The main actions are: pressing the stick forward and backward, dancing the flower stick, swinging the lotus leaves forward and backward, sweeping the stick forward, etc. Stick techniques include: chop, point, swing, poke, sweep, collapse, etc.

Rise potential
Open your feet, put the stick in the right front with your right hand, and slowly raise your left palm from the left side of your body to the front of your head and chest. Form a boy Buddha worship and look ahead (Fig. 1).
1. Immortal points the way
Action Essentials: kick the stick with your right leg to the left, swing the stick with your right hand for a week, form two legs into a horse step, and close your left hand to your chest. Get up, stick across the chest, stand upright with your right leg, lift your knee with your left leg, change your palm with your left hand, and push forward.
Lift the left leg and fall the earthquake foot forward to the right leg to form a left lunge. Swing the stick with your right hand around your back and push your left palm to the left of your body. Look at the left hand (Figure 2).
Easy to make mistakes: the force is not smooth and the action is not coordinated.
Correction method: when shaking the foot, use the right foot hard and quickly.
2. Lunge cover
Action Essentials: step forward with your right leg, turn left into a right lunge, hold the middle section of the stick with your right hand, stretch the stick upward with the stick with your left hand, then turn left 180 ° and jump back to the right, stand with your upper left leg in a left lunge, with your right hand on the top and your left hand on the bottom, and look ahead (Fig. 3).
Easy to make mistakes: the height is not enough and the staff is weak.
Correction method: when picking up the stick, the force should be slightly higher than the stick, and the height should be above the shoulder.
3. Falling staff
Action Essentials: swing the stick down with both hands for a week, stand upright, hold the handle with your right hand, hold the middle section of the stick with your left hand, and fall the stick in a servant step. Look ahead (Figure 4)
Easy to make mistakes: the hand misses the target when throwing the stick.
Correction method: hold it tightly with your right hand and hold it on the stick with your left hand.
4. Fairy wagging its tail
Action Essentials: put the stick in front of your head with both hands, form a half horse step, swing the stick forward with your right hand, catch it with your left hand, fall down with the stick, step forward with your right leg, rotate 360 ° to the left and rear, and swing and kick your left leg upward. Look ahead (Figure 5).
Easy to make mistakes: the height of swinging legs is not enough.
Correction method: when swinging the leg, swing and kick upward with waist strength, and the height is over the waist.
5. Arhat fight
Action Essentials: the right leg bounces forward, while the left hand pulls the stick backward, the right hand swings the stick to the shoulder back to form a left lunge, and then the right hand swings the stick forward, while the two feet jump up to make a whirlwind foot turn 360 °, the two feet fall to the ground to form a horse step, the right hand holds the stick to the left waist and looks at the right side (Fig. 6)
Easy to make mistakes: the horse step is too high.
Correction method: multi decomposition exercise.
6. Fairy watching the moon
Action Essentials: turn the upper left foot into a left bow step, hold the stick in both hands and stretch reversely, then turn the upper right foot into a right bow step, hold the upper end of the stick in the left hand, lift the middle section of the stick in the right hand to the top of the head, turn the stick in the back hand for one week, press the stick in the right hand, hold the stick in both hands close to the body, turn the two legs of the upper left foot into a left bow step, and look back at the upper right (Fig. 7)
Easy to make mistakes: the pressing rod is not in place.
Correction method: when pressing the stick, the left hand is in front of the chest and the right hand is at the waist.
7. Overlord watching the war
Action essentials; Bend your right leg to step forward, bend your left leg to step forward, jump up, turn 360 ° to complete the horse step, press down with the stick in both hands, and step up with your left foot to the right to form a left bow step. At the same time, hold the middle section of the stick in both hands, stretch the stick upward, reach the stick handle and look ahead (Fig. 8).
Easy to make mistakes: weak stick pressing action.
Correction method: when pressing the stick, use both hands at the same time.
8. Immortal down the mountain
Action Essentials: step back with your left foot to form a right lunge, and stick your hands from bottom to top at the same time; When turning right, jump up 360 ° and hit the stick downward., Visually inspect the handle (Fig. 9).
Easy to make mistakes: the turning range is not enough.
Correction method: turn right 360 ° and jump up before pressing the stick. The right hand is up and the left hand is down.
9. Tiger wags its tail
Action Essentials: move your left foot forward into a virtual step, while your left hand is on the top, your right hand is pushing the stick forward, and your right foot is stepping forward into a right virtual step, then your right hand is on the top, your left hand pushes the stick forward again, bouncing your left leg, stretching the stick with both hands upward, and turning right for a week becomes a right lunge. Place the stick horizontally in front of your right shoulder, put your left hand in front of your right chest, and look at the stick handle (FIG. 10)

