Five-step fist first form: preparatory style
Put your feet together, hold your hands in fists at your waist, the fist is on the same plane as your lower abdomen, put your elbows back, swing your head to the left, and look to the left front.

Left Lunge Punch:
(1) Lunge Horse Step Hand: (Transitional action) The left foot strides a large step to the left, and at the same time the left fist changes palm to the left, palm fingers face up, and the tiger’s mouth is stretched. Look to the left.
(2) Lunge punch: the left palm changes into a fist and retracts the waist, with the fist facing up. The horse steps to the left and turns the hip into a left lunge, and the right fist is pronated at the same time, the fist is downward, and the force reaches the fist surface. Look ahead.

Five-step punch third form: bounce, kick, punchThe right fist is rotated outward and retracted at the waist, and the fist is upward. The left fist twists and whirls out, and at the same time the right foot pops forward, the foot surface is flat, the force reaches the toe, the left fist is down, the upper body is upright, and the eyes are ahead.

Five-step boxing fourth style: horse step fightThe right foot is completed in front of the horse step, the left fist changes palm upwards, and the right fist strikes forward into a flat fist, looking at the right.

Five-step fist fifth style: rest step cover fight(1) Rest and cover the turn and cover the palm: turn to the left, withdraw the left foot behind the right foot, change the left palm into a fist and retract the waist, and change the right fist into a horizontal cover from top to left down. Look ahead. (2) Rest step cover fight rest step punch: squat into a right rest step, the right palm becomes a fist and retracts the waist, the left fist is punched out, and the eyes are ahead.

Five-step fist sixth pose: Knee lift through palmThe left fist changes to the lower horizontal cover, get up and stand with the right leg upright, raise the knee with the left foot, and at the same time change the palm of the right fist from the waist to the upper right side, looking at the right palm.

Five-step fist seventh form: Servant step through the palmThe left foot falls to the left into a left servant step, and the left palm goes out to the lower left. Look to the left.

Fifth Step Fist Move 8: Empty Step Pick PalmStep forward with your right foot to form a right virtual step, and move your left palm in a clockwise motion to form a downward hook (lower than your shoulder and higher than your ear). Lift the right palm forward and upwards, with the palm pointing upwards and the right elbow slightly curved. Look ahead.

Fifth Step Fist 9th Move: Retract
Bring your left foot together with your right foot, and twist your fists back to your waist. Swing your head to the left and look ahead to the left.
