First, kick the knee with the right leg + strangle the neck behind the back
We approached the enemy from behind covertly, quickly turned sideways and kicked the enemy’s knee socket with a right-hand kick (Figure 1). While the enemy is bending his knees and leaning back, immediately lock the enemy’s neck from behind the enemy with his right arm, and press the enemy’s throat with his right wrist bone; At the same time, the left hand grasps his right wrist and works together to tighten the enemy’s neck and throat (Figure 2).
Second, hold the legs and fall + lock the ankles with both hands
We hug the enemy’s knees from behind and press our right shoulder against the back of the enemy’s thigh or hip (Figure 3). We then pulled our hands back and lifted up, thrusting our right shoulder forward, and threw the enemy down (Figure 4). Immediately afterwards, we quickly turned right and sat on the enemy’s right thigh, and with both hands forcefully twisted the enemy’s right ankle to the left to control it (Figure 5).
Third, pull the arm to smash the elbow + twist the arm to control the shoulder
From behind the enemy, our side suddenly grabbed the enemy’s right shoulder with our right hand and pulled it back violently, while kicking the enemy’s right leg and knee socket with our right foot forward, forcing the enemy to kneel and lean back (Figure 12). We then quickly wrapped our right arm around the enemy’s neck and pressed our right knee against the enemy’s lower back, while locking the enemy’s neck and throat with our left hand and right arm (Figure 13).
Sixth, push the back and take out the legs + ride and lock the throat
Our side approached the enemy from behind the enemy, suddenly stepped up to the left outside of the enemy’s left side, formed a left lunge with both legs, and at the same time pushed the enemy’s back forward with the left hand, and wrapped the enemy’s left leg with the right hand and pulled it back, and the enemy fell forward with both hands (Figure 14). We then quickly mounted on the enemy’s lower back, kneeling on the ground with our right leg and extending our left leg forward, then locking the enemy’s neck and throat with our right arm, and locking it with our left hand and right wrist (Figure 15).
Seven, pull shoulders and kick knees + hug the jaw and head of the brain
We kicked the enemy’s knee socket forward with our right foot from behind the enemy, grabbed the enemy’s shoulders with both hands and pulled them back, forcing the enemy to kneel on both knees (Figure 16). We then quickly grabbed the enemy’s chin with both hands and pulled it back hard, while raising our left knee forward and slamming the back of the enemy’s head to subdue the enemy (Figure 17).
8. Kick your knees and pull your shoulders + twist your neck with both hands
From behind, we force the enemy to kneel on both knees by kicking his knees and pulling his shoulders (Figure 18). We then put our right hand on the left side of the enemy’s chin and wrench it to the right, while pressing down and pushing the top of the enemy’s head with our left hand, causing the enemy’s cervical spine to rotate clockwise beyond its range of motion, thus forcing the enemy to capture (Fig. 19).
