Sorted out the classic fighting move “Four Pounds and Six Legs” in Shaolin boxing and shared it with you.
First, beat the face
1. Confrontation between enemies and us. The enemy steps up to the left and attacks our upper set with a left punch. We immediately retreated to the right and turned right to dodge (Figure 1-1).
2. Our side then turns to the left into a left lunge, and at the same time strikes forward and down with both hands and backs, the enemy’s left forearm seals the enemy’s left fist, and the right fist hits the bridge of the enemy’s nose (Figure 1-2).
Second, pound your hands
1. The enemy punches me in the face with a left imaginary step and a left flip. We immediately retreated to the right and turned right to dodge (Figure 2-1).
2. Immediately, I twisted my body to the left, and with the force of twisting, I struck the enemy’s chest with both fists from the inside of the enemy’s left forearm from the front of the abdomen (Figure 2-2).
Third, grind the waist
1. The enemy punches me in the face with a left imaginary step and a left flip. We immediately retreated to the right and turned right to dodge (Figure 3-1).
2. Then I twist my body to the left, use the force of twisting, block the enemy’s left forearm outward with my left forearm to block the enemy’s left fist, and at the same time smash the enemy’s left ear root or neck with my right arm (Figure 3-2).
Fourth, flowering and pounding
1. The enemy punches me in the chest with a left imaginary step and a left punch. We immediately retreated to the right and turned right to dodge (Figure 4-1).
2. We immediately twist to the left, quickly rush forward with both fists from the front of the abdomen, slightly outward with the right fist, block the enemy’s left forearm with the right forearm, seal the enemy’s left fist, and at the same time slam the enemy’s front with the right fist (Figure 4-2).
5. Pedal at the foot of the mountain
1. The enemy punches me in the chest with a left step and a right punch. We immediately retreated to the right, turned right to dodge, and walked with our legs in horseback (Figure 5-1).
2. Then we turn to the left, and slash the enemy with our left arm to the left and forward; Force the enemy to fall back and dodge (Figure 5-2).
3. Next, we hit the enemy’s abdomen with a right right leg (Figure 5-3).
6. Scorpion tail
1. The enemy attacks our upper plate with a left false step and a right punch. We immediately dodged backwards (Figure 6-1).
2. Immediately step with our right foot and kick the enemy’s left knee with our left foot (Figure 6-2).
3. Without stopping, our side immediately retracts the left foot, quickly turns right back, and kicks the enemy’s lower vulva with the right provocative leg (Figure 6-3).
7. Full of redness
1. The enemy stepped up to the left and hit me in the chest with his left fist. We immediately block the defense with our left forearm (Figure 7-1).
2. Immediately afterwards, we step with our right foot and kick the enemy’s abdomen with our left kick (Figure 7-2).
10. Kick in the clouds
1. Both enemies and friends stand and confront each other in a left-hand fighting style (Figure 10-1).
2. Our side uses the illusory move of the left leg to kick the enemy’s lower yin, forcing the enemy to bend over and close his abdomen. Taking advantage of this opportunity, we quickly turned to the left and kicked the enemy in the head with a kick on the right side (Figure 10-2).
3. Keep moving up, our right leg does not land on the ground, and immediately kicks out after retracting the leg in the air, and slams and kicks the enemy’s chest and abdomen (Figure 9-3).
