First paragraph:

1. Rising momentum:

Action Essentials:

Put your feet together and hold your fists around your waist, swing your head to the left to look at the appearance (Picture 1).

2. Punch side by side:

Action essentials: Swing the knife flat with the left hand, punch the right hand from the waist, and visually look at the right fist (Figure 2).

Easy to make mistakes: Feet are easy to separate.

Corrective method: heel when stepping up.

3. Hidden knife in imaginary steps:

Action Essentials:

Turn around and stir your leg with your right foot, grab the knife with your right hand, make a flat circle, retreat your right leg and squat, bend your left foot on tiptoe, push flat with your left palm, grab the knife with your right hand and pull it into a false step and push your palm, with the eyes in front (Picture 3).

Easy to make mistakes: Prone to swing when taking false steps.

Correction: Squat with your thighs at knee level and grasp the ground with your right foot.

4. Step knife:

Action Essentials:

Turn around and split the knife with your right hand, turn around and lunge, place your left palm on your right ribcage, and look at the tip of the knife (Fig. 4).

Fallibility: Inaccurate steps during jumps.

Corrective method: Keep the horse step size in the air.

5. Step up to tie the knife:

Action essentials: Step up and right lunge, right hand counter-bayonet, left hand between the ribs, eye is the tip of the knife (Figure 5).

Easy to make mistakes: the blade is down, the pace is too high.

Correction: The blade is up, and the steps are parallel to the thigh.

6. Look up at the moon:

Action essentials: Cut the wrist flower with the right hand, hold the knife in the left hand, bring the feet together, push the knife with both hands, and look straight ahead (Figure 6).

Easy mistakes: feet apart, knife not equal to head.

Corrective method: Keep your feet together with the knife directly above your head.

7. Knee lift knife

Action essentials: Lunge push the knife with both hands, pick the knife from the left knee with both hands, and visually look at the tip of the knife (Figure 7).

Error-prone: The tip touches the ground during the knife pulling process.

Correction method: practice the knife and pay attention to the hand upward.

8. Wrist flower rest:

Action Essentials:

Turn around and kick your legs, back from the left side, wrist with your right hand on both sides of your body, stride, pluck the knife, and look at your right hand (Picture 8).

Easy mistakes: kneeling on the ground during the resting wrist flower.

Correction: Combine the knees to form a wind.

9. Front rolling flat spatula:

Action Essentials: Turn on the left to sweep the knife, roll the trowel forward, and look straight ahead (Figure 9).

Easy mistakes: When rolling forward, the knife touches the ground.

Correction method: When rolling forward, the knife should be swept through the air.

10. Whirlwind foot hidden knife:

Action essentials: head wrapping, whirlwind foot sitting plate, knife under the left hand ribs, looking to the left side (Figure 10).

Easy mistakes: when the whirlwind foot, the knife touches the body.

Correction method: When whirlwind feet, the knife should be vertical.

Second paragraph:

11. Withdrawal with knife:

Action essentials: Get up and turn right with the knife three times, grasp the knife with both hands, and look at the blade (Figure 11).

Error-prone: the knife appears underbanded.

Correction method: knife parallel to shoulder, flat strap.

12. Serial splitting knife;

Action essentials: Turn left twice in a row, grab the knife with both hands, and aim at the left hand (Figure 12).

Easy to make mistakes: When chopping a knife, the knife does not fit closely.

Correction method: the knife is straight up and down, and it is split against the side of the body.

13. Split-legged bayonet:

Action Essentials:

Turn left on the side of the right leg, then turn into a left servant, with both hands flat bayonet. Look straight ahead (Figure 13).

Easy to make mistakes: When serving, the knife is in the correct direction.

Corrective method: The knife should be passed from top to bottom against the legs.

14. Back pedal blunt knife:

Action Essentials:

Wrap the head knife, turn left with the upper right leg, kick the left leg, step up the horse to lunge, grab the knife with the right hand and reverse the wrist flat blunt knife, and look straight ahead (Fig. 14).

Easy to make mistakes: When lunges blunt knives, the blade body is incorrect

Correction method: When lunges blunt knives, turn the wrist.

15. Lunge knife:

Action Essentials:

Turn around the knife from the right side to wrap the head, the horse step changes to the right lunge, the right hand holds the knife from the right side to wrap the head, change the lunge pinto knife. Look visually to the left (Figure 15).

Easy mistakes: lunges have no fixed point.

Corrective method: Swing your head and look to the left side.

Third paragraph:

16. Horse step knife:

Action Essentials:

Step up with a flat spatula into a right servant step, and the left hand is under the right armpit. The right hand jumps up and down into a horse step, pressing the knife flat with both hands and looking to the left (Fig. 16).

Easy mistake: the body is not in harmony with the knife.

