This skill is the primary skill for the transition from internal skill to external skill. Although it has moved its force and revealed its shape, it still has the characteristics of soft luck, slight movement and simple shape and posture, so it is called soft skill. It is suitable for the elderly, the weak and the beginner to practice qigong.
1、 Flat horse riding
Stand upright with feet shoulder width apart.
The palms of the two hands should be flat with the waist, and should not be too wide. Turn the hands inward, and the back of the hands should be upward, and still be flat with the waist (Fig. 1). Rub the two hands horizontally from the side, making a circle and rubbing the top (Fig. 2). Straighten the two hands forward, the palms should be forward, the fingers should be upward, the height should be about the same as the milk, and swallow the air. Pause for a moment and take about three breaths (Figure 3)
Later, after swallowing the gas, look at it visually, no matter left or right, up or down The rate is three breaths.
Take a step to the left with your left foot, bend your left leg and your right leg Straight; Press your left hand on your left thigh with your thumb back; The right hand is wrapped around the back of the ear, the five fingers are pinched together, and the fingertips are used as carving hands (Fig. 4).
2、 Peace frame moon watching type
Socket type. Raise your left hand flat with your eyes, bend your five fingers, align your thumb with your little finger, align your index finger with your ring finger, hold your middle finger slightly high, and keep your palm hollow; First, look at the height of the left hand, turn back to the front to swallow the air, turn your head back to the right hand, and then turn back to the front to swallow the air, three times on the left and three times on the right, with a total of six swallows (Fig. 5)
3、 Flat frame comfortable air type
Stand upright with feet as wide as shoulders; The palms of the two palms are flat with the twelve ribs (Fig. 6 and Fig. 7)
4、 Initial form of martial arts head
The left leg is bent and the right leg is straight; Press your left hand on your left thigh, turn your thumb back, and turn your right hand around behind your ears as a tricky hand. Take a breath in the front, and turn your head to look left (Fig. 8)
5、 First two moves of martial arts
Socket type. The left arm is straight to the left and the back of the hand is upward (Fig. 9)
With the potential, retract the hand, press it flat, straighten the arm, retract it again, and go back and forth twice (FIG. 10).
Turn the flat chest hand, seal the chest with the palm, and take a breath (FIG. 11). Turn your hand again, with your thumb down and your middle finger up, and turn your head to the left (Fig. 12)
6、 Martial arts first three moves
Socket type. Put the flat chested hand back from the ear and stretch it out to the left (FIG. 13). The left hand retracts after the ear with the trend, clenches the fist and flat chest, the back of the hand is up, swallows the air, turns the head to look left, and the right is the same (FIG. 14).
Three times on the left and three times on the right, and a total of 18 breaths were swallowed.
7、 Hand patrol
Stand upright with your feet one foot five or six inches apart; Bend your elbows and stretch them forward, then bend your elbows and stand your arms with your wrists upright. Spread your five fingers, face each other and hold your cheeks (FIG. 15).
8、 Jade belt type
Socket type. Separate your palms, press them from behind your ears, push them to your waist, about flat with your navel, and align your fingertips on both sides, about three inches away from your body If it is in the shape of a fork waist, take a breath (FIG. 16).
9、 Waist down type
Socket type. Clench your hands to your waist with the back of your hands facing down and take a breath in the front [Fig. 17].
10、 Robe style
Soil bearing type. Let go of both fists, turn out from under the ribs, extend the arms forward, like lifting things, and swallow air in the front (Fig. 18)
11、 Fumian style
Socket type. Separate your hands, turn them out of your head from under your ribs, keep your hands about seven or eight inches away from your head, spread your fingers, align your fingers obliquely, and hang the tip of your thumb flat with your eyes, so that your hands cover your face and swallow air (Fig. 19)
12、 Scratching type
Socket type. The palms of both hands converge under the forehead, the two little fingers are combined, and the two elbows are combined, extending over the lower forehead with the potential (FIG. 20)
Then the ten fingers gradually hook and clench the fist, stay under the forehead and cheek, spread the ten fingers, combine the two thumbs, stretch out the hand over the forehead, and combine the little fingers, gradually hook and clench the fist, still stay under the forehead and cheek, and then bend the elbow to stand on both sides of the head and forehead (Fig. 21)
13、 Chaohu style
Socket type. Pull the two fists apart, level with the shoulder, like holding an object, with the back of the hand facing upward. The two fists are far away, one foot eight or nine inches away from each other, and take a breath in the front (Fig. 22)
14、 Partial lifting type
Stand sideways with your left leg bent and your right leg straight; Cross your fingers and lift up over the top (Figure 23).
