Shoulder stretching yoga movements
This set of yoga exercises stretches the shoulders and neck, promotes blood circulation in the brain, and opens the chest for smooth breathing. It is recommended to do it with your eyes closed, in addition to being able to concentrate, but also to rest your eyes.
Sit in the front 1/2 of a stable chair with your feet shoulder-width apart, hands open to the sides, and fingers above your shoulders.
After inhaling, gently raise your elbows inward and up, your chest as you follow.
When exhaling, the elbows are turned outward, and the shoulder blades on both sides are concentrated in the middle, and the chest is expanded outward, which allows breathing to be smooth. Go back to Movement 1 and repeat the entire yoga set more than 5 times.
