Shaolin plum blossom spear routine

Reserve potential

Stand with your feet together, chest straight, arms down, spear in right hand, left palm attached to the outside of your left thigh, eye level (Figure 1).

Following the movement, take half a step to the left with the left foot, change the left palm into a fist, hold it around the waist, and look to the left side (Figure 2).

1. Danfeng Chaoyang

Without moving your feet, change your left fist to palm, swing your palm to the left, palm to the left, palm pointing up, and look at your left hand (Figure 3).

2. Golden Rooster Independence

With both feet as the axis, turn the body 90 degrees to the left, raise the right foot to step forward, and raise the left leg to the front knee. At the same time, hold the spear in your right hand and advance the spear to the right, put your left palm on the front of your head, and look at the spear blade visually (Figure 4).

To follow the movement, the left foot drops one step on the inside of the right foot, turns the body 180 degrees to the right, the right foot takes a step back, and the left leg is raised to the front knee. At the same time, the right spear is withdrawn to the chest, then the arm is raised on the head, the spear is pointed to the left, the left palm is pushed out to the left, and the left hand is visually looked at (Figure 5).

3. Lübuto

The left foot falls one step on the inside of the right foot, the body turns 90 degrees to the left, the right foot is raised to step forward, and the body then turns left 90 degrees. At the same time, the spear is half-danced, the left hand catches the spear, so that the spear body is reclining in front of the body, the spear edge is to the left, and the root of the spear is visually looked at (Figure 6).

4. Stab the spear right away

Hold the spear in both hands without moving and swing the flowers from left to right (Picture 7).

To pick up the movement, step forward with your left foot, turn your body 90 degrees to the right, and bend your legs and squat half-squat into a horse step. At the same time, the spear is stabbed diagonally from the back to the front around the head to the right front, visually looking at the spear (Figure 8).

5. Piercing spear

Raise your right foot and take a step up to the left, then raise your left foot and raise your knee back, and the spear will sink (Figure 9).

After the movement, land the left foot to the left and turn the body 90 degrees to the left, so that the legs form a left lunge. At the same time, the two-handed support spear is twisted to the left, then the left is moved back, and the spear is pushed forward and stabbed straight forward, visually looking at the spear (Figure 10).

6. Jiro Dan Shan

With both feet as the axis, turn the body 90 degrees to the right, squat with the left leg full, and stretch the right leg straight, so that the legs form a right servant step. At the same time, the spear root moves to the right, stops above the right foot, and looks at the spear root visually (Figure 11).

Connect the motion, get up, and make your legs lunge right. At the same time, raise the handle with your right hand so that the spear body falls on both shoulders around the head, and the spear is pointed backwards and the spear is visually looked at (Figure 12).

7. Return the horse spear

Without moving your right foot, raise your left leg and raise your knee. At the same time, take off the handle with your left hand, bend your elbow to the right and look to the left (Figure 13).

Following the motion, take a step to the right with the left foot so that the legs are inserted in a step, the left hand is unchanged, and the eyes are still looking to the left (Figure 14).

Pick up the movement, raise your right foot and step forward, then raise your left foot first, then raise your right foot, turn over to the right (body turn 360 degrees) and jump, take off the handle with your left hand, and hold the spear in your right hand and stab it forward (Figure 15).

8. Left and right hangers

Landing on both feet in an open step, holding the spear in both hands, strangulating the spear from right to left, and visually looking at the spear (Figure 16).

Following the movement, take half a step with the left foot to the left, so that the legs are in a horse step, hold the spear in both hands, and twist the spear from left to right, visually looking at the spear (Figure 17).

9. Lock throat spear

With both feet as the axis, turn the body 90 degrees to the left so that the legs form a left lunge. At the same time, slide the handle backwards with the left hand, hold the spear with both hands, stab it forward and upward, and visually look at the spear blade (Figure 18).

10. Taigong rowing

Take a step forward with your right foot and turn your body 90 degrees to the left, while moving the handle up with your right hand and supporting the spear with both hands (Fig. 19).

To catch the movement, step forward with your left foot, reverse the handle with both hands, and swipe the spear backwards, looking at the left rear (Figure 20).

11. Cross draped red

With both feet as the axis, turn the body 90 degrees to the right, hold the spear in both hands and tilt the spear forward with the posture, and visually look at the spear blade (Figure 21)

Pick up the movement, turn the body 90 degrees to the right with both feet as the axis, and shoot the dancing flower (Figure 22).

Following the movement, step forward with the left foot, turn the body 45 degrees to the right, raise the right foot to the right horizontal pad one step, so that the legs form a right horizontal lunge. At the same time, the spear is half-struck, and then the two hands are mounted around the head and dropped on the shoulder, looking at the left rear (Figure 23).

12. Lübuto

Raise your right foot and drop one step back to the left, turn your body 1 80 degrees to the right, so that the legs are open, the spear is still on the shoulder, and the eye is on the left (Figure 24)

Connecting the movement, with both feet as the axis, turn the body 90 degrees to the right, so that the legs form a right lunge. At the same time, the back of the spear is slashed forward obliquely around the head, visually looking at the spear (Figure 25).

13. Return to the horse to kill the spear

With both feet as the axis, turn the body 90 degrees to the left, and raise the right foot to raise the knee. At the same time, both hands hold the spear to the left and look at the blade visually (Figure 26).

After the movement, land the right foot to the right, turn the body 45 degrees to the right, and raise the left foot to bounce forward. At the same time, slide the left handle back, hold the spear in both hands and lean back to stab the spear (Figure 27).

