First, the chuck falls
We stand with our left foot in front and our right foot in the back, facing the enemy. The enemy steps forward and left, and hits us in the head with a right swing; We immediately block outward with our left forearm (Figure 1-1). Constantly moving upward, our left hand grasps the enemy’s right wrist, and the right foot quickly inserts forward under the enemy’s crotch, while holding the enemy’s neck with the right hand and clamping it tightly with the right arm; Then turn the upper body to the left and back, while the left hand violently pulls the enemy’s right arm downward, and the right arm violently entrains the enemy’s neck to the left and down, and the two forces are combined into one, and the enemy is violently thrown out of our back (Figure 1-2).
Second, twist the neck and fall
We stand with our left foot in front and our right foot in the back, facing the enemy. The enemy stepped forward and left, leaned forward, and tried to hold my left leg with both hands to perform the move of holding my leg and throwing; Taking advantage of the moment when the enemy leans forward, we quickly support the enemy’s chin with our left hand upwards, while holding the top of the enemy’s head with our right hand (Figure 2-1). Immediately after the upward movement, our side quickly screwed the enemy’s head clockwise with both hands, and wrenched the enemy to the ground (Figure 2-2).
Third, turn around and fall
We stand with our right foot in front and our left foot in the back, facing the enemy. The enemy steps forward and right, leans forward, and wants to wrap his arms around our right leg to perform a leg-hugging and throwing move; At the moment of leaning forward, we quickly grasp the sides of the enemy’s head with both hands (Figure 3-1). Immediately after the upward movement, we immediately took a step forward with our right foot, quickly turned left and back, and at the same time grabbed the enemy’s head with both hands and slammed the enemy backwards and slammed him to the ground (Figure 3-2).
Fourth, put your arms around the neck
We stand with our left foot in front and our right foot in the back, facing the enemy. The enemy steps forward and right, and hits us in the head with a right swing; Our side immediately blocks outward with our left hand and grabs the enemy’s right shoulder, then quickly steps forward with the right foot to the left to the rear of the enemy’s right foot, pins the enemy’s right leg with our right leg, and at the same time tightly clamps the enemy’s neck with our right arm; Immediately afterwards, we turned sharply to the left, while leaning forward with our upper body, pulling the enemy’s right shoulder to the lower left with our left hand, and throwing the enemy to the ground with our right arm around the enemy’s neck to the lower left (Figure 4-2).
5. Lock neck fall
The enemy punches us in the head with a left swing; Our feet immediately slide forward to the right and dive down to avoid the enemy’s left fist, while grabbing the enemy’s left wrist with our left hand and twisting it backwards, forcing the enemy to turn his back to us, at which point we immediately lock the enemy’s Adam’s apple with our right arm clip (Figure 5-1). Constantly moving upward, our left hand quickly clasped the back of our right hand, tightly clamped the enemy’s neck with both arms, and at the same time twisted to the left and leaned forward, pressing the enemy’s back with our right crotch, and knocking the enemy to the ground (Figure 5-2).
6. Stuck neck fall
We stand with our left foot in front and our right foot in the back, facing the enemy. The enemy steps forward and right, and hits us in the face with a straight right fist; We immediately block outward with our left hand and grab the enemy’s right wrist (Figure 6-1). Without stopping, our right leg quickly stepped up to the outside of the enemy’s right leg to trip the enemy’s right leg, tightly jam the enemy’s throat with the right figure-eight palm and push forward hard, while pulling the enemy’s right arm back with the left hand and throwing the enemy to the ground (Figure 6-2).
