This section of taekwondo is designed for advanced level trainers, and these movements require continuous kicks and jumps, combined with fast hand movements. Properly master the combination of hand and foot techniques. It can improve the technical coordination of hands and feet when attacking and defending. At the same time, the body’s balance and speed can also be enhanced. When you can complete the hand and foot cooperation well, the body’s movements can achieve a smooth, coherent, smooth and uninterrupted state.
Here are 10 sets of difficult hand and foot exercises:
1. Jump kick and punch before punching
(1) The feet are opened parallel (Figure 289).
(2) Kick the opponent’s midsection forward with your right foot (Fig. 290).
(3) Prepare for a jump and kick (Figure 291).
(4) Jump up and kick the opponent forward with your left foot, Figure 292).
(5) Fall on the opponent’s original position, stride to the left, and block with the left forearm (Fig. 293).
(6) Hit the upper section of the opponent with your right fist (Figure 294).
2. Jump up the side kick to prevent the upper and lower sections
(1) The two feet are opened parallel (Figure 295).
(2) Kick the opponent’s midsection with the side of your right foot (Figure 296).
(3) Prepare to jump sideways kicks (Figure 297).
(4) After jumping, turn around and kick with the side of your left foot (Fig. 298).
(5) Fall on the opponent’s original position with a left stride and block with both forearms (Fig. 299)
(6) Then use the outer side of the right forearm to prevent the lower segment (Figure 300).
3. Jump sideways kick and pick elbow strikes
(1) The feet are opened parallel (Figure 301).
(2) Turn around and kick the opponent’s upper section with your right foot (Fig. 302)
(3) Prepare to jump and turn around and kick (Figure 303).
(4) Turn around and jump up and kick the side of your left foot (Figure 304).
(5) Fall on the opponent’s original position and stride left, and use the left hand knife to defend the high side (Fig. 305)
(6) Pick the opponent’s jaw with your right elbow (Figure 306).
4. Jump up, swing, kick, and finger poke
(1) Open the feet parallel (Figure 307).
(2) Kick the opponent’s midsection with his right foot (Fig. 308)

6. Jump back, kick, and punch left and right
(1) The feet are opened parallel (Figure 319).
(2) Kick the opponent’s midsection with the left foot side (Figure 320).

8. Reverse and jump kick to catch the block
(1) The feet are opened parallel (Figure 332).
(2) Kick the opponent’s midsection with a left-foot turn (Fig. 333).
(3) Prepare to take off and make a reverse kick (334).
(4) After jumping, rotate the body clockwise, and use the right foot to reverse and kick the opponent (Fig. 335)
(5) Fall on the opponent’s original position with a right stride, and use both forearms to defend the high position (Fig. 336)
(6) Block with the lateral high position of the left forearm (Figure 337).
9. Backhook jump kick to hit the left elbow
(1) The feet are opened parallel (Figure 338).
(2) The left foot kicks the middle of the opponent in the shape of a crescent moon (Fig. 339).
(3) Prepare to jump up and kick (Figure 340)
(4) After the jump, the body rotates clockwise while kicking the opponent with the reverse hook of the right foot (Fig. 341)
(5) Fall on the opponent’s original position, stand on the left L leg, and use the right arm to defend the middle section of the well (Fig. 342)
(6) Hit the opponent’s midsection with the left elbow while sliding forward with the right foot (Fig. 343)
10. Jump up, kick down, and punch left
(1) The two feet are opened parallel (Figure 344).
(2) Kick the opponent’s midsection with the left heel down (Fig. 345).
(3) Prepare for a take-off and downward kick (Figure 346).
(4) After jumping, smash the opponent down with the right heel (Figure 347).
(5) Fall on the opponent’s original position, stride to the right, and use the inside of the right forearm to defend the high position (Fig. 348).
(6) Hit the upper section of the opponent with your left fist (Figure 349).