Correction method: The body and knife should be consistent.

17. Flip the knife:

Action Essentials:

Then pull the knife to the armpit of the left hand, grasp the knife with the right hand and turn to the right, step up and right into a lunge, and put the left hand between the ribs. Look straight ahead (Figure 17).

Easy to make mistakes: When pulling a knife, the body stands upright.

Correction: When lifting the knife, bend both legs and squat half-squat.

18. Foot shock blade:

Action Essentials:

Step up and left, the left hand is the palm, the right hand grasps the knife left and right to rehabilitate once, turn right and put the left hand on the right wrist, put the hands together, and the knees are level. Look visually to the right (Figure 18).

Error-prone: When the blade is not close, the knife does not fit closely.

Correction method: When shoveling, the knife should be shoveled from the top of the head.

19. Lunge picker:

Action Essentials:

Turn right and hold the knife in your right hand, stick it to your right knee into a right servant step, step up and pull the knife, put your left hand on your right wrist, twist the knife with your right hand, and pull the knife with your right backhand. Look straight ahead (Figure 19).

Error-prone: Incorrect steps.

Correction method: squat with the right leg bent at the knee, the left leg straight, and the toe inside the ball of the foot against the ground.

20. Dancing Flower Splitting Knife:

Action Essentials:

Left and right knife flowers, holding knives in both hands, horses step down to split knives. Look visually to the right (Figure 20).

Fallibility: Incorrect horse steps.

Correction method: When the horse strides, the legs should be in a straight line and the toes should be forward.

21. Lunge bright knife:

Action Essentials:

The right lunge holds a knife in one hand and places it on the left elbow, and the upper step becomes a right lunge flat spatula, and the left hand is placed under the right armpit. Look straight ahead (Figure 21).

Easy mistake: incorrect lunges.

Correction method: bend the right leg and squat at 90°, the left leg is straight, and the toe is pressed against the ground.

Fourth paragraph:

22, Golden Rooster Independence:

Action Essentials:

Wrap the head knife, the left leg is raised to the knee, one leg is independent, the left palm becomes a hooked hand, and the right knife is placed on both shoulders. Look visually to the left (Figure 22).

Easy mistakes: weakness on the toes when lifting the knees.

Corrective method: When lifting the knee, the surface of the foot is straight, and the toes are down.

23. Blunt knife kicking:

Action Essentials:

Step up with your left foot, kick your right leg up, and take a knife in your right hand to slash left and right in your crotch. Look straight ahead (Figure 23).

Easy mistakes: slow kicks.

Corrective method: Kick quickly and forcefully.

24. Squat sweeping knife:

Action Essentials:

Hold the knife in both hands, slash it four times left and right, and place your left hand on the knife. Step up and left to lunge, push the knife flat with the right hand, and place the left palm under the right armpit. Look straight ahead (Figure 24).

Error-prone: The knife is incorrect.

Correction method: The knife should be close to the body. Fast and powerful.

25. Knee lifting

Action Essentials:

Turn the body to the left, raise the knee with the right foot, pull the knife from the crotch, place the left hand on the right wrist, and look straight ahead (Figure 25).

Easy mistakes: weakness on the toes when lifting the knees.

Corrective method: When lifting the knee, the surface of the foot is straight, and the toes are down.

26. Dapeng spreads its wings

Action Essentials:

Grab the knife with your right hand, wrap your head and legs, push the knife with your left lunge and look ahead (Fig. 26)

Error: Incorrect knife swing.

Correction method: When spreading the knife, the knife should be swept out in parallel.

27. Head-wrapping spatula

Action essentials: Grab the knife with your right hand and wrap your head from the right side, and push the knife flat with your right lunge and your left hand (Figure 27).

Error: The height of the knife is too high or too low

Corrective method: The blade is flat on the shoulder

28, Arhat fell to the top

Action Essentials:

Grab the knife with your left hand, jump up and kick your feet twice, put your feet together, hold your fist with your left hand, and press the knife with your right hand at knee level. Look straight ahead (Figure 28).

Easy mistake: the hand is inconsistent with the knife

Correction method: contact hands and knives to cooperate more.

29. Horse step frame knife:

Action Essentials:

The left hand holds the knife on the right chest and puts it on the left knee, the right hand is blocked through the right chest side, the right hand becomes a fist and puts it on the top of the head, the left hand holds the knife on the left knee of the horse step, and the horse step pronounces: Hey! Look straight ahead (Figure 29).

Fallibility: Incorrect right hand position.

Corrective method: The right hand should be placed on the right side of the top of the head.

30. Closing momentum:

Action Essentials:

The left palm is semi-arc-shaped, and the right hand grasps the knife squarely at the waist, feet together, and looks straight ahead (Fig. 30).
