Shaolin Qigong children’s skill practice method:

(1) Put your hands together

Two feet stand side by side. Two inches apart; Bend your elbows inward with your palms facing each other.

(2) Knee bending meditation

Take Zen bed or stone drum. Zen satchel is the base. Sit down slowly; Then bend your knees inward and sit in the basin. The left foot is pressed under the knee of the right leg, the right foot is pressed under the knee of the left leg, and the hearts of both feet are outward; Bend your elbows inward with your arms folded in front of your chest and your palms pointing upward; Keep your chest up, close your eyes, leave a slight seam, and look down at the tip of your nose (Fig. 2).

(3) Pedal toward the sky

Stand on the ground with your left leg, lift your right leg and slowly extend it to the upper right side; When the right foot crosses the top of the head, stretch out your right hand and grasp the bottom of the right foot upward; Bend your left arm inward, shine your palm in front of your chest, put your five fingers together, turn your palm to the right, point your palm upward, and look ahead (Fig. 3).

After the above actions are completed, continue for a moment, the right leg falls to the ground, then lift the left leg to stretch and pedal to the upper left side, the left hand goes up and grabs the sole of the left foot, the right arm bends the elbow inward, and shines the palm in front of the chest.

(4) Step on pile

The diameter of the plum blossom is one foot to two inches from the ground, and the diameter of the plum blossom is five feet from the middle. Buried in the training ground. During the initial training, the two foot pile is standing and gradually increased to five foot pile.

Practice horse step, loop walk, lunge, jump, etc. in turn. Practice until the standing pile is stable and the walking steps are free. When the jumping step is fast and firm, increase the practice of single palm, split palm, lift palm, punch, lift and so on. If you practice the action on the pile for a long time, you can show miraculous skills when you fight with people under the pile (Fig. 4).

(5) Single palm lift

One leg stands on the stake and the other leg raises the knee backward; At the same time, put your hands together from the front of your chest, and then stand on the same side of the pile leg and push your palms upward with your arms straight, palms upward and palm fingers backward; The hand on the knee lifting side bends the elbow forward, shakes the wrist and brightens the palm, the palm is inward, the palm points upward, and looks forward (Fig. 5)

(6) Cramming

Take two wooden or stone bricks one foot and two inches apart as the base, sit on one hip, and straighten your legs forward so that your feet are flat on the front one; Then the upper body is slowly attached to the lower leg; At the same time, grasp and move both feet forward with both hands, so that the head and forehead rest against the toes as much as possible (Fig. 6)

(7) Two finger zen skill

First, one arm down and point the ground with the middle and food; Then, the two legs stand upside down slowly, the other arm bends the elbow inward and holds the fist, and the whole body strength runs through the arm fingers; Visual point and ground two fingers (Fig. 7)

(8) Arhat sleep

First stand on the pile head more than one foot apart with the upper body forward; Hold the pile slowly with both hands; Then support the pile with your left hand, loosen the handle with your right hand, clench your fist and bend your elbow, place the tip of your elbow in the center of the pile, and put your fist eye in front of your ear; Turn the body 90 degrees to the left and release the left hand. Bend the elbow and move it to the left with the fist in front of the ear. (9) Landing fork

First, keep your feet slightly open and stand side by side. After three cycles of luck, lift your left foot and move it to the left, then rest and bend forward; Press your hands forward to support the whole body’s gravity; Slowly move your legs to both sides and gradually sit on the ground to spread your legs; Then bend your elbows upward and inward and close your elbows, and look ahead (Fig. 8).

(10) Duzi worships Buddha

Stand on a Buddha mat or Zen basin with two feet, one leg standing on the ground, and the other leg bending its knees and hanging on the plate; Then bend your elbows inward with your hands folded in front of your chest; After completing the action, point your head forward, stand your legs and squat slightly, and look at your hands (FIG. 10)

(11) Worship Buddha and rush forward

First choose a larger cushion, then sit in a human position, and then bend your upper body forward to slowly attach the cushion to your chest and abdomen, bend your elbows slightly forward and close your hands; Visual inspection of the left front (Figure 11)

(12) Upside down monument

(14) Iron fist subdues the tiger

Stand with your feet together, place a stone in front of you, follow three cycles of luck, concentrate on your right fist, and then lift your right foot forward to form a right lunge; At the same time, clench your teeth to strengthen your strength, hit with your right fist, and split the stone into two pieces (Figure 14)

(15) Iron fork side lying

Cross fork implantation, supine on the upper body side, with the side of the face attached to the legs and knees; At the same time, bend your elbow upward with your upper arm and grasp your feet around your head; Bend your elbow inward with your lower arm and shine your palm in front of your chest; Close your eyes slightly, leave a small gap, and look at the tip of your nose (FIG. 15)

(16) Lotus cross sitting

Based on the lotus basin or Zen seat or Zen chair, bend your knees and cross sit with your legs, and then move your left foot on the root of your right leg with your hand. Put the right foot on the root of the left leg to make the two feet as close to the lower abdominal muscle as possible; Bend your elbows inward with your hands folded in front of your chest; Straighten your chest and collapse your waist, slightly close your eyes, leave a small gap, and look at the tip of your nose (Figure 16)