Then bend down like a bow, press the palm down to the instep, close the arch and lift it, throw it between the knees and whiskers, and straighten the body and waist (Fig. 24)
Separate your hands, circle them from behind your ears to your chest, clench your fists and bend your elbows in a circle. The two fists are far from each other, one foot eight or nine inches away, with the back of your hands facing up and take a breath (Fig. 25).
The same is true for the right. Three times on the left and three times on the left and six times on the right.
15、 Forward lift
Stand upright, one foot five or six inches away from each other, cross your fingers and lift them above the top [figure 26].
Bend down gradually, press the palm down like a bow to the ground, then close the arch and lift it, about level with the waist. Swing it with force, and keep the waist with you, so that the back bow and head sink, the eyes look up and breathe out slightly (Fig. 27).
Separate your hands and make a fist from behind your ears to your chest. Bend your elbows like holding objects. The two fists are one foot eight or nine inches apart and swallow air in the front (Fig. 28). Repeat this three times, swallowing three mouthfuls of gas.
16、 Xue Gong standing
Socket type. Straighten your hands and fingers and wrap the flat breast from behind your ears (Figure 29)
Press down to the umbilicus, from the flat milk to the flat umbilicus, go down smoothly without stopping, and stop when you reach the flat umbilicus (Fig. 30)
Turn your hands around from under your ribs, put your palms flat on your shoulders, four or five inches from your head, and keep your hands straight, with your thumb in front of your arm and the other four fingers behind your shoulder (Fig. 31)
Turn 90 degrees to the left, merge your hands, level with the forehead, put your little fingers close to each other, put your palms upward, and put your wrists and elbows close to the upper bracket (Fig. 32)
Follow up. Tilt up, the height is excessive, and visual inspection of both hands (Fig. 33)
Turn your fingers into hooks, make your fist level with your forehead and chin (Fig. 34). Let go of your two fists, with your palms facing upward, your two thumbs together, hold them over your shoulders, look ahead and swallow your breath (Fig. 35)
Hold your back over your forehead, put your two little fingers together, grasp it from your forehead, and clench your fist at the same level as your chin; The Fu Shu fist is the same as the original posture. The palms and little fingers are combined and raised over the forehead (Fig. 36).
Combine the two little fingers, grasp them from the forehead according to the trend, hold the fist still under the chin, and then relax the fist. As in the original trend, raise the palm and little fingers together, lift them up over the forehead, raise the palm for the third time, and put the two little fingers together and stretch them up (Fig. 37)
Grasp with your fingers, clench your fists in a flat line, as round as holding objects, keep your fists one foot eight or nine inches apart, and swallow your breath (Fig. 38).
Repeat this formula three times and swallow air three times.
17、 Elbow type
The left leg is bent and the right leg is straight; Make a fist with your right hand and wrap your right fist with the palm of your left hand (Figure 39)
Send the left elbow to the left and withdraw immediately; Squat down, straighten your left leg, bend your right leg and lift your right elbow (Fig. 40)
Get up, bend your left leg, straighten your right leg, lean to the left and swallow your breath; Lift your right elbow with the momentum Go up and look at the front six inches of your left foot (Figure 41). The same is true for the right, three times for the left and three times for the left and six times for the right.
Bend the left leg, straighten the right leg, press the right hand on the left leg, more than two inches away from the knee, add the left hand to the right hand, bend down on the side of the body, look flat to the left, swallow the air, arch the back and straighten the neck.
At present, look at the front of the toe about six inches [Fig. 42]. The same is true for the right, three times for the left and three times for the left and six times for the right.
19、 Station elimination type nest wrapped gun
The left leg is bent and the right leg is straight; The left hand covers the flat heart of the palm, and the right hand tilts the palm and flat navel. The fingers are straight and look at the front (Fig. 43).
