Shaolin King Kong put fighting moves

Shaolin King Kong became the secret technique of the Shaolin Temple because of its fierce poison and wounding. It is the essence of the actual combat experience of previous generations of senior monks, and it is also one of the secret boxing techniques of Shaolin martial monks. It is unpretentious, simple and practical, mainly based on fighting, hard fighting, and is one of the traditional Shaolin boxing techniques with strong technical skills.

Organize a set of 13-style King Kong to use actual combat and share it with everyone.

First, the white crane has bright wings and double ribs

1. The enemy attacks our double ribs with a right lunge and a double punch; Our side immediately took the chest and abdomen to avoid the enemy’s fist, and at the same time pulled the enemy’s forearms outward with a left imaginary step and a double palm, and grabbed it (Figure 1-1);

2. Our side quickly pulls the enemy’s arms back (Figure 1-2);

3. If the upward movement does not stop, our side immediately steps up to the right, the tips of both palms are outward, and the base of both palms slams the enemy’s double ribs (Figure 1-3);

4. Immediately after the upward movement, we grab the enemy’s two ribbed jackets or belts and pull back, while stepping up to the left and close by, and slamming the enemy’s nose bone forward with the forehead (Figure 1-4);

5. Our side continued to pursue, quickly stepped forward and right, and slammed the enemy’s chest and ribs with a right lunge and a double-punch fist, severely damaging the enemy (Fig. 1-5).

Second, pull the elbow and split the heart

1. Our left foot stands in front of us to confront each other; The enemy steps up to the right and attacks our chest with a right punch; Our side immediately rotates the left palm outward to the palm upward, grasps the enemy’s forearm with the left palm upwards, and defuses the enemy’s right fist attack with vertical strength (Figure 2-1);

2. If the upward movement does not stop, our side will immediately twist and pull back the enemy’s right arm, and at the same time step up and right, and hit the enemy’s chest or head or shoulder neck with a right lunge and a right split fist (Figure 2-2).

Third, lunge consecutive palms

1. The enemy steps up to the right, punches me in the abdomen with a right lunge and a right plant; We defend with a left imaginary step and a left-handed outside (Figure 3-1);

2. Our left hand grasps the enemy’s right wrist and brings it back, while the left foot is half a step forward to the crotch, and hits the enemy’s face with a left lunge and a right push palm (Figure 3-2);

3. The upward movement is non-stop, taking advantage of the enemy’s face being hit or the enemy is busy defending the upper set and ignoring the lower set, our side quickly steps up to the right and approaches and breaks into the enemy’s middle door (Figure 3-3);

4. Our side immediately hit the enemy’s lower Yin key points with a right lunge and a left palm to hit the enemy (Figures 3-4).

Fourth, the bright-winged tiger pounced

1. The enemy steps up and right, forms a tiger claw with both palms, and strikes the key point of our abdomen forward and upward; Our side immediately blocked the enemy’s two-arm defense with a right imaginary step and a double palm (Figure 4-1);

2. Our side immediately takes half a step forward with our left foot, slams the enemy’s chest ribs with a left lunge and double push palm, and knocks the enemy down (4-2).

5. Walk obliquely

1. Our left foot stands in front of us to confront each other; The enemy strikes us in the abdomen with a left leg; Our side immediately chopped off the enemy’s left calf with his left servant step and left palm (Figure 5-1);

2. Without stopping, our side quickly gets up, takes a big step forward with the right foot to the enemy’s back and turns left, forms a right lunge, leans forward with the upper body, and raises the right hand in front of the head in a palm (Figure 5-2);

3. Without stopping, our side immediately turns to the left into a left lunge, and slams the back of the enemy’s head forward with the right palm, severely damaging the enemy (Figure 5-3).

6. Lunge oblique flying palm

1. Our left foot stands in front of us to confront each other; The enemy stepped up to the right and punched me in the abdomen with his right fist; We immediately block with our left hand and grab the enemy’s left wrist (Figure 6-1);

2. Our side immediately steps up and right from the outside of the enemy’s right leg, tripping the enemy’s right leg, and at the same time raising the right palm to prepare for attack (Figure 6-2);

3. Immediately after the upward movement, our side immediately twists to the left, pulls the enemy’s right arm to the left and lower with the left hand, and at the same time uses the right palm to split the left side of the enemy’s neck diagonally to the left; Then hit the enemy’s left jaw with a right elbow swing, severely damaging the enemy (Figure 6-3).

7. Flying feet punch the heart

1. Our left foot stands in front of us to confront each other; The enemy attacks our abdomen with a right leg (Figure 7-1);

2. Our side immediately turned to the right and dodged, and at the same time kicked the root of the enemy’s right thigh with our right foot to intercept the enemy’s right leg attack (Figure 7-2);

3. Taking advantage of the unstable center of gravity of the enemy, our right foot falls forward, and with the right lunge and double punch, we slam the enemy’s double ribs and knock the enemy down (Figure 7-3).

8. Lunge to the ground

1. Our right foot stands in front of us to confront the enemy; The enemy punched me in the chest with a right punch and kicked me in the abdomen with his right leg; We immediately turn to the left, raise our right knee and block the enemy’s right calf outward with our right lower leg, and at the same time bend our right elbow and block the enemy’s right forearm outward with our right forearm (Figure 8-1);

2. If the upward movement does not stop, our side immediately turns right, the right foot falls down, the left foot steps forward into a left lunge, and the right hand follows the trend into a flip back fist to slam the enemy’s nose bridge bone (Figure 8-2);

3. Immediately following the upward movement, our side quickly steps up and right into the enemy’s legs, and immediately turns to the left, leans forward with the upper body into a left lunge, and changes the armpit fist of the right hand to hit the enemy’s lower vulva with the force of the fist eye, and severely damage the enemy (Figure 8-3).

9. Horse steps split piles

The enemy steps up to the right and attacks us with his right fist; With our left hand to block the enemy’s right forearm and grab his right wrist, we immediately turn left into a horse step, while pulling the enemy’s right arm to the left waist with our left hand and striking the enemy’s side with the right palm (Figure 9).

10. The tanuki goes up the tree to catch it head-on

1. While the enemy attacks our upper set with his left hand, he rushes to our lower set with his right knee; Our side immediately turns to the left, swings inward with our right knee to intercept the enemy’s right knee attack, and at the same time presses down the enemy’s left arm with both palms to block the enemy’s upper attack, and slaps the enemy’s right knee downward to simultaneously defuse the enemy’s upper and lower attack, and to prepare for our next attack (Figure 10-1);

2. Without stopping, our right foot quickly falls forward, and our hands form eagle claws to pounce, grab, and tear the weak organs such as eyes, nose, and lips of the enemy’s face, and severely damage the enemy (Figure 10-2).

3. When the enemy is close, our side suddenly turns around and jumps up, rushes the enemy’s chest and abdomen with its right knee, and smashes the enemy’s head with its left fist, severely damaging the enemy (Figure 13-3).
