Reserve potential
Action Essentials:
Stand with both feet together, holding the sword in your left hand and hanging from the right side of your body, your chest straight. Look straight ahead (Figure 1).

1. Stop and carry the sword
Action Essentials:
Hold the sword in your left hand and arc from bottom to top, back at the waist, while the left foot does not move, the right foot moves back half a step into a resting step, and the right palm is pressed in front of the chest, looking straight ahead (Figure 2).
Easy mistake: Kneel on your knees.
Correction method: Do not touch the knee of the right leg when resting, and support it with the tip of the right foot.

2. Lunge back sword
Action Essentials:
Hold the sword in your left hand and raise it shoulder height, change your right palm to finger your arms straight and shoulder height, raise your right foot to knee and change your lunge, hold the sword in your left hand at your waist, and stand your right finger in front of your chest and look straight ahead (Fig. 3).
Easy mistakes: Lunges are not in place.
Correction method: bend the right leg and squat 90° with the left leg straight, the toe is buckled inward, and the sole of the foot is attached to the ground.

3. Hold the sword on your knees
Action Essentials:
Hold the sword in front of your chest with your left hand, point your right hand on it, don’t move your right foot, stand up with your left foot in the crook of your right leg, and look straight ahead (Fig. 4).
Fallibility: Incorrect leg buckle.
Correction method: When buckling the leg, the left leg should be bent at 90° and the foot surface should be straight.

4. Lunge bayonet sword
Action Essentials:
Take a lunge with your left foot, stab the sword straight forward with your right hand, and point your left hand above your ear and look straight ahead (Figure 5).
Easy mistakes: Lunges are not in place.
Correction method: Left leg bent knee half squat 90° right leg straight, toe inward, soles of the feet against the ground.

5. Lunge bayonet sword
Action Essentials:
The left leg is not moving, the right leg is moved forward, the left hand is pointed behind the waist, the right hand is flat cloud sword, at the same time the left foot steps forward into a lunge, and the right hand sword is flat forward, looking straight ahead (Figure 6).
Easy mistakes: Lunges are not in place.
Correction method: Left leg bent knee half squat 90° right leg straight, toe inward, soles of the feet against the ground.

6. Rest and shine the sword
Action Essentials:
Turn to the left and take a break, standing your right sword on your chest from bottom to top, and your left finger on your chest and looking ahead.
Easy mistake: kneel on the knees (Figure 7).
Correction method: Do not touch the knee of the right leg when resting, and support it with the tip of the right foot.

7. Horse step sword splitting
Action Essentials:
Turn to the right and step into a horse, the left sword finger is straight at shoulder height, and the right hand sword is flat and horizontal at shoulder height, looking at the tip of the sword.
Error-prone: Horse steps are not in place (Figure 8).
Correction: Bend your legs and squat at 90° with your toes facing forward.

8. Raise your knees and shine your sword
Action Essentials:
Raise your left leg and hold your right hand with your sword in front of your chest and look at the tip of the sword (Figure 9).
Easy mistake: upturned toes
Correction method: When raising the left leg knee, the surface of the foot should be straight, and the toe should be down.

9. Lunge bayonet sword
Action Essentials:
The left foot lands on the ground, the right foot hooks the sword, the right foot shakes the foot, the left foot moves forward into a lunge, the right hand stabs the front flatly, and looks ahead,
Fallibility: The bayonet is incorrect (Figure 10).
Corrective method: The bayonet should be pierced forward through the waist.

10. Lunge bright sword
Action Essentials:
Step up and right to draw the sword, then up to the left to draw the sword, and then up and right to form a lunge to shine the sword, looking at the tip of the sword.
Easy mistake: Lunges are not in place (Figure 11).
Correction method: bend the right leg and squat 90° with the left leg straight, the toe is buckled inward, and the sole of the foot is attached to the ground.

11. Horse step bright sword
Action essentials
Move the left foot forward half a step into a horse step, the fingers of the left hand are straight, and the right hand sword is illuminated from the bottom up, looking ahead.
Error-prone: Horse steps are not in place (Figure 12).
Correction: Bend your legs and squat at 90° with your toes facing forward.

