1. The other person grabbed me by the collar with his right hand from behind. 2. I grab his right hand with my right hand and his right elbow with my left hand while turning left and pulling back my left foot. 3. I twist his right finger with his right thumb, press down his right elbow with my left hand, and step forward with my left foot.

1. The other person wrapped his arms around my neck from behind my back and pressed the back of my neck with both hands. 2. I hold his fingers down with both palms while leaning forward. 3. I grab and pull his right finger with my right hand and his right wrist with my left hand, while turning to the right and withdrawing my right foot. 4. Push his right finger forward and down with his right hand.

1. The other person grabbed my right arm from the front. 2. I grab his left hand with my left hand and step right with my right foot. 3. Twist and grasp his left hand with both hands while turning to the left. 4. Firmly fold his left wrist.
