Points: The action of kicking and kicking should be coherent, coordinated, fast and powerful, and there should be no pause in the middle; The rotation body takes the sole of the left foot as the axis, and the heel lands firmly and steadily in time after turning, keeping it stable; The crotch is slightly adducted when kicking the leg, and the crotch is extended as much as possible when kicking the leg.
2. Use of actual combat combat
(1) Horse step chain fist
This action is the second action in the routine.
1. The enemy’s fists hit our chest, and our palms are facing up and forward, supporting the enemy’s elbows upwards. Look at both palms. (Real picture 1-1, real picture 1-2)
2. Keep moving up, our right foot steps forward, falls on the right side of the left foot, bends both legs into horse steps, and at the same time changes the left palm into a fist and strikes the enemy’s left chest. (Actual image 1-3)
3. Immediately after the upward movement, our left fist is withdrawn to the left waist side, and the right fist is straight forward to the enemy’s right chest. (Actual image 1-4)
4. The enemy is knocked to the ground by our side. (Actual image 1-5)
Important: Support the enemy’s elbow. The speed of the two-punch combo behind the palm support should be fast, and the fist slides out of the enemy’s arms. The two punches can be in parallel or a high and low combo, hitting the chest up and hitting the abdomen down.
(2) Smash fists side by side
This action is the third action in the routine.
1. Our side stands face to face with the enemy in a left lunge. The enemy attacks us in the face with a left fist. (Actual image 2-1)
2. We immediately dodge to the right side, while grasping the enemy’s left wrist from the bottom up and left with the left palm (actual picture 2-2)
3. Keep moving up, our body immediately turns 90 degrees left, rotates the left arm outward, pulls the left palm back, raises the right fist down to smash the enemy’s left elbow joint, and at the same time lifts the right foot forward and down to step on the enemy’s left knee joint, and falls down the enemy with force at the same time. (Real picture 2-3, real picture 2-4)
Important: Wrist grabbing and turning around and smashing fists and kicking must be coherent and complete. After grabbing the wrist, you must twist it with forceful external rotation, and after smashing your right fist, you must press down on the enemy’s left elbow joint. In addition to the elbow joint, the attack site can also be the head and neck; The step type can also be a parallel step or a open step.
(3) Shaking feet, lunges, and continuous palm pushing
This action is the fourth action in the routine.
1. The enemy uses the “double-peaked” momentum to hit our head, our two fists change palms and elbows to pierce upward from the middle of the enemy’s arms, without stopping, the center of gravity moves forward to the left foot, and the right leg is bent and raised. (Real Figure 3-1, Real Figure 3-2)
2. Keep moving upward, our right foot vibrates down on the inside of the left foot, and at the same time the two palms are pulled outward and internally pronated to capture the enemy’s wrists. (Actual image 3-3)
3. Keep moving up, our left foot falls forward and bends the knee into a left lunge, the left palm changes into a fist to hug the left waist side, the right palm pushes the opponent’s chest forward, then the right palm hugs the right waist side, and the left fist changes palm to push forward and hit the enemy’s chest. (Real Picture 3-4, Real Image 3-5)
Important: Foot shaking and wrist pulling should be done at the same time. After pulling the wrist, when the enemy breaks free from the back, our side uses the strength to return the force, and sends two palms in a row to push the enemy out.
(4) Wrapping wrists and legs
This action is the fifth action in the routine.
1. The enemy’s right hand grabs our right wrist, and our left hand immediately holds down the enemy’s right palm, and the right hand rotates externally around the wrist. (Real picture 4-1, real picture 4-2)
2. Keep moving up, pull our right hand back, and at the same time kick the enemy’s chest ribs with our left leg. (Actual image 4-3)
Points: Send the hips when pedaling the legs, and use the heels hard; The area of the pedaling is mainly the chest, abdomen, ribs or crotch of the enemy.
(5) Kicking the legs
This action is the 6th action in the routine.
