Taken on August 16, 2010
1、 Introduction to kung fu
The curtain piercing skill is the soft skill of Shaolin’s seventy-two skills. It is a kind of Kung Fu specially used to practice people’s jumping. It is one of the skills developed and practiced by Shaolin monks in previous dynasties.
2、 Cultivation principle of skill method
The practice process of this skill should be based on the principle of from shallow to deep, from easy to difficult, from low to high. We should not be eager for success, but step by step.
3、 Skill practice steps
Phase I
At the beginning of practice, choose a flat ground. Specialized in squatting, arm flexion, head lowering, hip lifting, body group and other basic movements. During practice, the shoulder, back, hip and other parts touch the ground in turn. When the back is close to the ground, bend the lower leg quickly, and the upper body is close to the knee.
Hold your legs with both hands and roll forward into a squat. This method can be practiced several times a day without interruption (as shown in Figure 1-4). After three months, you can practice the jumping method (as shown in Figure 5-9).
At the beginning of learning, first erect a square table (or stone stool, round table, etc.).
Follow the current learning essentials, start quickly, shake your feet and jump up, stretch out your hands, jump up and down, and form a straight body like a swallow flying in the cloud and a fish leaping over the dragon’s gate.
Remember to follow the principle of cultivation when practicing. You must practice hard for one year at this stage (as shown in Figure 10-15).
Phase II
After a year, you can practice through the net. First, set a sand pond, put three feet of sand in it, and nail a pile at the four corners of the pond. Tie a net with thick rope to a pile (or trunk).
The net is about two feet high from the sand, and people are two feet high. They try to get out of the net without being entangled by the net.
Falling like a snd pond, this method can be practiced several times a day. The height of the jump depends on the skill level. At this stage, you need to practice hard for three years (as shown in Figure 16-22).
Phase III
Three years later, the skill is small.
You can make another iron circle. The size varies from person to person. During practice, people jump back and forth from the circle. The practice methods are the same as above. When you can shuttle freely from the circle, you will achieve great success. If you reach this level, you must practice hard for 8 cold and summer days (as shown in Figure 23-27).
In the future, if you encounter a sinus of shelter, you can get in and out unimpeded.
You can wear a curtain when you encounter a broken tree, a broken stone or a wicked person (as shown in Figure 28-29).
Note: this skill should be practiced under the guidance of professionals. Do not imitate it easily. Please correct the deficiencies.
