First, punch the throat with the wrist
Our side fights the enemy in a left-hand fighting style; The enemy stepped forward and right, punching us in the chest with a right punch; We immediately block the enemy’s right wrist with our left forearm to block the enemy’s incoming punch (Figure 1-1). Immediately afterwards, while the enemy’s right fist was recovered, our side quickly hit the enemy’s throat with a right punch and crushed the enemy (Figures 1-2).
Second, the outer collar arm hit the ribs
The enemy steps up to the right and attacks our chest with a right punch; We step forward with our right foot, while using our right forearm to thrust outward the enemy’s right wrist or forearm to prevent incoming punches from the enemy (Figure 2-1). Immediately, we grabbed the enemy’s right wrist with our right hand and pulled it back to force the enemy to lean forward (Figure 2-2). Immediately afterwards, taking advantage of the emptiness of the enemy’s ribs, our side quickly struck the enemy’s right rib with a strong left fist and crushed the enemy by taking advantage of the enemy’s upper body leaning forward.
Third, pick your arm and push your palm to hit your chest
Our side fights the enemy in a left-hand fighting style; The enemy steps up to the right and attacks our upper plate with a right punch; We immediately use our left forearm to block the enemy’s left wrist or left forearm outward to block the enemy’s incoming punch (Figure 3-1). Immediately afterwards, our left arm is extended forward to stretch out the enemy’s right arm to force it unable to defend, and we step forward and right to get closer (Figure 3-2). Without stopping, our side quickly pushed forward with the right push palm and slammed forward into the chest and heart socket of the enemy, defeating the enemy (Figure 3-3).
Fourth, pick the arm to grab the wrist and hit the face
Our side fights the enemy in a left-hand fighting style; The enemy steps up to the right and attacks our upper plate with a right punch; We immediately use our left forearm outward to frame the enemy’s right wrist arm (Figure 4-1). Immediately, our left hand grabs the enemy’s right wrist and pulls back to force the enemy to lean forward, while quickly stepping up and right to get closer (Figure 4-2). Immediately afterwards, we slammed our right palm forward into the enemy’s face, wounding the enemy’s face (Figure 4-3).
5. Kick the wrist side to the chest
Our side fights the enemy in a left-hand fighting style; The enemy steps up to the right and attacks our chest with a right punch; We immediately block the defense with our left arm (Figure 5-1). Immediately afterwards, our left leg quickly bent and raised up, preparing for the next attack (Figure 5-2). Moving upward, our side quickly turned to the right and leaned to the right with our upper body, kicking the enemy’s chest with our left leg and crushing the enemy (Figure 5-3).
6. Pick the wrist side and kick the crotch

Immediately afterwards, our side quickly kicked the enemy’s crotch with a left leg, severely damaging the enemy (Figure 6-2).
7. Grab the wrist and shovel the leg and kick the knee
Our side fights the enemy in a left-hand fighting style; The enemy steps up to the right and hits our chest with a right lunge and a right punch; We immediately grabbed the enemy’s right wrist with our right hand and pulled it back, forcing the enemy’s right side to open the void and raising our left knee to prepare for attack (Figure 6-1).