Both hands pull horizontally and clench their fists. The left fist is flat, about 89 inches away, including the thumb; The flat rib of the right fist is more than an inch away, the thumb is outside, take a breath in the front, and look the head to the left (Fig. 44)
0、 Station elimination type space cannon
Socket type. Let go of your left fist, circle it from bottom to top, then clench your fist and stand up, level with the corner of your head, take a breath in the front, turn your head and look at the mouth of your left hand; Bend your elbow and hold your right fist at your waist (Figure 45)
21、 Station fire piercing gun
Socket type. Let go of your left fist and turn your palm behind your ear That is, clench your fist, bend your elbow and stand on the left side, level with the top of your head, swallow your breath, and turn your head to the left (Fig. 46). The right is the same, three times on the left and three times on the right, swallowing a total of 18 breaths.
22、 Grain bag type space cannon
Bend your left leg, keep your right leg straight, hold the bag with your right hand, wrap your left hand under your ribs, bend your elbow, and hold your fist vertically above your head Take a breath (Figure 47).
Hit the inner side of the left arm with your right hand, starting from the shoulder and foot, and hitting it closely and smoothly to more than ten fingers (Fig. 48).
Every time you hit it, you must hit it down smoothly and irreversibly. If there is any leakage during the beating, it cannot be made up.
23、 Grain bag piercing gun
Socket type. Release the left fist and turn from behind the ear, that is, hold the fist straight to the left, with the back of the fist facing up and swallow the air; Hold the bag with your right hand and hit the outside of your left arm, starting from your shoulder and spleen to your fingertips (Figure 49).
24、 Threshing bag Carver
Socket type. Turn your left hand behind your ear, make a tricky hand and swallow your breath; Hold the bag with your right hand, hit the outside of your left elbow, and stop from the swelling of your shoulder to the side of your little finger (Fig. 50).
25、 Grain bag type small space cannon
Socket type. Turn your left hand, make a vertical sky cannon on your fist, and swallow your breath; Hold the bag with your right hand, starting from your left shoulder blade and beating it to the side of your left thumb (Fig. 51).
26、 Threshing bag carrying tripod
Socket type. Turn your left hand from under your ribs, try to lift it straight seven times, extend your thumb behind, swallow the air, and look up at your hand (Fig. 52).
Then, hit the right hand from the left rib to the left side of the lower abdomen, and then down to the toe along the front of the left leg (Fig. 53).
27、 Threshing bag elbow
Socket type. Let go of the left fist and wrap it around the back of the ear, that is, bend your elbow, clench your fist, flat your chest and swallow your breath; The right hand starts from the left armpit, hits obliquely to the waist root and left lateral ankle, and turns to the side of the left little toe (Fig. 54).
28、 Threshing bag carving
Socket type. Let go of the left fist, turn from behind the ear, make a carving hand and swallow air; Hold the bag with your right hand, start from the lower left of the pelvis, hit it clockwise to the left of the abdomen, and then hit it horizontally to the right of the abdomen (Fig. 55).
Change the left hand holding bag, hit horizontally from the right to the left of the abdomen, cover the outer kidney with the right hand, turn the left hand from the lower abdomen, and hit from the inner side of the left leg to the left toe. If you are ill in the abdomen, you can hit it several times.
29、 Thirty dozen grain bag kneeling
(1) the left leg is bent and the right leg is straight; Press the left leg with the right hand and the bag with the left hand, and take a breath (Fig. 56)
(2) hit the left spine 20 times with both hands over the top, and do not hit the middle spine (Fig. 57).
Then, extend the left leg and bend the right leg; Press the right hand on the right knee with the thumb behind, lean over, look at the left knee, hold the bag with the left hand, hit the left back with the back hand, step by step to the left waist eye, turn the hand, hit the back of the left arm and left leg to the heel of the left foot (Fig. 58)
31、 Fishing for the moon at the bottom of the sea
Press the left hand on the left leg surface, and the right hand is the carving hand (Fig. 59)
Turn your left hand from behind your ear and extend your palm to the left. Turn your hand and turn the back of your hand upward (Fig. 60).
Bend over to fish for the moon, fish from left to right, and start with your waist (Figure 61)
Turn your head to the left to watch the moon, swallow the air and look between the thumb and index finger of your left hand (Fig. 62).
