(2) Chen Tan awakening method

 

Keep your legs unchanged and lie straight; The palms extend slowly from the top to both sides of the head, so that the hands rotate around the chest ring for one week. When the hands pass through the lower abdomen, the right hand will circle and straighten upward, with the palm facing inward. (4) Ziyan folding wing method

(5) Left hand single flag spreading method

(8) Bipedal method

(9) Daxian knee bending method

 

Retract your feet backward to make your knees arched, land smoothly, put your heels on the bed board and lift your toes; Keep both palms unchanged, breathe naturally and look ahead. Yizhu Zhongji acupoint (Fig. 9)

(10) Hero lying on the left

 

Slowly straighten your legs, lie on your back, then turn your body 90 degrees to the left, lie on your side, and straighten your legs side by side; The left arm rests on the lower left side, and the left hand implantation remains unchanged; The right palm is extended on the upper right side of the head, the palm is forward, the palm is pointing upward, and the eyes are looking forward.
