The 6 classic fighting moves of Eight pole Boxing-illustration-
Eight pole Boxing belongs to the short boxing method, and its movements pursue a rigid and rapid style. In terms of technical techniques, it pays attention to inch-to-inch handling, hard hitting and hard opening, which is very technical.

1. Buckle step big wrapped around the chest

1. The enemy attacks our face with a left lunge and a left punch (Figure 1-1);

Second, stumbling and falling after clapping your arms and hugging your waist

1. The enemy hits our face with a right lunge and a left palm (Figure 2-1);

2. Our side immediately puts the enemy’s left palm on the right palm, and at the same time raises the right knee to prepare to step forward (Figure 2-2);

3. The enemy saw that the left split palm attack was prevented, and then slashed at my head with the right horizontal palm, and our side quickly slapped the inside of the enemy’s right arm with the right palm, and at the same time stepped up and right to the outside of the enemy’s right leg and tripped the enemy’s right leg (Figure 2-3);

4. Without stopping, our side quickly stretched out our left arm to hug the enemy’s waist, and at the same time pushed forward with the figure-eight palm to hit the enemy’s neck and throat, and threw the enemy backwards (Figure 2-4).

Third, turn over and buckle and fall with the palm of the foot

1. The enemy steps up to the right into a right lunge, and hits our chest with a right-punch punch (Figure 3-1);

2. Our side quickly steps up and down with our right foot into a right imaginary step, while slaps the enemy’s right forearm with the left palm down to defuse the enemy’s attack, and at the same time smashes the bridge of the enemy’s nose with a right-flip back fist (Figure 3-2);

3. The enemy hurriedly defended our right-flip back fist with his left arm (Figure 3-3);

4. After the upper movement, the enemy immediately pushes our abdomen with his right palm; We quickly shifted our center of gravity back and dodged with our chest and abdomen, while using our left hand to slap down the enemy’s right forearm to defuse the enemy’s right palm attack (Figures 3-4);

5. Without stopping, our side quickly slides forward, so that our right foot moves to the outside of the enemy’s right leg so that our right leg tripped the enemy’s right leg, and at the same time our left arm swings back, and pushes the enemy’s chest forward with our right palm, causing the enemy to fall backwards (Figure 3-5).

4. Pick your arms and feet and kneel and fall

1. The enemy attacks our upper set with a right lunge and a straight left fist (Figure 4-1);

2. Our side immediately steps up the right foot into a right imaginary step, and at the same time uses the right forearm to mount the enemy’s left forearm to defuse the enemy’s left fist attack (Figure 4-2);

3. When the enemy sees that the left fist attack fails, he immediately grabs our face with his right claw; Our side quickly defused the enemy’s right forearm with the left forearm (Figure 5-3);

4. Without stopping, our right foot immediately takes a big step forward to the inside and rear of the enemy’s right foot, tripped the enemy’s right leg with the right leg, and at the same time knelt on the left knee, and hit the enemy’s abdomen with a right straight fist. The enemy tripped on the lower set, hit the middle set, and fell backwards (Fig. 5-4).

5. Left and right sealing and hanging step top ribs colliding with the abdomen

1. The enemy’s upper left foot is formed into a left imaginary step, and attacks our head with a left punch; Our side immediately blocked the enemy’s left arm with a right imaginary step and a double hand to block the enemy’s left fist attack (Figure 5-1);

2. The enemy continues to pursue us, and the enemy steps right into a right lunge, and attacks our ribs with a right straight fist; We quickly slide backwards to dodge, while blocking the enemy’s fist with our left elbow and blocking the enemy’s right straight fist attack (Figure 5-2);

3. The upward movement is non-stop, and our side hits the enemy’s chest with a left lunge and a left straight fist; The enemy’s center of gravity moves backwards into a right imaginary step and dodges with his chest, and resolves it with a left hand hook (Figure 5-3);

4. The enemy immediately moves upwards and attacks our head with a right lunge and a right fist; Our side quickly shifted our center of gravity back to the left and turned to the left to seal the enemy’s right fist with both palms to the left (Fig. 5-4);

5. Constantly moving up, our left hand grabs the enemy’s right wrist and pulls back, while quickly stepping forward and right and sliding forward, breaking into the enemy’s middle door, and striking the enemy’s right rib with the right elbow (Figure 5-5);

6. While the enemy is hit in the ribs and bends forward and leans forward with his upper body, we quickly press down on the enemy’s back with our right arm, and at the same time raise our right knee to hit the enemy’s abdomen vigorously, inflicting heavy damage on the enemy (Figure 5-6).

6. Arm your hands and open your face and take out eggs

1. The enemy takes a left step into a left imaginary step, and hits our ribs with a straight left fist; We immediately spread the enemy’s left fist with a left lunge and a left hand (Figure 6-1);

2. Our side immediately moves up, quickly steps forward and right into a right imaginary step, and hangs the enemy’s left leg from the outside of the enemy with the right leg, and at the same time attacks the enemy’s head with a right split fist; The enemy hurriedly retracted his left arm to mount our right forearm for defense (Figure 6-2);

3. Immediately after the upward movement, we quickly move the center of gravity forward into a right lunge, and push the enemy’s side with the left palm (Figure 6-3);

4. Without stopping, our side immediately turned left, put the left hand on the chest, quickly probed down with the right claw, and used the right claw to pull back and grab the enemy’s egg and subdue the enemy (Figure 6-4).
