The actual combat use of Eight pole Boxing

Eight pole Boxing emphasizes the characteristics of beating, helping, squeezing, leaning, collapsing and shaking in technical techniques.

I have sorted out a set of actual combat combat applications of Eight pole Boxing and shared it with you in two issues.

The technique moves are coherent, both offensive and defensive, integrated with fighting and wrestling in one method, defense in the middle of attack, attack in defense, take in the hit, hit in the middle, take in the middle, take in the fall, take and wrestle in one move, the move is simple and practical.

In the following icons, those in blue are us, and those in yellow are enemies.

First, the wrist twisting the collar arm and smashing the elbow

Our left foot in front of us confronts the enemy; The enemy stepped up to the right and punched us in the chest with a right lunge and a right punch (Figure 1-1). We immediately dodged the enemy’s right fist to the left side, while blocking the enemy’s right wrist with the right palm outward to defuse their attack (Fig. 1-2). Moving upwards, our right hand grabs the enemy’s right wrist, and the body turns to the right; With the momentum of turning, our right hand twists the enemy’s right wrist outward, downward, and inward in a clockwise direction, and pulls the enemy’s right arm towards our right waist while twisting, so that the enemy’s right arm is straight and the elbow bone of the right elbow joint is facing up; At the same time, we use our left forearm to slam forward and downwards against the enemy’s right elbow bone, causing injury or fracture of the elbow joint (Figures 1-3).

Second, grab the wrist, collar arm, press the elbow and fall against the chest

The enemy stepped forward to the right and attacked our chest with a horse step and a right punch; Our right foot immediately steps to the left and forward upwards, while grabbing the enemy’s right wrist with our right backhand (Figure 2-1). Moving upwards, our left foot quickly steps forward to the back of the enemy’s left leg, tripped the enemy’s right leg, and then turned to the right, with the momentum of turning, our right hand twists the enemy’s right wrist outward, downward, and inward in a clockwise direction, and pulls the enemy’s right arm to our right waist while twisting, so that the enemy’s right arm is straightened and the elbow of the right elbow joint is facing up; At the same time, we slammed the enemy’s right elbow bone with our left elbow forward and down, causing injury or fracture of the elbow joint (Figure 2-2). Immediately afterwards, we slammed our left arm into the chest of the enemy in the left and back direction; The enemy fell backwards due to the attack of our upper and lower tripping attacks by losing his center of gravity (Figure 2-3).

Third, grab the wrist collar arm and smash the elbow and hang the shoulder

The enemy stepped forward and right, and punched our chest with the right side of the horse’s step; Our right foot immediately steps to the left and forward and up, while grabbing the enemy’s right wrist with our right backhand (Figure 3-1). Moving upwards, our left foot quickly steps forward to the back of the enemy’s right leg, tripping the enemy’s right leg, then turning to the right, with the momentum of turning, our right hand twists the enemy’s right wrist outward, downward, and inward in a clockwise direction, and pulls the enemy’s right arm to our right waist while twisting, so that the enemy’s right arm is straight and the elbow of the right elbow joint is facing up; At the same time, we slammed our left elbow forward and downwards into the elbow bone of the enemy’s right elbow joint, causing injury or fracture of the elbow joint (Fig. 3-2). Immediately afterwards, we twisted back to the left and at the same time used our left elbow to press back on the enemy’s right shoulder, causing the enemy to fall backwards (Figures 3-3).

Fourth, take the wrist collar arm and press the elbow to hit the crotch

Our left foot stands in front of us and confronts the enemy; The enemy stepped up to the left and hit our chest with a left lunge and a left punch (Figure 4-1). Our right foot immediately steps to the right, forward and turns left, dodging the enemy’s left fist attack; At the same time, we grasp the enemy’s left wrist with our left hand, and with the momentum of turning, our left hand twists the enemy’s left wrist outward, downward, and inward in a counterclockwise direction, and pulls the enemy’s left arm to our left waist while twisting, so that the enemy’s left arm is straight and the elbow bone of its left elbow joint is facing up; At the same time, we use our right elbow forward and downwards to smash the elbow bone of the enemy’s left elbow joint, injuring or breaking it (Figure 4-2). The enemy retreated to the left, trying to escape; Our left foot immediately plunged to the right through the back of the right leg, and at the same time struck the enemy’s crotch with a strong right fist, severely damaging the enemy (Figs. 4-3).

