Teaching of 5 women’s practical self-defense routines

[introduction]

Women’s self-defense routines are the defensive techniques of Wushu, which are the essence of martial arts, the essence of catching and fighting, effective and practical protection, danger prevention and risk prevention, and defense against injury.

It has strong technical practicability, can effectively and quickly subdue crimes, and its actions are simple and clear, easy to learn and practice. It can not only systematically learn, but also practical training. It is an effective technique for women to protect themselves,

1、 Overlord lifting tripod

Action Essentials: clench your fists with both hands, bend your elbows and sink your shoulders, hook and swing your fists from the front to the top, with the fist heart opposite, the fist facing up and the eye looking forward (as shown in Figure 1).

Usage: when the gangster reaches out his hands and grabs my shoulders, my right foot retreats half a step. At the same time, I lift my arms up and out to separate the gangster’s arms, and then quickly combine my fists and hit the gangster’s jaw or throat upward.

I can also insert my palms into the gangster’s eyes and throat. (as shown in figures 2 and 3).

Action points: run through the waist, bend the elbows with both arms, and swing the fist upward at the same time, reaching the face of the fist.

2、 Bow to welcome guests

Action Essentials: in the shape of pressing the leg, bend the knee of the left leg and take a half step back, move the center of gravity to the left leg, straighten the right leg, hook the toe, bend the upper body forward, half clench the fist with both hands, bend the elbow and pull the belt down, stop both hands above the tip of the right foot and look at the right foot (as shown in Figure 4).

Usage: the gangster stretched out his right hand to grasp my hair. I quickly held both sides of the gangster’s 4 thumb and little thumb with both hands. At the same time, I pulled down the belt and sat back, bent down and lowered my head. Both hands pressed the gangster’s wrists to form a reverse joint. The gangster bent down before suffering pain, and then hit the gangster’s face with boxing (as shown in Figure 5).

Action points: when the left foot retreats, the body’s center of gravity moves back and the hands pull down the belt, the action should be consistent, clean and complete at one go.

III Strike the enemy step by step

Action Essentials: press the palm under the left lunge frame fist, hold the right fist tightly, protect the right cheek, press the palm of the left hand back and forth through the left hip, turn the right forearm inward, bend the elbow on the frame, the palm is inclined downward, and look at the left hand (as shown in Figure 8).

Usage: crotch is one of the key parts of men. It is easy to hurt whether lifting or grasping the crotch. When the gangster attacked me with a fist, I grabbed the gangster’s wrist with my right hand, buckled my feet and turned to avoid his attack.

My left hand changed its fist to swing back to hit his crotch or abdomen, which should be fast and powerful. (as shown in Figure 9-11).

Action points: the footwall should be stable on the ground, and the left hand should be lifted quickly and forcefully.

 

IV Knee lift block

Action Essentials: support the left single leg, lift the front top of the right leg, extend both hands forward, exert relative force on the palm, hug back in the opposite direction with the front top of the right knee, and look ahead (as shown in Figure 12-13).

Usage: when the gangster moves forward from the body and wants to hug the waist, he can quickly hold the gangster’s neck with both hands, pull back with both hands, and top the face, abdomen or crotch with his knees (Fig. –).

Action points: hit the target accurately.

 

5、 Bend one’s legs and knees

 

Action Essentials: hold hands and fingers firmly, bend your knees, slightly push your hips back, and lift your arms from bottom to top. Look straight ahead (Figure 16).

Usage: when I walk or stand naturally; The gangster suddenly hugged my waist and arms from the back.

 

I quickly squatted down and bowed down, slammed my hips back into the enemy’s abdomen, and stretched my arms forward; Then, the body shook violently left and right, struggled hard, and made the other party lose his center of gravity and fall to the ground (Fig. 17-20).

Key points: when sitting behind the hips, sit on the gangster’s knee joint, and the leg pulling and hip sitting movements should be consistent.
