Technique 1: release method of wrist grasping when the gangster catches my wrist with his forehand, I can push it forward first, and release it with the help of inertia, inner rotation of palm, pressing down, pulling back and lifting of elbow joint (as shown in Figure 1-3).

Key points: push forward naturally, and rotate the palm outward, press down and pull back quickly.

 

Technique 2: when the gangster’s right hand is grasping my right wrist, my left hand Slams and fastens the other party’s right arm, then my right foot retreats half a step and turns to the right, extends his right arm to the lower right of me, cuts the gangster’s wrist horizontally with the outer palm edge of the little finger of my right hand, wraps the gangster’s wrist outward, and presses the gangster’s elbow forward and down with my left elbow joint to subdue it.

 

If the gangster has strong strength and is difficult to capture or release, you can wrap your wrists and pull back and kick the gangster’s knee to make him kneel down (as shown in Figure 4-8).

Key points: keep your hands tight and turn your elbows quickly and suddenly.

2、 Self defense method for front collar (or chest) being caught

Method 1: when the gangster grabs my collar (or chest) from the front right hand, I quickly grasp the side of the foreign aid of the little finger of the gangster’s right hand with my right hand, turn the upper body sharply to the right, and don’t press the gangster’s joint with my left arm to catch the gangster (as shown in Figure 9-11).

Key points: keep your hands tight and turn your elbows quickly and suddenly.

 

Method 2: when the gangster grabs my collar (or chest) from the front right hand, I fasten the other party’s right hand with my right hand, quickly put on my left foot, turn to the right, clench my fist with my left hand, punch zhangmen point under the other party’s right rib from the waist, and quickly punch the other party on the face with my right hand, or push the jaw with my palm or insert my fingers into the eyes.

 

Key points: buckle the wrist, twist the waist, turn around and punch at the same time.

 

Key points: grasp the shoulders with both hands and fall suddenly after following the trend (retract the jaw when falling to the ground and raise the head to avoid landing on the back of the head), and support the legs vigorously when pedaling the abdomen.

 

 

3、 Self defense method of being grabbed by gangsters from behind by clothes (or hair)

 

When the gangster grabbed my collar (or hair) from behind, I quickly took a small step forward, took advantage of the situation and kicked the gangster’s crotch or abdomen. When he bent over in pain, I hit his head back with the back whip fist (or back top elbow) and subdued the gangster (as shown in Figure 12-15).

Key points: the back pedal action should be fast and accurate, and the whip fist (or back top elbow) should hit the head fiercely.

 

4、 Self defense method when the neck is scratched and pushed

 

When the gangster grabs my neck from the front and pushes and pulls it forward violently, I can grasp the gangster’s shoulders with both hands, fall back with the help of the gangster’s forward strength, bend one leg at the same time, pedal the gangster’s abdomen with my feet, pull down with both hands, and push the gangster into the air with the help of the force of rolling back (as shown in Figure 16-19).
