(1) ROC wing spreading method

The two arms are naturally lifted from both sides. The two palms are flat with the shoulders, the palms are opposite, the palms point upward, look ahead and pay attention to the meeting. (Figure 19)

(2) Right ROC spreading its wings

The right palm is spread on the right side of the head, the palm is forward, and the palm points upward; The left palm is spread on the lower left side, with the palm forward and palm fingers outward. Note Laogong point on your right hand and look at the front. (Figure 20)

(3) Zuo Dapeng spreads his wings

The left palm slowly unfolds upward, the palm is forward, and the palm points upward; The right palm slowly falls down and spreads on the lower right side, with the palm forward and palm fingers outward. Note the Laogong acupoint on your left hand and look at the front. (Figure 21)

(4) Three flower crowding potential

The right palm is gradually lifted up on the lower right side, and together with the left palm, the palms are closed above the head. The hearts of the two palms are opposite, the palms point upward, pay attention to the star acupoint and look ahead. (Figure 22)

(5) Arhat opening potential

The two palms descend slowly from the top to the bottom of both sides, then circle the arc inward, and then slowly separate the two hands from the inside to the outside, so that the two arms are flat, the palms are forward, the palms and fingers are outward, look at the front, and pay attention to Tanzhong point. (6) Five Qi rising sun method

The two palms arc forward, upward and upward from both sides of the front chest, bend the elbow into a fist, protect the outside of the two ears, punch the eye downward, look at the front, and pay attention to Yintang acupoint. (Figure 24)

(7) Lifting robe end band potential

(8) Maitreya kneading method

The two fists arc from both sides to the inner circle, bend the elbow and land in the front and middle of the upper abdomen. The center of the fist is inward, the eyes are looking ahead, and the intention is to pay attention to Zhongwan point. (Figure 26)

(9) Green Dragon shaking angle method

Change the two fists into palms, arc upward and outward from the front of the body, and then slowly extend the palms upward, put them on the top of both sides of the head, move the palms forward, point the palms upward, look at the front, and focus on the Meixin acupoint. (Figure 27)

(10) The stone sinks into the sea

The two palms fall slowly from the top of both sides, bend the elbows of the two palms and press them on the inner side of the two knees, with the palm center down, and the palm fingers inclined inward, front and bottom. At the same time, breathe out gently, look at the front and note Qugu acupoint. (Figure 28)

(11) Left heaven and earth hybrid method

Turn the two palms into a fist, turn the right fist outward and circle the arc, then bend the elbow inward and fall on the front and lower side of the right abdomen. The fist center is inward, the fist eye is inclined upward, lift the changed fist outward and upward on the left palm, put it on the left side of the head, the fist center is inclined forward, the fist eye is right, look ahead, and pay attention to Hegu Point of the left hand. (12) Right heaven and earth mixing method

The left fist falls slowly, bend the elbow to protect the left side of the lower abdomen, the heart of the fist is inward, and the eye of the fist is upward; The right fist is slowly lifted up on the right side and put on the right side of the head. The fist heart is inclined forward, the fist eye is left, the eyes are looking ahead, and the intention is to pay attention to Hegu Point of the right hand. (Figure 30)

(13) Daxian left sleeve throwing method

(14) Daxian right sleeve throwing method

At the same time, bend the elbow and swing the left fist from left to right, protect it under the right armpit, the heart of the fist is inward, and the right fist is thrown from left to right, the height is equal to the shoulder, the heart of the fist is forward, look at the front, and pay attention to Quze point on the right arm. (15) Daxian right oblique arm method

The right fist falls, intersects with the left fist ring arc in front of the chest, and then extends obliquely to both sides. The right fist is slightly higher than the shoulder, and the left fist is slightly lower than the shoulder. The hearts of the two fists are forward, look at the front, and focus on Hegu Point of the right hand. (Figure 33)

(16) Daxian left oblique arm method

The two fists meet from the outer circle to the inner circle, and then extend obliquely to the side. The left fist is slightly higher than the shoulder and the right fist is slightly lower than the shoulder. It is intended to note Hegu Point of the left hand. (Figure 34)

(17) Vajra breast protection method

The two fists slowly intersect in a circular arc from the outside to the inside, and then bend the elbow from the outside to the inside. (18) Arhat shoulder protection
