Shaolin Kung Fu 36 Ultimate Hands

Thirty-six Absolute Hands are Shaolin Kung Fu scattered among the people. When fighting an enemy, this kung fu uses hands, elbows, shoulders, hips, knees, etc. to defend and attack, which is a hand-to-hand short fighting technique.

I will share the thirty-six masterpieces sorted out in six installments, and this is the first issue.

1. Pounding around the mountain

We stand with our right foot in front; The enemy steps up to the right, legs in a right lunge, and hits us in the face or chest with a straight right fist; We immediately block the defense with our right forearm outward to defuse its attack (Figure 1-1). The upward movement does not stop, our right hand grabs the enemy’s right wrist and pulls back, and at the same time quickly steps forward and left to the enemy’s right rear, and then the right foot takes a large step to the left with the left foot, and dodges to the enemy’s right rear; Then quickly slap the enemy’s right forearm downward with the left hand to control his right arm, while freeing his right hand and slamming the back of the enemy’s head with his right fist, severely damaging the enemy (Figures 1-2).

Second, twist your hands

We stand with our right foot in front; The enemy steps up to the right, legs in a right lunge, and hits our chest with a straight right fist; We immediately turn to the right, dodge the enemy’s right fist, and at the same time block the enemy’s right forearm with the left forearm to the right to neutralize their attack (Figure 2-1). Constantly moving upward, our left forearm is bent at the elbow, and the left forearm is used as a force point to clamp the enemy’s right arm downward to prevent it from escaping backwards (Figure 2-2). Immediately afterwards, our left foot quickly steps forward to the outside of the enemy’s right leg, and tripped the enemy’s right leg with our left leg; At the same time, our left forearm extends forward from the inside of the enemy’s right arm, hugs the enemy’s waist and throws it back, and then pushes the enemy forward with the right palm to push the enemy’s chest and push the enemy to the ground (Fig. 2-3).

Third, pound head-on

We stand with our right foot in front; The enemy steps forward and right, and hits our face with a right lunge and a straight fist on the right; We immediately block the defense with our left forearm outward, while punching the enemy in the face with our right straight fist to defeat the enemy (Figure 3).

4. Handwashing cannons

We step forward and right, and hit the enemy in the face with a right lunge and a straight left fist; The enemy defends with a right lunge and a left forearm inside (Figure 4-1). Without stopping, our left foot immediately steps behind the right foot into a back step, dodging to the enemy’s left front side, and at the same time washing the enemy’s left arm upwards with the right forearm from the outside of our left forearm to weaken the enemy’s left hand to defend the left side of the upper plate (Figure 4-2). Immediately afterwards, our right foot quickly took a step back to the right and approached the left side of the enemy’s head, while slamming the left side of the enemy’s defensive empty head with our right fist, severely damaging the enemy (Figure 4-3).

Fifth, the heart will put

We stand with our right foot in front; The enemy steps up to the right and hits our chest with a right lunge and a straight fist on the right; We immediately use our right hand to slap inward to block the inside of the enemy’s right forearm to prevent the enemy’s right fist (Figure 5-1). Without stopping, our side immediately uses our left forearm to mount the enemy’s right fist, and at the same time hooks the enemy’s right leg with the left hook leg; The enemy raises his right leg to dodge (Figure 5-2). Immediately afterwards, our left foot falls forward and slams on the enemy’s left instep, while striking the enemy in the face or chest with a left-flip back fist to defeat the enemy (Figure 5-3).

6. Bow fist

We stand with our right foot in front; The enemy steps forward and right, and attacks our chest with a straight right fist; We immediately block the defense with our right forearm (Figure 6-1). Immediately afterwards, our side quickly stepped forward and left, tripping the enemy’s right leg with its left leg, and at the same time grabbing the enemy’s right arm with both hands to prevent the enemy from retreating and escaping (Figure 6-2). Without stopping, our left hand presses down the enemy’s right arm so that it cannot defend the upper plate, and at the same time slams the left side of the enemy’s head with a right bow fist (flat hook fist); The enemy blocks with his left forearm (Figure 6-3). Immediately after the upward movement, we immediately grabbed the enemy’s left wrist with our left hand and pressed down, while slashing the enemy’s left neck artery with our right slash, severely damaging the enemy (Figure 6-4).

7. Lock leg wrench

We stand with our left foot in front; The enemy kicks our crotch and abdomen with his right leg; We immediately retreated to the left and turned to the left, dodging the enemy’s right foot, while grasping the enemy’s hind ankle from the bottom up with our right hand and the enemy’s right instep from top with our left hand (Figure 7-1). Constantly moving upward, our legs quickly formed into horse steps, and at the same time both hands joined forces to the left and down to wrench the enemy’s right ankle, and the enemy’s center of gravity must be unbalanced and fall (Figure 7-2).