14. Greet the door and split the spear

Step forward with your left foot, turn your body 90 degrees to the right, and bend your legs into a horse’s step. At the same time, hold the spear in both hands and split the spear from back to front, with the spear blade to the left and the side front, visually looking at the spear (Figure 28).

15. Yasha explores the sea

With the left foot as the axis, turn the body 90 degrees to the left, raise the left foot and bounce forward, reverse the handle with both hands, and hold the spear head forward (Figure 29).

After the movement, the right foot is dropped one step back, and the body is turned 90 degrees to the right, so that the legs form a right lunge. At the same time, the spear is pulled with the right hand, the handle is sliding with the left hand, and the two-handed support spear is stabbed diagonally to the right (Fig. 30).

Following the movement, lift the left foot and move one step behind the right foot, turning the body 1 80 degrees to the left, so that the legs form a left lunge. At the same time, change the handle with both hands and stab the spear diagonally to the left (Figure 31).

Following the movement, move the right foot one step behind the left foot, and turn the body 270 degrees to the right, so that the legs form a right lunge. Change the handle with both hands and hold the spear diagonally to the right front (Figure 32).

16. Weaver Girl Shuttle

With both feet as the axis, turn the body 45 degrees to the left, raise the right leg and raise the knee. At the same time, slide the handle backwards with the left hand, and hold the spear in both hands and stab the root of the spear forward (Figure 33).

Pick up the movement and pull the spear to the right with your right hand so that the spear edge turns to the right (Figure 34).

In the following motion, the right foot lands to the right and the left handle is pressed down, so that the spear blade is diagonally upward (Figure 35).

17. Golden Rooster Throat Lock

After the movement, take both feet as the axis, turn the body 90 degrees to the right, raise the left foot and take a step forward, so that the legs form a left lunge. At the same time, slide the right handle back, and hold the spear in both hands and stab straight forward (Fig. 36).

18. Dancing flowers

Take half a step forward with your right foot and dance flowers to the left (Figure 37).

Pick up the movement and swing the flower to the right (Figure 3 8).

Following the movement, turn the body 90 degrees to the left, raise the right foot and lift the heel back, and swing the dance flower to the left (Figure 39).

19. Carry a boot and spear

The right foot lands to the right, the body turns 90 degrees to the right, and the left leg is raised towards the knee. At the same time, the spear is slashed to the right side, and then the spear is slashed forward obliquely, looking at the blade (Figure 40).

20. Shotspear kick

The left foot sinks slightly down, then kicks the spear forward sharply, visually looking at the blade (Figure 41).

21. Cyclone spear

Landing the left foot forward, turning the body 90 degrees to the left, raising the right leg and bending the foot back. At the same time, slide the handle back with the left hand, hold the spear in both hands, and slash the spear from front to back. Then take a step forward with the right foot, with the left foot as the axis, raise the right leg and raise the knee, turn 360 degrees to the left, turn the spear with you, stab forward obliquely, and look at the spear blade visually (Figure 42).

22. Lock throat spear

The right foot lands down, shaking the foot (loudly), the left foot takes a step up to the left, and the body turns 45 degrees to the left, so that the legs form a left lunge. At the same time, the left hand slides the handlebar back, and the two hands hold the spear forward and then forward stab, visually looking at the spear (Figure 43)

23. Strangle

Half a step backward with the left foot, both hands held the spear from right to left (Figure 44).

After the movement, take another half step back with the left foot, raise the right leg and raise the knee, and hold the spear in both hands from right to left (Figure 45).

24. Dead tree packing

The right foot lands backwards, turns the body to the right 90 degrees, lifts the left foot to land on the outside of the back of the right foot, so that the legs are inserted into steps. At the same time, twist the spear to the left, move the handle forward with the left hand, put the spear up with the spear behind the back with both hands, squat with both legs in a resting step, and look at the left spear blade (Figure 46).

25. Weaver Girl Shuttle

Get up and take a step to the left with your left foot. At the same time, the right hand sends the spear to the left, and the left hand extends the arm to support the spear (Figure 47).

After the movement, turn the body 90 degrees to the left, raise the right foot to step forward, then turn the body 90 degrees to the left, take off the handle with the left hand, hold the spear in the right hand and pass the spear to the right, and look visually to the right (Figure 48).

26. Waist spear

With both feet as the axis, turn the body 90 degrees to the right, lift the left foot and move it to the back and outside of the right foot, so that the legs are inserted into steps. At the same time, both hands support the spear backwards (Figure 49)

Pick up the motion, raise your left leg and raise your knee, and hold the spear in both hands to the left front (Figure 50)

27. The left foot of the lock throat spear takes half a step to the left, and the body turns 90 degrees to the left, so that the legs form a left lunge. At the same time, the left hand slides the handle back, and the two-handed holder spear is stabbed straight forward (Figure 52).

28. Swallows skim water

Take half a step back with your left foot, turn your body 90 degrees to the right, lift your right foot and move half a step to the right, so that your legs form a right step. At the same time, pull the handle down to the right with the right hand and slide the handle up with the left hand so that the root of the spear is attached to the front of the right foot and visually look at the root (Figure 53).

29. Danfeng Chaoyang

Get up, hold the spear from left to right and up, and then close your left foot and right foot in parallel. At the same time, the spear is sunk vertically to the right, so that the spear edge is up, the left hand is extended to the left and the palm is swinging, and the left hand is visually looked at (Figure 54).
