Shaolin Thirteen Spear Routine Demonstration

Preparation: Stand with your feet together, chest straight, spear in right hand, left arm down, palm on the outside of your left thigh, and look straight ahead (Figure 1).

Following the movement, open your left foot half a step to the left, change your left palm into a fist, hold it around your waist, and swing your head to the left (Picture 2).

1. Flat stabbing spear: raise the left foot, connect the spear with the left flat, then raise the right foot to jump forward, the left foot falls in front of the right foot, and the body turns 90 degrees to the left, so that the legs form a left lunge. At the same time, slide the handle backwards with the left hand and hold the spear in both hands and stab it flat forward (Figs. 3, Fig. 4).

2. Twist the spear with a false step: do not move the right foot, close the left foot half a step back, and squat slightly with both legs to make the legs into a false step. At the same time, slide the handle forward with the left hand, and hold the spear in both hands to twist it forward and down, and look at the spear blade visually (Figure 5).

3. Flat stabbing spear: the left foot is half a step forward, with both feet as the axis, and the body is turned 90 degrees to the right, so that the legs are in a horse step. At the same time, hold the spear up in both hands (Figure 6).

Connect the movement, with both feet as the axis, turn the body 90 degrees to the left, so that the legs form a left lunge. At the same time, slide the handle back with the left hand, hold the spear in both hands and stab it flatly forward, looking at the spear blade visually (Figure 7).

4. Lü Bu Tuo Halberd: Raise your right foot and step forward, turn your body 90 degrees to the left, and squat your legs into a horse step. At the same time, hold the spear in both hands from the front and back, back up, forward and then backward, then turn the right handle, and hold the spear in both hands to stab diagonally forward, visually looking at the spear blade (Figure 8).

5. Flat stabbing spear: take both feet as the axis, turn the body to the right 90 degrees, so that the legs are in a right lunge. At the same time, slide the handle backwards with your right hand, hold the spear in both hands, and stab it flatly forward, looking at the spear blade (Figure 9).

6. Virtual step twister: take both feet as the axis, turn the body 180 degrees to the left, raise the right foot to step forward, and squat the legs slightly into a false step. At the same time, both hands hold the gun to the left, and then the gun is strangulated forward, the gun is pierced, and the gun is visually looked at (Figure 10).

7. Ten thousand arrows through the heart: lift both feet to jump forward and jump forward, and the right foot falls in front of the left foot, so that the legs form a right lunge. At the same time, slide the handle backwards with your right hand and stab the gun forward (Figure 11).

8. Fire dragon pose: first raise the left foot, then raise the right foot, turn over to the right (turn the body 180 degrees to the right) to jump, the left foot falls in front of the right foot, and the legs squat slightly into a false step. 9. Looking back at the moon: Step forward with your right foot, turn your body 90 degrees to the left, and hold the gun from back to front with both hands (Figure 13).

To connect, move the left foot one step behind the right foot so that the legs are inserted into the step. At the same time, both hands hold the gun to the left, then stab it to the right down, visually looking at the gun (Figure 14).

10. Lübuto’s halberd: raise your left foot to the left and step across, turn your upper body 45 degrees to the left, squat your legs half-into a horse’s step, and at the same time stab the gun from back to front with both hands, and visually look at the gun blade (Figure 15).

11. Flat stabbing gun: take both feet as the axis, turn the body to the left 90 degrees, so that the legs form a left lunge. At the same time, slide the handle backwards with the left hand, and stab the gun forward with both hands, looking at the gun blade visually (Figure 16).

12. Yasha Exploring the Sea: With both feet as the axis, turn the body 90 degrees to the right, while holding the spear slide handle in both hands and piercing the root to the right (Figure 17).

Pick up the movement, raise your right foot, and then raise your left foot to turn your body 180 degrees to the left, and turn your legs into a left lunge. At the same time, hold the spear with both hands, and then tie the spear to the left side (Figure 18).

