1. Arhat Broken Branch
Action Description: The enemy takes the initiative to attack and grab my collar. I hold both sides of the enemy’s thumb and pinkie with both hands upwards, quickly and forcefully press down, then pull back to make the enemy feel pain, lose their center of gravity, and fall to the ground to subdue them (as shown in Figure 1-5).

2. Swing legs to hit the surface
Action description: The enemy attacks with their left whip leg, and after defending, I quickly swing my leg head and back (Figure 6-8).

Key points: Defense should be fast, and legs should be tough.
3. Shift arm forward push
Action description: The enemy takes the initiative to strike with a right swing fist. I quickly block with my left arm and hit the enemy’s cheek with my right hand (Figure 9-11).

4. Connect the leg and hit the surface
Action description: The enemy takes the initiative to attack with their right whip leg. I quickly dodge and catch the enemy’s leg with my left hand, then take a right step up and hit the face (Figure 12-14).

Key points: Use your hand to hit the face quickly and forcefully, attacking weak areas of the face, such as the nose and eyes.
5. Diving side kick
Action Description: The enemy launches a side kick in the air, and I quickly squat down and kick out with the side kick, causing it to fall to the ground (Figure 15-17).

6. Flashing and neck sweeping
Action Description: The enemy takes the initiative to attack with a right kick. I quickly dodge on my side and use my right hand to sweep my neck in pain, subduing the enemy (Figure 18-20).

7. Turn around and fold your arms
Action description: The enemy attacked from the rear, and I quickly grabbed the enemy’s wrist, turned around, twisted my arm, and used my right whip to hit the face, subduing him (Figure 21-25).

8. Don’t press your head with your arm
Action description: Insert your arms into the enemy’s armpit from behind, place your hands behind their head, tighten your fingers, and press down on their head while lifting their arms up (Figure 26-28).

9. Dodging and kicking
Action description: The enemy swings their legs to attack after taking off, and I quickly squat down and kick them with my front leg (Figure 29-31).

10. Shift forward strike
Action description: The enemy grabbed my shoulder with both hands, and I quickly raised my arms to open the criminal’s arms. I quickly clenched my fist and hit the criminal’s jaw upwards (Figure 32-34).
