The talisman method of Shaolin True Transmission, also known as Shaolin defense technique, is the essence of Shaolin boxing and has high practical value in technical combat.

Shaolin talisman originated from the Shaolin Temple of Songshan in Zhongyue Mountain, China, and has a history of more than a thousand years, which not only occupies an extremely important position in China’s martial arts, but also circulates abroad. The founder of the Japanese Shaolin Temple Boxing Alliance practiced this boxing method in the Shaolin Temple in China, and brought it back to Japan to spread it widely, and was very popular with Japanese Shaolin boxers.

The Shaolin talisman method has gradually disappeared in China, and we have re-excavated, researched and sorted out it for the majority of martial arts enthusiasts to learn and practice.
