Stand upright, chest tucked in, legs together, hold the stick in your right hand, rest your left hand on your left hand, and look straight ahead (Figure 1).

1. Preparatory form
Action Essentials:
Change the left fist to the palm, from the bottom up to the chest into a Buddha-worshipping posture, hold the stick in the right hand unchanged, and look straight ahead (Picture 2).
Yi Fan Error: Weak push palm
Corrective method: Be quick and powerful when pushing the palm.
Preparatory type
Second, the horse steps to hold the stick
Action Essentials:
Kick the lower end of the stick with your right foot, rotate 360° so that the stick rises in front of your chest, while your right leg steps half a step to the right and look to the right (Figure 3).
Yi Fan Error: The horse steps outward.
Correction: Tiptoe forward.

3. Raise the knee and pull the stick
Action Essentials:
Raise the left leg into an independent position while pushing the left palm forward and looking straight ahead (Figure 4).
Yi Fan Error: Raise your knees and toes up.
Correction: Straighten the surface of the foot and the toes are down.

4. Lunge back stick
Action Essentials:
Pull the stick forward with your left hand, hold the stick in your right hand at the bottom of the stick, and make a circle and a half back stick, and the left leg lands on the ground into a left lunge. Push palm with the left hand (Figure 5).
Yi Fan Error: Back stick shoulder upturned.
Correction: Relax the shoulders and reach the arms.

5. Horse steps and sticks
Action Essentials:
The upper end of the left-handed stick. Strike forward with the lower end of the stick while stepping on the horse (Figure 6).

Correction method: The waist should be straight.

6. Step up and pick a stick
Action Essentials:
Turn right and walk on horseback, while picking up the stick (Figure 7).
Yi Fan Error: Upturned shoulders.
Corrective method: Relax the shoulders.

7. Lunge cover
Action Essentials:
Pedal the right leg into a left lunge while splitting the stick with the root (Figure 8).
Yi Fan error: hind leg heel off the ground.
Corrective method: Push the leg back and force the heel.

8. Walking and wrestling
Action Essentials:
Hold the stick in both hands, go from the left side of the body to the right side of the body, and split the stick from top to bottom, while forming a left servant step (Figures 9, 10).
Yi Fan Error: Left leg bent.
Correction: Buckle inside the toe and straighten the left leg.

9. Lunge pulling sticks
Action Essentials:
Get up and turn around in a right lunge, while holding the stick and pulling the stick diagonally to the side, with your right hand on top and your right hand down (Figure 11).
Yi Fan error: uncoordinated movements.
Corrective method: Turn around and pull the stick in harmony.

10. Push the stick with a right imaginary step
Action Essentials:
Hold the stick in your right hand, hold the stick upright and push it forward, while stepping up your left leg into a left imaginary step (Fig. 12).
Yi Fan error: easy to bend
Corrective method: The waist should be straight.

11. Push the stick with a left imaginary step
Action Essentials:
Step up with your right leg and step into a false step, while holding the stick forward with the base of the stick and pushing the stick forward with the tip of the stick in your left hand (Fig. 13).
Yi Fan error: unstable center of gravity, body leaning forward.
Correction method: strengthen the movement combination exercise.

XII. Bullet leg cloud stick
Action Essentials:
The left leg bounces forward, the left leg steps up and dances, the right leg retreats to the left leg, turns 180° backward and pushes back from bottom to top with the stick (Figure 14).
Yi Fan error: the support leg is bent, and the leg is weak to eject the leg.
Correction method: Elastic leg force to toe.

XIII. Lunge sweeping stick
Action Essentials:
Dance the flower with a stick over your head with both hands, strike your right leg into a left lunge, and pull out the stick from bottom to top (Fig. 15).
Yi Fan error: The cloud stick is incorrect, and the legs are bent after the lunge.
Correction method: strengthen the movement combination exercise.

14. Ding Zibu back stick
Action Essentials:
Dance with both hands, then turn right into a right tin and hold the stick with your right hand (Picture 16).
Yi Fan error: Ding Bu’s center of gravity is unstable.

Fifteen, shake the feet and kick the legs
Action Essentials:
Lunge push stick, right leg shakes the foot, left leg kicks back, left palm simultaneously pushes back left leg, up into a right lunge with both hands holding the stick upright and pushing forward (Figure 17).
Yi Fan error: the right leg support leg is bent, and the left leg kicks weakly.
Correction method: strengthen the movement exercises.

16. Lunge sticks
Action Essentials:
Turn the body left into a right lunge, hold the stick in your left hand, and pull the stick above your head with your right hand (Fig. 18).
Yi Fan mistake: the lunge is bent, and the stick does not drive overhead.

17. Lunge press
Action Essentials:
Step up with your right foot, follow your left leg up, then step up with your right leg, turn left and jump, and make a lunge when you land, while pressing the stick from top to bottom with the base of the stick (Figure 19).

Action Essentials: Jump in place and sweep across the ends of the stick at the same time (Figure 20).

Action Essentials:
Raise the knee of the right leg and poke the right side of the body with the root of the stick, then fall into a right lunge, while poking back and forth with the root of the stick (Figure 21).

Action Essentials:
Turn left, hold the stick in your right hand, and pull the tip of the stick above your head, while raising your left leg into an independent step (Figure 22).

Action Essentials:
The left leg lands on the ground, the right leg shakes the foot, and the left leg steps up into a left lunge, while grasping the stick with both hands (Fig. 23).

Action Essentials:

24. Independent sweep
Action Essentials:
Dance with both hands, then go up to the left and then up to the right, raising your knees and sweeping with the ends of the stick (Fig. 27).

XXV. Horse Walking Sticks
Action Essentials:
When the left leg falls, the stick is pulled forward from top to bottom, while the right leg is kicked forward and the right leg falls behind the left leg and shakes the foot, forming a horse step, while the stick is upright on the right side of the body (Figure 28).
Yi Fan Error: The horse steps forward and leans forward.
Corrective method: Strengthen the step pattern exercise.

Close the momentum
Action Essentials:
Hold the stick in your right hand, stand up, place the stick on the right side of your body, and worship Buddha from bottom to top with your left hand (Fig. 29).
