Rise potential
Action Essentials: stand with two legs together, with the left hand holding the sword in front of the chest, the right hand hanging naturally on the side of the body, and look at the front. The sword finger of the right hand dances on the side of the right body through the waist, draws an arc on the left hand, and looks at the sword body (Fig. 1 and 2).
First paragraph
1. Foil dance
Action Essentials: turn left, take a step to the right with your right foot, hold the sword with your right hand and dance the spike of foil on the side of your body, cooperate with your left hand in front of your body, take a fork step with your left foot, and look at the sword body (Fig. 3).
Easy to make mistakes: the foil is swung horizontally, not close to the body.
Correction method: to set up a round dance flower, close to the body.
2. Hang sword with wrist
Action Essentials: turn left, take the right step, hang the sword in front of the left body, then turn right, lift the left leg up to the front of the right leg into an inserted step, lift the sword with the right hand in front of the body, cooperate with the left hand, and look ahead (Fig. 4).
Easy to make mistakes: the sword does not coordinate with the body.
Correction method: practice hanging the sword more, and the sword should be consistent with the body.
3. Lift the knee and point the sword
Move: lift the body to the top of the sword, turn the left hand to the top of the sword, turn the right hand to the right side, and lift the sword to the top of the sword (Figure 5: turn the left hand to the top of the sword, bend the right hand to the right side of the sword).
Easy to make mistakes: bend your left leg and tilt your toes up.
Correction method: stretch the left foot until the popliteal fossa of the right leg, with the toe down.
4. Immortal points the way
Action Essentials: the left leg falls to the ground, the body turns to the right, the left and right legs turn forward in turn, swing the sword to the left and right, the left hand swings horizontally to the right, the right leg falls to the ground, the left foot moves forward into a left high virtual step, the left sword finger points forward through the chest, the right hand swings the sword to the right rear, and looks at the sword finger (Fig. 6).
Easy to make mistakes: body sword coordination is not coordinated.
Correction method: turn around and swing the sword, which is consistent with the previous step.
The second paragraph
5. Turn around and hang the sword
Action Essentials: turn your body slightly to the right, withdraw your left and right feet in turn, hold the sword with your right hand, lift the sword on both sides of your body, and look at the tip of the sword with your eyes (Fig. 7).
Easy to make mistakes: lifting the sword is not close to the body.
Correction method: the sword should be set up close to the body.
6. Knee lifting stabbing sword
Action Essentials: turn the body 180 degrees to the right, step up left and right in turn, bend the left leg and lift it to the ground to form a left bow step, stab forward with the sword in the right hand, swing the left hand to the left rear, and look at the sword tip (Fig. 8).
Easy to make mistakes: bend your arms.
Correction method: straighten your arms naturally.
7. Shake your feet and lift your sword
Action Essentials: take 2 or 3 steps forward with both feet, kick up the side somersault with the left foot on the ground, point the sword on the ground, then turn the body to the left, dance the foil with the right and left feet in turn, shake the right leg to the inside of the left foot, pick the sword up to the right chest, put the sword spike above the left shoulder, lift the left sword finger above the front of the head and look ahead (Fig. 9).
Easy to make mistakes: two feet separated, shaking feet weak.
Correction method: half squat with two feet in parallel, and shake your feet quickly and effectively.
8. Sword holding side kick
Action Essentials: kick the right leg on the left foot side, land into a parallel step, keep your arms still, and look at the right side (FIG. 10).
Easy to make mistakes: the right leg is bent.
Correction method: straighten your right leg, lift your toes and kick up quickly.
Third paragraph
9. Step up and hang the sword
Action Essentials: step on the left and right feet in turn, hang the sword left and right twice, turn the body left and right, insert the step with the right foot, swing the sword left with the body, and look at the sword tip (FIG. 11).
Easy to make mistakes: bend your legs when hanging the sword.
Correction method: straighten your chest and waist, straighten your legs and hang your sword.
10. Lift the knee and point the sword
Action Essentials: turn the body 180 degrees to the right, bend the left leg to lift it, dance the flower point sword with the right hand, the sword is level with the shoulder, lift and swing the left hand above the head, stick it to the side of the body, and look at the sword tip (Fig. 12).