13. Single flying wheel: with both feet as the axis, the body turns 180 degrees to the right. At the same time, the left hand is unhandled, and the right hand holds the spear around the head and shoulder (Fig. 19).

Pick up the movement, hold the spear in your right hand and repeatedly turn it to the right and left five times, then roll two rolls to the right (turn 360 degrees to the right), and after the second roll, make your legs stride, and hold the spear in both hands and stab it flat to the left (Fig. 20).

14. Lübu Tuoji: Take the two feet as the axis, turn the body 90 degrees to the left, raise the right foot to step forward, and then turn the body 90 degrees to the left, so that the legs form a horse step. At the same time, hold the handle upside down with both hands, pick the half-dancing flower, and then hold the spear to the right and split the spear to the right, looking at the spear blade (Fig. 21).

15. Harrier turns over: first raise the left foot, then raise the right foot, continuously turn to the left (body turn 360 degrees) to jump, turn around and turn the legs into horse steps, hold spears in both hands, pick obliquely to the right, and look to the right side.

16. Yasha exploring the sea: Take both feet as the axis, turn the body 90 degrees to the right, and raise the left foot to take half a step forward. At the same time, hold the spear root with both hands upside down and poke forward (Fig. 22).

After the movement, take half a step back with your right foot, turn your body 180 degrees to the right, and make your legs lunge right. At the same time, put both hands upside down, pierce the spear forward and down, and visually look at the spear blade (Figure 23).

17. Immortal guidance: take both feet as the axis, turn the body 180 degrees to the left, raise the right foot to step forward, and step in parallel with the left foot. At the same time, slide the left handle downwards, holding the upper end of the spear in both hands and moving forward with the spear root (Fig. 24).

18. Weaver girl shuttle: take half a step back with the right foot and turn the body 90 degrees to the right. At the same time, both hands slide the handle, and the spear blade advances slightly to the right (Fig. 25).

After the action, with both feet as the axis, turn the body 90 degrees to the right, lift the left foot to step forward, and turn the body 90 degrees to the right. At the same time, change the handle with both hands and stretch out your arms to support the spear (Fig. 26).

19. White crane bright wings: with both feet as the axis, the body turns 90 degrees to the left, the right foot is raised to step forward, and the body then turns left 90 degrees. Take off the handle with your left hand and stretch your arm to the left and show your palm; The right hand holds the spear and pierces the spear to the right. Look visually at the right spear (Figure 27).

20. Single fork: Take both feet as the axis, turn to the right and dance the flower (Fig. 28).

Pick up the movement, raise both feet and jump forward with the arrow, and the left foot falls in front of the right foot, so that the legs form a left step. At the same time, the spear in both hands splits the spear to the left front (Fig. 29).

21. Chest poke spear: get up, raise your right foot and step forward, shake your foot (loudly), and step in parallel with your left foot. At the same time, slide the handle backwards with the left hand and stab forward with the spear in both hands (Figure 30).

22. Dancing flowers with two feet: take half a step back with the right foot, turn the body to the right 135 degrees, hold the spear in both hands and swing the dancing flower to the right (Picture 31).

To pick up the movement, take off the handle with your right hand, hold the spear in your left hand, raise your foot to jump forward, upward, and when the whole body is in the air, raise your right hand and slap the surface of your right foot (loudly) (Fig. 32).

23. Look back at the moon: After the feet land on the ground, the right foot is in front, and the body is turned 90 degrees to the left, so that the legs form a right lunge. At the same time, hold a spear in your left hand, turn your back behind your back, change your right palm into a fist and raise your fist to your right elbow, and look to the left side (Fig. 33).

24. Closing position: close the left foot and the right foot in parallel steps, hold the spear in the left hand, slash half a flower to the right, catch the spear in the right hand, sink the vertical spear on the right side of the body, arc the left hand and hang the arm around the waist, look straight ahead (Figure 34).
