Shaolin takes the head secretly

There are many head-to-head moves in traditional Chinese martial arts, which are very practical in self-defense and self-defense fighting. I have compiled a set of Shaolin boxing techniques to share with everyone.

In practical use, these fighting moves must be used with caution, of course, you should not be polite when encountering vicious gangsters.

First, push the jaw with your arms

The enemy steps up to the right and hits our chest with a straight right fist; We immediately retreated to the right and dodged, while blocking the defense with our left forearm outward (Figure 1-1). Immediately afterwards, our left arm wrapped forward, outward, downward, and inward, holding the enemy’s right arm under our left armpit, and pushing the enemy’s chin with the right palm (Fig. 1-2). The upward movement continued, and our right palm continued to push and press down to the left, forcing the enemy to fall backwards and lose his jaw (Figures 1-3).

We immediately pressed the enemy’s head firmly on our right thigh with our right palm and hooked the corner of the enemy’s left mouth with the middle finger of our left hand (Figure 3-2). Immediately afterwards, we tore and pulled hard to the left up, causing severe pain on the enemy and letting go (Fig. 3-3).