5. Grab your wrist and elbow and hit your chest

The enemy stepped forward and left, and hit our chest with a left lunge and a left-punch; Our left foot stepped forward to the left and dodged the enemy’s left fist attack (Figure 5-1). Then our right foot steps forward to the enemy’s left leg and tripped the enemy’s left leg, and at the same time grabs the enemy’s left wrist with our left hand and turns to the left, and with the momentum of turning, our left hand side twists the enemy’s right arm outward, downward, and inward in a counterclockwise direction and pulls its left arm to our left waist, so that the enemy’s left arm is straight and the elbow bone of the left elbow joint is facing upward; At the same time, we slammed our right elbow forward and downwards against the enemy’s left elbow bone, breaking or injuring it (Figure 5-2). Immediately afterwards, we hit the fossa of the enemy’s chest with our right elbow to the right and backward, severely damaging the enemy (Figure 5-3). Constantly moving upward, our arms are stretched back violently, and our right arm is slammed backwards against the enemy’s chest; The enemy fell backwards under our stumbling and leaning attacks (Figure 5-4).

The above moves require more practice. So when you have a sanda boxing stand-up sandbag with a rotating upright target and a speed ball, it will help you train these techniques better.

6. Leg lift, smash knee and elbow to hit the abdomen

Our side fights the enemy in a left-hand fighting style; The enemy kicked us in the abdomen with a right right leg; We immediately retract and grab the enemy’s right instep and ankle with both hands, then turn right and pull the enemy’s right leg towards our right waist (Figure 6-1). Immediately following the upward movement, our left foot steps forward behind the enemy’s left leg, and slams the enemy’s right knee joint with the left elbow downward, injuring the enemy’s knee (Figure 6-2). Continuing upward movement, we then hit the enemy in the abdomen or right ribs with our left elbow to the left, wounding the enemy and knocking him backwards to the ground, completely crushing him (Figure 6-3).

Our side fights the enemy in a left-hand fighting style; The enemy kicks our chest and abdomen with a right right leg; We use the left copy to hold the enemy’s right leg (Figure 9-1). Immediately following the upward movement, we quickly reached out and pressed the enemy’s right knee joint with our right hand (Figure 9-2). Immediately, our left arm lifted the enemy’s right leg forward and upward, and at the same time, with our right hand to the right and backward, we slashed the enemy’s right rib back, twisted the body to the right, and used the force of rotation to throw the enemy to the ground (Figure 9-3)

The enemy steps up to the right and attacks our chest with his right palm; We stride with both legs in a void step and use our right hand to backhand the enemy’s right wrist from the outside of the enemy’s right arm (Figure 10-1). Immediately afterwards, I turn to the right and pull the enemy’s right arm firmly towards our right waist, while twisting the enemy’s right arm downwards and inwards in a clockwise direction, forcing the enemy’s right arm to straighten and the elbow of the right elbow joint to face up; At the same time, our left knee was lifted up and our left elbow was raised and slammed downwards into the enemy’s right elbow joint, causing it to become a reverse joint and injuring it (Figure 10-2). Constantly moving upward, our left foot quickly landed behind the enemy’s right foot, tripped the enemy’s right leg with our left leg, passed the right arm under the enemy’s right armpit, wrapped it around his back and wrapped his left arm around the enemy’s lower back, while pushing the enemy’s chest back with his right palm and throwing the enemy backwards to the ground (Figure 10-3).