Second paragraph
12. Turn around and put on a sword
Action Essentials:
Lift the left knee first, pierce the sword with the right hand to the left, then lift the right knee and pierce the sword to the right, looking straight ahead (Figure 13).
Easy mistake: Wearing the sword incorrectly.
Corrective method: When wearing the sword, the sword should be close to the body.

13. Kicking wrist foil
Action Essentials:
The right leg is raised while the right hand sword is on the inside of the right heel and the wrist foil is looking straight ahead (Figure 14).
Easy mistake: wrist foil is not coordinated.
Corrective method: The wrist foil should be carried with the sword on the wrist.

14. Lunge bayonet sword
Action Essentials:
The right foot takes a step forward into a lunge, the right hand sword is pierced forward from the waist, retracted to the chest, the left hand is pointed at the right sword, and the right rear is gazed.
Fallibility: Poor lunges (Figure 15).
Correction method: bend the right leg and squat 90° with the left leg straight, the toe is buckled inward, and the sole of the foot is attached to the ground.

15. Lunge hanging sword
Action Essentials:
Take a step up on the right and then left, turn into a lunge and hang your sword, and look straight ahead (Fig. 16).
Easy mistake: Hanging the sword incorrectly.
Corrective method: When hanging the sword, the sword should be close to the body.

16. Step through the sword
Action Essentials: The right-handed sword is worn from the upper right down into a servant step and turned into a virtual step bright sword, looking straight ahead (Figure 17).
Easy to make mistakes: unstable center of gravity.
Correction method: the front leg accounts for 10% of the center of gravity and the hind leg accounts for 90% when imaginary step.

17. Knee point sword
Action essentials: step back, first right and then one step left, step back one step and one sword, stab the front from the right hand at the waist into a lunge, change the lunge to shine the sword, turn around and clasp the left knee to point the sword, and the left hand sword is pointed at the top of the head. Look visually to the lower right to the tip of the sword (Figure 18).
Easy mistake: upturned toes
Correction method: When raising the left leg knee, the surface of the foot should be straight, and the toe should be down.

Third paragraph
18. Upstep wrist foil
Action essentials: turn the left foot and move forward to the right into a lunge, and the wrist foil with the right hand. Look visually to the right front (Figure 19).
Easy mistake: wrist foil is not coordinated.
Corrective method: The wrist foil should be carried with the sword on the wrist.

19. Go squat to balance
Action essentials: squat with the sword flexed, get up and hold your right wrist still, stretch your right leg straight into balance, hold the sword in your right hand and poke the sword forward, looking ahead.
Easy mistake: right leg bent (Figure 20).
Correction: The right leg should be straightened and balanced.

20. Soaring bayonet:
Action Essentials:
Change the right leg to the knee raise, first one step up the right leg, then one step up the left leg, turn around and turn 360° back, soar the sword, drop into a lunge point sword, and visually look at the tip of the sword (Fig. 21).
Fallible: The bayonet is incorrect.
Corrective method: The bayonet should be pierced forward through the waist.

Action Essentials: Turn around and change the sword, press the rest step to split the sword, and look at the tip of the sword (Fig. 22).

27. Flying feet
Action essentials: Hold the right sword with the left hand and hold it at the waist, take three steps, hit the flying foot, and at the same time the cloud sword in the left hand falls into a T-step.
Easy mistakes: flying feet without sounding
Correction method: When flying feet, hit the surface of the right foot with your right palm.
28. Balance the bright sword
Action essentials: Hold the sword in both hands and stab forward, arms straight, right leg still, left leg raised to balance, and look straight ahead (Figure 27).

Correction method: The left leg should be straight and balanced.

Essentials: Do not move the right leg, move the left foot forward into a lunge, split the sword from top to bottom in the right hand, and look at the tip of the sword by looking at the lower left (Figure 28).

Action Essentials:
Without moving your hands, turn back 180°, and the wrist flower sword in your right hand turns into a turn-around lunge point sword. Look straight ahead (Figure 29).
Easy mistake: weak sword.
Corrective method: shake the wrist downward when pointing the sword.

Action essentials: first step up the right leg to point a sword, then up the left leg step by step to point a sword, on the upper right leg step by step to point a sword, get up and turn around the right wrist flower, right foot shake the foot, the left foot forward step forward into a lunge, right hand stabbing sword, look straight ahead (Figure 30).