10. Fairies watching the war
Action Essentials: turn left and parallel the stick flower upward, place the left shoulder into a left bow step, turn right, turn around with the stick in both hands, dance the stick flower, place the stick on the right shoulder, take a t-step, and look at the front left. (Figure 11)

Correction method: break down exercise with left and right swing sticks.
11. Damo river crossing
Action essentials; Kick your leg on the left, turn right, Dance Stick flowers at the same time, withdraw your legs and sit on the plate, like Arhat sleeping; Fall to the left, lie on the side, lie flat, and put the flower stick in front of the chest. The carp straightens into a half squat step and bounces on the left. At the same time, the stick stretches forward, goes up to the right step and forms a half bow step. At the same time, the stick rotates at the waist, rotates 180 degrees to the left and back, and the two legs bend their knees to become a horse step. At the same time, swing the stick with the right hand, hold the left hand to the right wrist, and the two legs form a left bow step, looking ahead (Fig. 12).
Easy to make mistakes: the lunge and horse step are too high.
Correction method: the movement should be fast and stable during the conversion of lunge.
12. Children worship Buddha
Action Essentials: jump back, turn right 180 degrees, form a horse step after landing with two legs, and support the stick upward at the same time; The horse step changes to the left bow step. At the same time, the right hand pulls the stick backward, the left hand is placed at the end of the stick, the right hand is placed in the stick, and touches the stick downward; Turn left, stab the stick forward, hold the stick in your left hand, close your legs in your left hand, connect the stick with your right hand, sit on the plate, shoulder and back the stick, put your left hand in front of your chest, and become a boy worship Buddha and look ahead (omitted in Figure 13).
Easy to make mistakes: the position of the back stick is incorrect.
Correction method: when carrying the stick, the stick shall be flat on the shoulder and back.
13. Arhat stick
Action Essentials: get up, turn right, take a horse step, and swing the stick under the right shoulder and armpit at the same time; Step backward with your left leg, turn your side into a horse step, put the stick in front of your chest, turn back into a right lunge, and sweep the floor with the stick head in front of your right foot; Take the left foot as the support point, take a step back with the right leg, quickly step forward and hit the stick (stick with you), stand up and turn right for three weeks. At the same time, the stick rotates with you and swings horizontally. Then, the spring leg presses the stick, and the oblique step grid (stick is raised on the top of your head) turns right into a right lunge and backhand sweeps the stretch stick; Turn right into a right lunge, and change hands left and right to press the stick down over the shoulder; Pinch your right leg and kick the back stick low. Squat forward and point the stick. Repeat this three times to form a right lunge. Point three times and pull the stick backward to make a rest step, stretch the stick and look at the stick tip (FIG. 14).

14. Immortal points the way
Action Essentials: turn 90 degrees to the right, support the right leg independently, lift the knee of the left leg, raise the stick with the right hand on the top of the head, point the two fingers of the left hand straight forward, form a fairy’s pointing Road, and look at the direction of the left hand (FIG. 15).
Easy to make mistakes: the supporting legs are easy to bend.
Correction method: straighten the supporting leg and grasp the ground with five toes of the right foot.
15. Waist bar
Action Essentials: the left leg falls into a half lunge, the right leg shakes the foot, the left foot moves forward into a left lunge, then the left leg raises the knee, the right leg supports and stands, the right hand holds the stick, swings up and down once, stabs the stick forward, raises the stick backward, supports the left hand in front, and looks at the direction of the left hand (FIG. 16).
Easy to make mistakes: when stabbing the stick, the two shoulders do not move harmoniously.
Correction method: when stabbing the stick, hold the gun with both hands and parallel shoulders.
16. Luo Hanju Ding
Action Essentials: turn left, hold the stick in both hands, and slash the stick to the left and put it under the left armpit; Jump to the left, poke your legs and kick low. At the same time, stab down with the stick in your right hand. Turn around and stand alone. The stick slashes to the left with your shoulder and under your armpit; Turn the stick with both hands and stretch it forward. At the same time, the left foot falls forward, the right leg bounces and kicks, and the left leg shakes the foot into a horse step. At the same time, the stick is held high on the right side from bottom to top, and then pull down to the right armpit, swing the head to the left, and look at the left front (FIG. 17).
Easy to make mistakes: the right arm is not straight and the elastic leg is weak.
Correction method: Practice of decomposition of spring leg and shock foot.
