First, twist the arm and press the elbow
1. The red-clothed man steps up to the right and grabs the blue-clothed man’s chest with his right hand (Figure 1-1).

2. The blue-clothed man immediately grabs the palm of the red-clothed person’s right hand with the four fingers of his right hand, presses the back of the red-clothed person’s hand with his thumb, and flips his right hand up and to the right, so as to twist the red-clothed man’s right arm up and to the right, so that the elbow bone on the outside of his right elbow joint is upward (Figure 1-2).

3. The blue-clothed person immediately steps forward and right, turns to the right and leans forward, and violently presses the elbow bone on the outside of the red-clothed person’s right elbow joint with his left forearm downward, so that his right elbow joint runs in a reverse joint and is forced to catch it (Figure 1-3).

Second, roll the wrist and press the elbow
1. From the left side of the blue-clothed person, grab the left shoulder of the blue-clothed person with his right hand (Figure 2-1).

2. The blue-clothed person’s left foot immediately steps up to the left, and at the same time grabs the palm of the red-clothed person’s right hand with the four fingers of the right hand, and presses the thumb against the back of the red-clothed person’s hand (Figure 2-2).

3. If the upward movement does not stop, the right hand of the blue-clothed man immediately flips the back of the red-clothed man’s right hand up and forward, so as to twist the red-clothed man’s right arm up and forward, so that the elbow bone on the outside of the right elbow joint is upward; Immediately, the blue-clothed man retreated half a step back with his left foot, twisted to the right, and at the same time slammed the elbow bone on the outside of the red-clothed man’s right elbow joint with his left forearm downward, and at the same time, the blue-clothed man’s right hand folded the red-clothed man’s right wrist to the red-clothed man’s elbow joint in reverse, so that the red-clothed man’s right wrist joint and elbow joint operated in reverse joints and was forced to catch (Figure 2-3).

Third, twist your arms and elbows
1. Both sides face off in a left-fighting style; The blue-clad man attacks the red-clothed man in the head with a right swing fist; The red-clad defender blocks the defense with his left arm (Figure 3-1).

2. Immediately after the upward movement, the left hand of the red-clothed person grabs the right wrist of the blue-clothed person; Then step up and right in front of the left, and immediately turn left, while grasping the right wrist of the blue-clothed man with both hands and twisting it upwards and outwards so that the elbow bone on the outside of the blue-clothed person’s right elbow joint is facing down (Figure 3-2).

3. Without stopping, the red-clothed man then quickly bent his knees slightly into a horse step, and carried the blue-clothed man’s right arm on his right shoulder, while pulling the blue-clothed man’s right wrist down with both hands, so that his right elbow joint ran in a reverse joint and was forced to yield and grab (Figure 3-3).

Fourth, stumbling legs and elbows
1. Both sides face off in a left-fighting style; The blue-clad man attacks the red-clad man with a right slash; The man in red immediately blocks the defense with his left arm (Figure 4-1).
2. Immediately after the upward movement, the red-clothed person uses his left forearm to resist the right elbow bend of the blue-clothed person, and pushes his right arm outward to block; At the same time, the upper right leg tripped the left leg of the blue-clothed man from the inside; Then turn to the left, sweep the left side of the blue man with his right elbow, and trip the blue man to the right with his right leg to knock him down (Figure 4-2).
5. Lock the throat and step on the legs
1. Both sides face off in a left-fighting style; The blue-clad strikes the red-clad with a right straight fist; The red-clad person blocks the defense with his right hand and grabs his right wrist, while the blue-clad person slaps his right elbow inward with his left hand (Figure 5-1).

2. Without stopping, the red-clothed person quickly slides to the left front, moves to the right side of the blue-clothed person, and immediately turns 180 degrees to the right back, and locks the blue-clothed person’s neck from the back with his left arm (Figure 5-2).

3. Keep moving upward, the red-clothed man locks the blue-clothed person’s throat with his left hand and puts his neck back, while grabbing his right arm with his right hand and pulling it down and to the right (Figure 5-3).

4. Immediately after the upward movement, the red-clothed person uses his left foot to violently step down, forward and stomp the blue-clothed person’s right knee socket, so that his right knee knees on the ground. At this time, the red-clothed person simultaneously controls the blue-clothed person’s right arm, right leg, and throat, thus forcing him to submit and capture (Fig. 5-4).
6. Choking your throat and stumbling legs
1. Both sides face off in a left-fighting style; The blue-clothed man stepped up to the right and attacked the red-clothed man in the head with his right swing fist; The red-clothed person immediately blocks the defense with his left arm, grabs his right arm and pulls the strap to the left; At the same time, he quickly tripped the right leg of the blue-clothed person from the outside of his right leg, and used his right hand to lock the blue-clothed person’s throat (Figure 6-1).

2. Without stopping, the red-clothed person uses his right hand to lock the throat of the blue-clothed person, push his neck forward and down, and at the same time, pull his right arm to the left with his left hand, hook his right foot to the right with his right foot, and the three forces in one to knock the blue-clothed man down (Figure 6-2).

7. Smash the back by the neck
1. Both sides face off in a left-fighting style; The red-clothed man slides forward and closes, and leans over and hugs the blue-clothed man’s waist, and pushes the blue-clothed man’s abdomen forward with his left shoulder, wanting to carry out a hug; The blue-clad man immediately retreats his right foot for half a step, leans forward with his upper body, and stabilizes his center of gravity with a left lunge (Figure 7-1).

2. Immediately after the upward movement, the blue-clothed person immediately presses down the back of the red-clothed person’s head or neck with his left hand to prevent him from standing up, and at the same time raises his right elbow and smashes the red-clothed person’s back downward to subdue him (Figure 7-2).

8. Buckle your wrists and move your elbows
1. Both sides face off in a left-fighting style; The red-clothed person steps up to the right and grabs the blue-clothed person’s lower body with his right prodding palm, and the elbow bone of the red-clothed person’s right elbow joint is facing itself (Figure 8-1).