8. Push the mountain and pedal
We stand with our right foot in front; The enemy steps forward and right, legs in a right lunge, and at the same time strikes us in the face with a straight right fist; We immediately blocked the defense with our left forearm outward to block the enemy’s right fist (Figure 8-1). Immediately afterwards, our left foot quickly steps forward to the outside and rear of the enemy’s right leg, and tripped the enemy’s right leg with our right leg; At the same time, push and press the enemy’s chest with your right hand (Figure 8-2). Constantly moving up, our right hand violently pushes forward and down against the enemy’s chest, while hooking the enemy’s right leg backwards with the right calf, pushing the enemy to the ground (Figure 8-3).

9. Lock throat and knock down

We stand with our left foot in front; The enemy steps forward and right, and attacks our chest with a straight left fist; We immediately step back and turn left to dodge, while using our left hand to slash the enemy’s left wrist to the lower left and lower left, and slam the enemy’s left rib with our right fist (Figure 9-1). Without stopping, our left hand quickly let go, quickly wrapped around the enemy’s neck with the left arm and locked it hard, and at the same time jerked backwards, and the enemy will fall on his back (Figure 9-2).

10. Shake the pillow
We step forward and left, and at the same time smash the enemy’s head with our left arm and left fist; The enemy blocks the defense with a right lunge and a left hand (Figure 10-1). The upward movement does not stop, our side quickly closes the left fist, and at the same time steps forward and right, and smashes the enemy’s head with the right fist with the right arm; The enemy retreats to the right and retreats to dodge, while using his right forearm to mount the defense (Figure 10-2). Immediately after the upward movement, our left hand is in front of our right fist, pressing down on the enemy’s right forearm, retracting the right fist to our own chest, and then quickly crossing over our left arm, slamming the enemy’s jaw with our right fist to defeat the enemy (Figure 10-3).

11. Hold your legs and beat your hooves

We stand with our left foot in front; The enemy steps up to the right and kicks our crotch with his left leg; Our side immediately retreats to the left and turns to the left, dodging the enemy’s right foot, while grabbing the enemy’s left ankle with the left hand, supporting the enemy’s right calf belly with the right hand, and holding the enemy’s right calf to defuse his attack (Figure 11-1). Without stopping, our left foot quickly stepped forward to the back of the right leg of the enemy’s support leg, tripped the enemy’s right foot, and at the same time withdrew his right hand, and slammed the enemy’s chest with his right palm to the right and back, knocking the enemy to the ground (Fig. 11-2).

12. Hungry tigers pounce

We stand with our left foot in front; The enemy stepped up to the right and hit us in the head with a twin-peaked ear swing; We immediately defused the enemy’s attack by sealing the enemy’s two forearms upwards and outwards with both hands (Figure 12-1). Moving upwards, our side quickly stepped forward and right, and at the same time put our hands in a tiger pounce, pushing forward and striking the enemy’s chest violently, defeating the enemy (Figure 12-2).

Thirteen, beat your heart

The enemy steps forward and left in the direction of the enemy, with both legs in a left lunge, and strikes the right side of our head with a left fist; With our right foot in front, both feet immediately slide to the right and forward, while crouching down and leaning to the right, dodging the enemy’s left punch (Figure 13-1). Constantly moving upward, our side struck the enemy’s heart with a straight left fist, subduing the enemy (Figure 3-2).

XIV. Left oblique

We stand with our right foot in front; The enemy steps forward and right, legs in a right lunge, and at the same time strikes us in the face with a straight right fist; We immediately block the defense with our left forearm outward (Figure 14-1). Moving upwards, we quickly step forward and left to the outside and back of the enemy’s right leg, use our left leg to trip the enemy’s right leg, and at the same time our left forearm presses down on the enemy’s right lower arm, and then grab our left wrist with the right hand and help the left forearm push forward violently, and hit the enemy’s chest with the outside of our left forearm; The enemy will fall backwards under the attack of tripping over us (Figure 14-2).

Fifteen, rolling arm pounding

We stand with our right foot in front; The enemy steps forward and right, legs in a right lunge, and at the same time hits our chest with a straight right fist; We immediately block the inside of the enemy’s right forearm with our right forearm to the left to defuse the enemy’s attack (Figure 15-1). Constantly moving upward, our left forearm follows the trend to frame the enemy’s right forearm, and at the same time slams the enemy’s chest and heart with his right fist to subdue the enemy (Figure 15-1).

16. Pour silver bottles

We stand with our right foot in front; The enemy attacks our face with a right lunge and a straight fist; We immediately block the defense with our left forearm outward (Figure 16-1). Constantly moving upwards, we quickly step forward and left while leaning down, wrapping our right hand around the enemy’s right calf or right ankle and lifting it up, while using our left palm to push forward and down against the enemy’s chest, dropping the enemy to the ground (Figure 16-2).

