Action essentials: Stand with both feet in parallel, with the mace erected in front of the right side of the body, hold your head high, and look straight ahead. (figure 1).

1. One-handed salute

Action essentials: raise the left hand into the palm from the lower left side to the top of the head and then retract it to the chest, in the Buddha worship pose, take half a step with the left foot, and look straight ahead (Figure 2).

Easy to make mistakes: lift the left palm to shoulder level and close it in front of the chest.

Correction method: After raising the left palm above the head, it can be closed in front of the chest.

2. Lunge stick

Action essentials: After the right foot steps up to the left, the left foot retreats into a left lunge, the body turns to the left for a week, and the club head swings downward from the upper right for a week, then moves forward and upward (Figure 3).

Error prone: The device does not fit snugly.

Correction method: The mace is vertical up and down, and a vertical circle is drawn close to the body.

3. Side-by-side punch

Action essentials: The club head makes a dance from the upper left to the lower right and then rushes out to the right. At the same time, stand with both feet side by side and look to the right side (Figure 4).

Pitfall: The mace is erratic when rushing out.

Correction method: After the mace is rushed out, it should be level with the shoulder.

4. Single split mountain

Action essentials: Step with the left foot to the left, step up with the right foot to the left, turn the body left into a horse stance, move the mace upwards from the right side, and then swing it down on the left side for a week and then split it down (Figure 5).

Easy to make mistakes: stick flowers tilt, not close to the body.

 

Correction method: when sweeping flowers, the wrists of both hands shall be flexible, and the distance between two hands shall not be too large.

 

5. Sweep the lotus platform

 

Action Essentials: shake the right foot, step the left foot forward into a left bow step, and swing the wolf tooth stick head to the right and back for a week. After the stick head rushes forward, sweep it around the top of the head and stop at the right front of the body (Fig. 6).

Mistakes: Lunge pushback bends.

Correction method: The knee joint of the back leg of the lunge is stretched out, and the heel is on the ground.

6. Mount Taishan

Action essentials: step forward with the right foot, push the left foot on the ground after the step, turn around in the air and fall into a left lunge, and smash the mace from top to bottom (Figure 7).

Error prone: Unsteady landing lunge.

Correction method: Quickly sink the stride when landing, and grasp the ground with two feet and five toes.

7. Clear the clouds and see the sun

Action essentials: Step back with your left foot, and pull the club head back at the same time. Step back with your right foot to form a left lunge. At the same time, push the club head out, grab the handle of the club with your left hand and place it on your waist (Figure 8).

Correction method: Pull the mace back and push it out into a straight line.

8. Golden Rooster Independence

Action essentials: Without shaking the right foot, grab the handle of the stick with the left and right hands and close it to the waist, lift the left knee, and push the stick head out with the right hand (Figure 9).

Mistakes: Raise your knees and hook your toes, and your center of gravity is unsteady.

Correction method: Straighten the surface of the foot, point your toes down, press the center of gravity on the right leg, and grasp the ground with the five toes.

9. Lunge stick

Action essentials: After the right foot steps up to the left, the left foot retreats into a left lunge, the body turns to the left for one week, and the club head swings downward from the upper right for a week, then moves forward and upward (Figure 10).

12. Sweep the sky

Action essentials: step up with the right foot to the left, then step back with the left foot, step back with the right foot to the left foot, and stop with the mace on the top of the head for a week. Grab the handle of the stick with the left hand and place it at the left armpit. The handle of the stick is attached to the back. The head of the stick is slightly higher. 13. Kneeling and chopping

Action essentials: step with the left foot to the left, step up with the right foot to the left, step back with the left foot into a kneeling step, put the mace above the head to make a straight cloud top, then switch hands and lower the upper body, continue to rotate for a week, and then chop down, with the head of the club at an oblique angle. above. 15. Horse step pick handle

16. Looking back at the moon

Action essentials: The horse stance becomes a left lunge. The grip handle of the right hand is pressed out obliquely downward, and the club head is located above the knee joint.

17. Kneeling and pressing the bar

Action essentials: step forward with the right foot to the left, then step up with the left foot and push on the ground with force, turn around in the air and fall into a kneeling step, and press the club head down (Figure 18).

Mistakes: Falling to the ground and kneeling not in place.

Correction method: Turn around quickly in the air, and land the center of gravity on the right leg.

18. Lunge bar

Action essentials: Get up and kneel into a right lunge. Hold the stick in your upper hand above your head. The head of the stick is higher than the tail of the stick (Figure 19).

Mistakes: Poor lunges.

Correction method: Half squat with left leg at 90° and straighten right leg, toes buckle in, and soles of feet on the ground.

19. Lunge and split

Action essentials: The right hand is grasping the handle of the stick, the right foot steps up to the left, the left foot retreats into a left lunge, the mace makes a cloud top on the top of the head and then splits out, and the left hand holds the handle of the stick and tucks it at the waist (Figure 20) .

20. Knee Raise Stick

22. Lunge and split

Action essentials: Grab the handle of the stick with the right hand, throw forward with the back of the head, and change the horse stance to the left lunge at the same time (Figure 23).
