1、 Introduction to kung fu
Foot shooting is a hard skill. It is strong outside and belongs to masculine strength.
2、 Cultivation principle of skill method
The practice process of this skill should be based on the principle of from shallow to deep, from easy to difficult, from slow to fast, and from light to heavy. We should not be eager for success, but step by step.
3、 Practice steps
Phase I:
The practice method is from easy to difficult, from shallow to deep. At the beginning of learning, first master all kinds of leg methods and their essentials. Their movements are basically the same as those of Sanda (refer to Sanda Teaching Method 1 of Chinese Kung Fu). Practice air strike with various leg methods every morning.
At the beginning of learning, there are 30 air strikes of various leg techniques, which can be increased to 60 after one month. With the continuous improvement of skills, the number of leg strokes also increases. At this stage, you need to practice hard for one year before you can achieve success.
When practicing, we should follow the principle of from slow to fast, from less to more, and from light to heavy. We should practice step by step and hard without slackening. The ultimate purpose of this stage of practice is to master the characteristics of leg techniques and exercise skills (Fig. 1-8).
Phase II
At this stage, if you have mastered the skills and application of leg technique, you will change to kick sandbag practice method, which has a very significant effect on improving strength.
At the beginning of learning, you can use various leg techniques to hit sandbags 200 times a day. With the increasing strength, it will increase to 300 times in half a month, 500 times in a month, or more.
In the process of practice, increase from the first 2 hours to 6-8 hours. The quantity and time vary from person to person. Don’t be eager for success.
Step by step and persevere to greatly increase your leg skills in one year (Fig. 9-fig. 14).
Phase III
It’s hard to practice at this stage. Change kicking sandbags to kicking stumps.
Practice for one hour at the hour of the day according to the principle of skill training. At the beginning, hit the tree stump 30 times with various leg methods. With the continuous enhancement of skill, the strength increases (Fig. 15-fig. 26).

Phase IV
At this stage, you have deep leg skills, but you need to further deepen your practice. First, practice kicking iron sandbags. Choose a sandbag weighing one or five kilograms. Kick 200 times a day with various leg techniques
A year later, change sandbags to small stones and practice in the same way as above
After three years, it can be changed to big stone practice
Five years later, the foot can also break the stone and split the monument. If you can achieve such a skill, you only need constant characters (Fig. 27-fig. 36).