1. The enemy and we fight each other, and our side hits the enemy’s side with a left lunge and a left-punch to induce the enemy to defend the upper plate. Taking advantage of the emptiness of the enemy’s middle plate, our side immediately kicked the enemy’s crotch with the right leg. (Real Figure 5-1, Real Figure 5-2)
2. When the enemy tummy is tucked in, our side immediately bends the knee and closes the calf, then turns 90 degrees left and kicks the enemy’s neck or head with the right leg. (Figure 5-3)
3. After the upward movement, our right foot is pressed to the ground as much as possible, the body is turned 180 degrees to the left, and the left foot is quickly kicked down to kick the enemy’s crotch or knee joint closer to us. (Actual picture 5-4)
Takeaway: The three-legged combo described above is an effective method in actual combat. The support legs should be stable, and the combo action should be coherent, fast and powerful.
(7) Lunge back fist
Followed by the “(6) Kick the Chain Leg”, the left foot swings to the ground, bends the knee into a left lunge, and at the same time changes the left palm into a fist and smashes it to the left, reaching the back of the fist, while the right fist is closed to the right waist side (set Figure 7).
Important: The left foot swing and the left fist counter-smash should be completed at the same time.
(8) Lunge press palm
1. Connect the upward movement, move the center of gravity back into a half-horse step, and press down on the left fist with internal pronation (set Figure 8-1).
2. Keep moving up, move the center of gravity forward into a left lunge, and at the same time push the right fist forward through the upper part of the left wrist, force up to the palm, and at the same time the left palm is closed down the right arm to the right armpit, and look at the right palm (set Figure 8-2).
Important: While pushing the right palm forward, press the right foot back and down the ground, using the reaction force of the ground to increase the palm force.
This account recommends “Shaolin Secret Technique Technique” to you. The book introduces the introduction to Shaolin techniques, the eighteen falls of Shaolin clothing, the thirty-six positions of Shaolin grappling secret techniques, and the Shaolin Arhat Short Fight, with a compilation of Shaolin ancient boxing tips. (9) Kicking the legs with fists
After the upward movement, the right palm becomes a fist and is held on the right waist side, with the fist facing upward; At the same time, the left palm is bent above the forehead, and the right leg is raised and pushed forward with the right leg bent, the leg is straight, the toe is hooked, the force reaches the heel, and the right foot is visually looked at (Set Figure 9).
Points: The left leg is slightly bent, and the toes are slightly grasped to stand firm; Kick your legs and send your crotch.
(10) Horse step side punch
After the upward movement, the right foot lands forward, the toe is buckled inside, the left heel is turned inward, the legs are bent into a horse step, and at the same time the right fist quickly rushes out in the direction of the right foot, the force reaches the fist surface, the left palm becomes a fist and is hugged on the left waist side, and the right fist is visually observed (set Figure 10).
Important: When punching, twist your waist and crotch to the left to increase the impact of your right fist.
(11) Insert and counter-fist
1. After the upward movement, the center of gravity shifts to the left foot, the body turns left into a left lunge, and at the same time the right fist is turned to the left horizontal grid, visually looking at the right fist (set Figure 11-1).
2. Keep moving up, actively insert the left foot into the right foot and step back, lean the upper body forward, shift the center of gravity to the right foot, and at the same time push the right fist down through the right waist side to the right, force up to the fist wheel, the left palm extends to the inside of the right shoulder at the same time, palm facing right, palm finger facing up, visual right fist (set Figure 11-2).
Important: Insert and counter-punch should be completed at the same time, in no particular order.
(12) Turn over and smash fists
1. The left arm is stretched forward and upward and backward arc-shaped, while the right arm is followed by a downward and forward arc swing, and with the swing of both arms, the body is flipped to the left, back and up (set Figure 12-1, set Figure 12-2).
2. Keep moving up, buckle the right foot inside, abduct the tip of the left foot, turn the body straight up and turn left 90 degrees, the two fists left first right and then straight arms forward and smash, the fist wheel is strong, then the left fist is closed on the left waist side, the right fist stops in front of the body, high and nose level, and the right fist is visually viewed (set Figure 12-3).
Important: When turning over, relax the shoulder joint, use the belt to move the arm, and the two fists should be fast and powerful, like a wheel flying.
