3. Flat Spear

Action essentials: turn the body 90° to the left, lift the left foot, place the spear straight in front of the right knee, and flatten the spear forward with the right hand. The left hand catches the spear in front of the right hand, the right forearm is raised to the outside of the right shoulder, and the spear is drawn backwards, looking straight ahead (Figure 3). Keep moving up, the left arm is rotated inward, the right hand presses down so that the spear shaft is attached to the front of the right abdomen, the left foot lands forward into a left lunge, at the same time the right hand is loosened, the right hand is pushed forward to make the spear stab forward, the spear is level with the chest, the force reaches the tip of the spear, and the eyes are forward.

4. False steps and spears

Action essentials: Withdraw the left foot later, and squat the right leg into a left imaginary step. 5. Flat Spear

6. Change steps to spear

Action essentials: loosen the left hand, draw the spear back with the right hand, lift the right foot and place it straight above the front of the left knee, while the left hand is left and backward down, and the right hand is running forward to the right, so that the spear tip is flat on the left side of the body with the tip facing back, and look ahead. Keep moving upwards, hold the spear in both hands to run the spear tip forward, while sliding the left hand down the shaft, sliding the right hand up to hold the spear, landing the right foot forward into a right lunge, loosening the grip with the right hand, pushing the left hand forward to flat the stab, the tip of the spear is level with the chest, the force reaches the tip of the spear, and the eyes are straight ahead (Fig. 6).

7. Front point spear

Action essentials: Loosen the right hand, draw the spear back with the left hand, turn the body 180° to the left, and at the same time hold the spear in both hands to make the spear tip go up to the left, and then run back to the left, the left hand is under the right armpit, the spear shaft is behind the right arm, and the eyes are ahead. Keep moving up, step forward with your right foot on tiptoe, squat your left leg into a right imaginary step, while your right hand goes up to the left, then to the outside of your right knee with your lower right hand, and your left hand to the left and up in front of your left shoulder, so that the spear body is obliquely in front of the body and looks straight ahead (Fig. 7). With the right heel on the ground, press the outside of the left leg down with the left hand, raise the right hand in front of the right shoulder, lift the left foot straight above the front of the right knee, and place the left hand forward in front of the left shoulder, and the right hand down the waist. 8. Lunge spear

9. Phoenix nods

Action essentials: Slide forward with the right hand, turn the body 180° to the left, form a left lunge, while placing the left hand to the right under the right armpit, and the right hand forward to split the spear forward, looking straight ahead (Figure 9).

Keep moving up, hold the spear in both hands to make the spear tip run left and backward, step forward with the right foot, turn the body 180° to the left, step back with the left foot, and at the same time hold the spear in both hands, so that the spear tip goes up to the left and splits back to the right.

10. Turn over and step the spear

12. Lunge spear

16. Spear after stepping back

17. Flat Spear

18. Foot spear

Action essentials: turn the body 180° backward on the left, put the spear smoothly behind the right leg with the right hand down, lift the left foot and put it straight in front of the right knee, turn the body 180° backward on the left side, land the left foot forward into a left lunge, and at the same time hold the spear vertically in front of the left toe with both hands, and look ahead. 20. Flat Spear

22. Throat spear