17. Push the mountain back

We stand with our right foot in front; The enemy stepped forward and right, and struck us in the chest with a straight right fist; We immediately block the defense with our right forearm outward (Figure 17-1). Constantly moving up, our left hand quickly presses down on the enemy’s right forearm, and at the same time steps forward and left to the outside and back of the enemy’s right leg to trip the enemy’s right leg, and the right fist is tucked into the waist (Figure 17-2). Immediately after the upward movement, our right fist changes palms, and we quickly push forward and left and push the enemy’s chest, pushing the enemy to the ground (Figure 17-3).

18. Double roots

The enemy steps forward and right, and smashes our head with a left fist; We immediately step with our feet together, knees slightly bent, and squat down, while crossing our hands and holding up to block the enemy’s left fist to defuse their attack (Figure 18-1). Constantly moving upward, our left foot quickly steps forward, our legs form a left lunge, then lean forward, hold the enemy’s legs with both hands and pull them back and up, while using our left shoulder to push forward against the enemy’s hip and throw the enemy backwards (Figure 18-2).

19. The green dragon sacrifices its claws

The enemy attacks our crotch with a right leg; We immediately retreated to the left and turned 90 degrees to the left to dodge the enemy’s right leg, while slashing the enemy’s right calf outward with the outer edge of the palm with the right palm to defuse the enemy’s attack (Figure 13-1). The enemy’s right-legged attack fell forward after the attack failed, while hitting our chest with a right-hand punch; We quickly slapped down on his right wrist with his left palm to defuse his attack, and at the same time slammed his back palm into the enemy’s face, wounding him (Figure 19-2).

20. Two sheep hit the head

The enemy steps forward and right, and at the same time hits our abdomen with a right fist; We immediately retreated to the left and retreated with our chests and abdomen in order to dodge the enemy’s right punch, while grabbing the enemy’s right wrist with both hands and pulling back, forcing the enemy to lean forward (Figure 20-1). Constantly moving upwards, we quickly let go of our right hand and slammed the enemy’s left temple or ear root with a right-hand swing fist, wounding the enemy (Figure 20-2).

21. Flick your sleeves and stir your yin

The enemy stepped forward and right, with his legs in a right lunge, and at the same time struck our crotch with his right palm; We immediately step back to the left, step our legs into a false right step, and swallow our crotches to dodge the enemy’s right palm, while using the right palm to the left to block the enemy’s right palm to defuse their attack (Figure 21-1). Constantly moving upwards, our feet quickly slide forward and step forward, and at the same time use the thumb side of the right palm as a force point, and violently forward and upward to strike the enemy’s crotch and hit the enemy hard (Figure 21-2).

XXII. Falling meteors

The enemy stepped forward and right, and at the same time hit us in the face with a straight right fist; Our side immediately blocks his right forearm with his left palm outward to defuse his attack, while counterattacking the enemy’s chest with a straight right fist; The enemy blocked our right forearm with his left palm inward and downward, defusing our right fist counterattack (Figure 22-1). Without stopping, our left palm quickly slapped down on the enemy’s left forearm, sealed his left hand, and at the same time closed his right palm in front of his chest, and then quickly slammed the enemy’s front with his right back palm, wounding the enemy (Figure 22-2).

23. Leaf bottom saffron flower

The enemy steps forward and right, and at the same time strikes our chest with a straight right fist; We immediately retreated to the left and dodged, while blocking his right forearm with his right palm outward to defuse the attack of his right fist (Figure 23-1). Constantly moving upward, our right palm rotates outward and downward to grab the enemy’s right wrist and pull back forcefully, forcing the enemy’s upper body to lean forward, while turning 45 degrees to the right, and using the left palm to follow the enemy’s right arm and slash forward to hit the enemy’s armpit ribs, wounding the enemy (Figure 23-2).

XXIV. The golden cicada sheds its shell

The enemy steps forward and left, legs lunges to the left, and punches us in the face with a right punch; We immediately retreated to the left and dodged, legs in a right lunge, while grabbing the enemy’s right wrist with our right hand (Figure 24-1). Moving upwards, our left foot steps forward and clasps inward, and the body quickly turns 180 degrees to the right and back, facing away from the enemy; With our left crotch tightly pressed against the enemy’s abdomen, our left shoulder pressed up against the enemy’s right armpit, then the right hand violently pulled the enemy’s right arm forward and downward, and the left hand stretched back and jerked upwards and forwards to support the enemy’s crotch, while the upper body leaned forward to throw the enemy out (Figure 24-2).
