Twisting, a deformation technique in which the joint undergoes excessive rotation and excessive flexion (extension) at the same time.
The practical combat combat application of the three basic techniques of folding, twisting and twisting in knuckles, wrist joints, elbow joints, and shoulder joints is sorted out and shared with everyone. Everyone learns these three grappling techniques, and it is no longer difficult to lock the enemy’s fingers, wrists, elbows, and shoulder joints.
1. Knuckles
Knuckle twisting grappling technique
Under the action of one or both hands, the enemy’s thumb knuckles are extended forward, and at the same time the metacarpal joint is rotated and extended, causing severe pain in the thumb and metacarpal joint (Fig. 1-1-1, Fig. 1-1-2).
Second, the wrist joint
1. “folding” grappling technique of wrist joint
Under the action of one or both hands and chest, the enemy’s wrist joint is overextended or bent forward, resulting in severe wrist pain (Fig. 2-1-1, Fig. 2-1-2, Fig. 2-1-3, Fig. 2-1-4).
2. The “twisting” grappling technique of the wrist joint
Under the action of one or both hands, the enemy’s wrist joint is extended and rotated, causing severe pain on the inside of the wrist joint (Fig. 2-2-1, Fig. 2-2-2).
Third, the elbow joint
1. The “folding” grappling technique of the elbow joint
Under the action of one or both hands, the enemy’s elbow joint is overextended, causing severe pain in the elbow joint (Fig. 3-1-1, Fig. 3-1-2).
2. The “twisting” grappling technique of the elbow joint
Under the action of one or both hands, the enemy’s elbow joint is rotated and extended, causing severe pain in the elbow joint (Fig. 3-2-1).
4. Shoulder joint
The “twisting” grappling technique of the shoulder joint
Under the action of one or both hands, the enemy’s shoulder joint is rotated and extended, causing severe pain in the shoulder joint (Fig. 4-1-1).
