Introduction to kung fu
Jumping is a soft skill, which is strong inside. It is one of the lightness skills, also known as over distance skill. It is also an indispensable method for martial arts practitioners.
Cultivation principle of skill method
The practice process of this skill should follow the principles of from shallow to deep, from easy to difficult, from light to heavy, and from low to high. We should not be eager for success, but step by step.
Skill practice steps
Phase I
At the beginning of school; Wear sand clothes, tie sand bags to your legs and practice running on the flat ground. The lead sand tied to your legs must also be soaked in pig blood according to the previous method to make it dead lead before it can be used. Lead should be taken from 4 to 2 per leg to 5 kg. Usually, it is advisable to wash the legs with liquid medicine to prevent damage.
It is mainly practiced in the morning every day. At the beginning of practice, you can choose to practice on the flat ground. With the continuous enhancement of your skills, it will increase by 1 kg every 21 days to 20 kg. After a year, you can practice in convex and concave places.
At the beginning of training, the physical consumption should not be too large. When running, it should be from slow to fast. The time and distance vary from person to person, 5 kilometers a day and 3 kilometers every 21 days.
With the increase of Kung Fu, the journey will be gradually extended. If there is no feeling of fatigue after reaching 20 kilometers, you can enter the next stage. At this stage, you must practice hard for 1 to 2 years.
The next step is to jump stone steps and sand pits. First of all, it is still necessary to practice according to the principle of skill cultivation. Practice hard for two hours in the morning every day, divided into six groups, from less to more.
At the practice place, dig a bunker or choose a step on the flat ground. The initial height is 50 cm. It will increase with the depth of skill enhancement.
The longer you practice, the higher you jump. Five years later, you can jump up to 1-2 meters on the ground. Those with strong skills can continue to increase. You can also cooperate with human practice, as shown in the figure. You should persevere in practice before you can succeed (Figure 1-figure 7).
Phase II
When the jumping ability reaches a certain height, you can choose things according to your own skill. Or jump among the jungle shrubs, or climb between the rock walls. Wherever you go, you can jump. If you succeed in this skill, you need to practice hard for decades (Fig. 8-fig. 13).
Phase III
When facing the enemy’s situation, you can jump 30 feet away and dodge the enemy’s attack. It is an indispensable Kung Fu of Shaolin monks (Fig. 14-fig. 20).