Easy to make mistakes: bend your left leg and tilt your toes up.
Correction method: keep the left toe straight and keep the toe down.
11. Back foil
Action Essentials: land the left foot forward, turn the body right 180 degrees, exchange the sword with the right hand in front of the body, connect the sword with the left hand, put on the right foot, put both hands on the back of the body, exchange the right hand to connect the sword, circle the sword to the back and look at the front (FIG. 13).
Easy to make mistakes: inconsistent movements when exchanging Swords
Correction method: practice more and exchange swords at one go.
12. Lunge back sword
Action Essentials: turn the body right 180 degrees, step back with the right foot, step up with the left foot to the inner side of the right foot, turn the body to the right, swing the left hand to the right with the body, and then separate the two legs into a right lunge at the same time. The left sword finger points out to the left front through the chest, and the right hand holds the sword on the right waist and looks at the sword tip (FIG. 14).
Easy to make mistakes: the lunge is not in place
Correction method: bend the knee of the right leg and squat for about 90 °, straighten the left leg and buckle the toes inside.
13. Hidden sword in empty step
Action Essentials: get up, turn right 90 degrees, draw an arc to the right through the chest with the left sword finger, turn left, and form a high virtual step with the upper left foot. Swing the sword finger of the left hand to the inside of the right arm, hide the sword under the right hand, swing it with the body to the front of the body, level with the shoulder, and look at the front (FIG. 15).
Easy to make mistakes: the left sword finger is not solitary.
Correction method: draw an arc and swing with the back sword finger of the left hand on the side of the body.
Paragraph 4
14. Turn around and pluck the sword
Action Essentials: turn the body 90 degrees to the right, step back to the right, hide the sword with your right hand, dance the spike of foil on both sides of the body, turn the body to the right, straighten and swing the left leg to the front of the body into a fork step, turn the body to the right, swing the two arms on both sides of the body, and step up from the right foot to the inside of the left foot into a parallel step. Then, turn the body left, withdraw the left step into a half horse step, swing the left hand to the top of the head, hide the sword with the right hand, bend the elbow about 90 degrees, swing it to the front of the body, take the left step, turn the body right for a week, put the right foot, swing the left hand to the front and level with the shoulder, swing the right hand to the right and level with the shoulder, and look at the front (FIG. 16).
Easy to make mistakes: the arms are not in line.
Correction method: both arms should be in line with the shoulder height.
15. Roll forward
Action Essentials: turn the body 180 degrees to the right, step on the left and right feet in turn, draw the sword with the right hand, and roll forward. Visually inspect the front and bottom (Figure 17).
Prone to mistakes: roll too slowly
Correction method: practice and watch more, and roll quickly.
16. Tiannv scattered flowers
Action Essentials: turn left and take the left step. The right foot points to the ground to form a high virtual step. Lean back and raise your head. Hide the sword in your right hand and swing it under your right arm behind you. Put your left hand above the front and look at the direction of your left hand (Fig. 18).
Error prone: body in line
Correction: keep your body straight and lean back.
17. Empty step pressing sword
Action Essentials: stand upright, turn your body slightly to the right, step up with your left and right feet in turn into parallel steps, then turn your body to the left for a week, step up with your left foot into a left empty step, connect the sword with your right hand, press your left hand on your right wrist and look at the front left (Fig. 19).
Easy to make mistakes: left empty step, foot landing
Correction method: straighten the left virtual step foot and point the toe to the ground.
18. Turn around and hold the sword
Action Essentials: turn left, withdraw the left step, put the cloud sword on the head of both hands, and hold the sword with both hands at the same time. Hold the sword with the left hand on the left waist side, point the left foot of the right step to the ground into a high virtual step, straighten the right arm and lift it up on the side of the right ear, and visually hold the sword with the left hand on the left waist side (FIG. 20).
Prone to mistakes: bow your head and bend down
Correction method: raise your head, straighten your chest and stand your waist.

Action Essentials: step up the left and right feet in turn into parallel steps, with both hands hanging naturally to the side of the body, hold the left hand to the waist and look ahead (Fig. 21).
