Shaolin King Kong Zhuang Li secret skill is an internal Zhuang Kung Fu that specializes in practicing human strength in Shaolin martial arts. It is also one of the best hard core secret skills in Shaolin traditional martial arts.
This skill is excellent and powerful. Practicing this skill often can make people ruddy, energetic, tenacious and healthy, and their whole body seems to be full of infinite strength.
1、 Vajra concentration
Stand facing south and back to north, with feet slightly wider than shoulders, crotch open, upright upper body, head like a thousand pounds, and tongue licking the upper palate; Hands drooping, thumbs up against the thighs, other fingers clenched, palms back. Inhale naturally, and raise your eyebrows and glare at the front when exhaling; Clench the teeth, lift the anus, grasp the ground with ten toes, and tighten the fingers with force and intention once. Don’t relax. Do 39 times in total, still breathe naturally once, and then practice the following formula (Fig. 1).
2、 Vajra practice palm
In the carry on pose, draw an arc to separate the palms forward, upward and to the side of the body, which is the same height as the shoulder, ten points upward, the palm is outward, the shoulder is slightly bent, the elbow tip is slightly backward, the shoulders are sunk and the chest is raised.
When inhaling, swallow it together with body fluid into the Dantian. When exhaling, clench your teeth, lift your anus, grasp the ground with ten toes, and bend your ten fingers into claws. Don’t relax. Practice until 39 times, still breathe naturally once, and then practice the following formula (Fig. 2).
3、 Diamond probe arm
In the carry on pose, the hands are straight ahead, the arms are raised flat and the fist is clenched, the fist eye is upward, the fist is the same height as the shoulder, the distance between the fists is the same shoulder width, and the eyes are level. Inhale as in the same way. When exhaling, clench your teeth, lift your anus, grasp the ground with ten toes, and clench your fists once. After a total of 39 times, breathe naturally once, and then follow the following formula (Fig. 3).
4、 Vajra holding furnace
In the bearing pose, the arms are slightly rotated inward and slightly bent, and the fists are retracted. The arms are held in pairs. The fist is the same height as the chest, the fist heart is inward, and the fist eye is upward.
Inhale the same way as above. When exhaling, open your eyes and look down at your fists. Bite your teeth tightly, lift your anus, and grasp the ground with ten toes. The purpose of your fists is to hold them hard once. After a total of 39 times, breathe naturally once, and then practice the following formula (Fig. 4).
5、 Mount Kumgang
In the bearing pose, the two arms rotate outward to the left and right, straighten and lift horizontally, the fist heart is upward, the fist eye is backward, and the eye is level. The same as above when inhaling. When exhaling, clench your teeth, lift your anus and grasp the ground with ten toes. Imagine that there is a kilogram on your hands, focus on your two arms and clench your two fists. After a total of 39 times, breathe naturally for 2 times, and then practice the following formula (Fig. 5).
6、 King Kong supports the sky
Bend your knees and squat into a horse step, taking comfort as the degree; Slowly rotate your hands inward, lift them up with dark strength, straighten your arms, face the sky, move the center of your fist forward, and look straight at your eyes.
Inhale deeply, slender and evenly. When exhaling, grasp the ground with ten toes, clench your teeth and lift your anus. You want to have a kilogram on the top of your fist face. Hold your fists once with intention and strength. Don’t relax. After 39 times of practice, stand up and breathe naturally for a moment, and then practice the following formula (Figure 6).
7、 Vajra tripod
Take a deep breath after breath adjustment and send it into the Dantian together with body fluid. When exhaling, keep your eyes inward, bend your knees and squat into a low horse step, quickly drop your fists in front of your crotch and hold them hard once. At this time, the fist heart is down, the teeth are clenched, the anus is lifted, the ten toes grasp the ground, and the whole body is required to work hard to guard the Dantian.
Then he got up and stood up. His hands seemed to be carrying a kilogram from the ground. He raised his arms above his head, inhaled and looked up at the top; Then drop your fists in front of the crotch and squat into a low horse step, exhale and tighten your fists once. Do this for 10 times. When squatting for the 10th time, do not stand up. Tighten your fists for 25 times according to the above requirements, get up and stand up, take a deep breath for 2 times, and then practice the lower pose (Fig. 7 ~ 9).
8、 King Kong handling
In the carry on pose, the upper body is changed to the East, the feet do not move, and the fists are changed, the palms are raised flat forward, the same height as the shoulders, the palms are opposite, the palms are about feet apart, and the eyes are looking straight east. Then inhale, and imagine that a thousand kilograms of things are stuck between your palms, and your palms and thoughts are slowly carried to the South and West.
The eye follows the hand, and the eye sees the imaginary object between the two palms. When facing the due west, it is required to fill the Dantian with Qi and look at both sides; Then exhale, turn your arms outward, bend your elbows and quickly retract your fists (the palm has changed into a fist). The fist is inward, the same height as the shoulder, and the fist is 7 inches away from the shoulder. At the same time, ten pull and grasp the ground, bite the teeth tightly, lift the anus, with the intention of leading the Qi to both arms, and tighten the arms together with the fist once with internal force.
Then change your fists into palms, rotate your arms to the west, put your palms opposite, look at the West and inhale slowly. The following actions are the same as the above, but in different directions. Carry the tight fist 49 times (FIG. 10 ~ 12).
9、 Vajra Shouyuan
After practicing the upper pose, turn your upper body to the south, inhale, bend and shoot your arms as much as possible, and then lift your arms to the horizontal and earn back, so that your head is as straight as possible. At the same time, the hearts of your two fists are inward, the eyes of your fists are upward, the distance between your two fists is the same as the chest width, and your eyes are inward looking.
When exhaling, clench your teeth, lift your anus, and grasp the ground with ten toes. You intend to lead your breath to your arms, and tighten your arms and fist with internal force once.
After a total of 39 times, breathe naturally, step forward, release both fists at the same time, naturally relax both arms and swing back and forth for more than ten times. This skill is practiced (FIG. 13 and 14).
