“Shaolin splits the four doors” is the late Shaolin boxer Wang Fengxi of Yuzhou Shenyuan. The Shaolin boxing he taught focused on technical strikes and was based on practice, and its routine structure was short and concise, tight and compact, simple and practical, and ingenious and changeable.
“Shaolin Splitting Four Doors” is composed of only a few moves, and practitioners can understand the practical truth of Shaolin boxing “a thousand moves will be better than one move” through repeated practice. Because Wang Fengxi lives in the mountains and does not teach many apprentices, many of his excellent boxing techniques are little known. Now his senior apprentice Zhang Bojuan provides information, and cooperates with the sorting out of excellent boxing gloves such as “Shaolin Split Four Gates”.