2. Use of actual combat combat
(Continued from previous article)
(7) The actual combat combat use of “lunge and anti-back fist”
1. Our side strikes the enemy’s left ear root with a right lunge and a right swing fist (Figure 7-1).
2. Immediately afterwards, our body turns 180 degrees to the left and back, and at the same time, the left foot steps forward with the turn into a left lunge, and counterattacks the enemy’s face with the back of the left fist, knocking the enemy to the ground (real picture 7-2, real picture 7-3).
Points: Swinging fists, turning around, stepping up, and back-pounding should be coherent and complete, without pausing in between; Turn around smoothly; When turning around, pay attention to prevent enemy counterattacks.
(8) The actual combat combat application of “lunge press and push palm”
1. The enemy steps up to the left and attacks our face with his left palm (Figure 8-1).
2. Our left hand grasps and presses the enemy’s left wrist from the bottom up, right and down, with the tiger’s mouth facing down, while shifting the center of gravity back, and squatting down with both legs bent knees into a half-horse step to defuse the enemy’s offensive (real figure 8-2).
3. Immediately after the upward movement, I turn to the left, shift the center of gravity to the left foot, bend the left leg into a left lunge, and at the same time change the right fist into a figure-eight palm to pinch the enemy’s throat with a forward fork, and at the same time pull the enemy’s left arm back with the left palm to prevent it from escaping (Figure 8-3).
Important: This trick is called “wrist amputation and throat locking” in Shaolin grappling. In actual combat, the upper end of the enemy’s throat should be jammed with the mouth of the tiger, and at the same time, the thumb and the remaining four fingers should be forcefully pinched from both sides of the enemy’s common neck artery, which can make it suffocate and faint.
(9) The actual combat combat use of “fighting fists and kicking legs”
1. The enemy steps up to the left and smashes our head with a right fist, and our side immediately blocks the enemy’s right fist with our left fist arm to defuse his attack (Figure 9-1).
2. Immediately after the upward movement, our side does not wait for the enemy to change his move, quickly kicks the right leg forward and upwards, directly hits the enemy’s chest and heart socket, and severely damages the enemy (Figure 9-1).
Important: The movements of fists and leg kicks should be coherent, and the force should reach the heels.
(10) The actual combat combat use of “horse step side punch”
Suppose the enemy steps up to the left and hits our chest with a straight left fist, and our right foot immediately steps diagonally to the right and forward diagonally to the outside of the enemy’s left arm, and the left heel steps to avoid the enemy’s left fist attack; Immediately, he bent his legs into a horse step, turned his upper body to the left, grabbed the enemy’s left wrist with his left hand and pulled his left arm to our left waist side with his left hand, and at the same time slammed the enemy’s left rib with his right fist, severely damaging the enemy.
(11) The actual combat combat use of “inserting and counter-prodding fists”
1. The enemy steps up to the left and hits our chest with a left-punched punch; With our left foot in front, we slap the enemy’s left forearm with our left palm to the right to defuse their attack (Figure 11-1).
2. If the upward movement does not stop, our left palm immediately grasps the enemy’s left wrist (tiger’s mouth facing back) to the right and pulls it down, while the right foot quickly steps up, landing on the outside of the enemy’s left foot, and the right fist is lifted up through the chest to hit the enemy’s side (Actual Figure 11-2).
3. Immediately after the upward movement, our right foot inserts a step back into the enemy’s left foot, and at the same time the right fist rotates downward and to the right to hit the enemy’s crotch, severely damaging the enemy (Figure 11-3).
Points: The action of upward collapse and downward prodding should be coherent, the timing should be mastered, and at the moment when the enemy’s upper body is leaning back, it is immediately prodded, and if the enemy dodges back, the downward prodding will lose its meaning; The step and the drop should be completed at the same time.
(12) The actual combat combat application of “turning over and smashing fists”
1. The enemy attacks our head with his right fist from behind, our right foot is in front, turn 90 degrees to the left, and block the enemy’s right fist with the left fist upward and left (Real Figure 12-1, Real Figure 11-2).
2. Keep moving upward, our side continues to flip 90 degrees to the left, the left fist changes palm to grasp the enemy’s right wrist and pull it back, and the right fist arcs up from behind and forward to slash the enemy’s head or neck or collarbone, severely damaging the enemy (real picture 11-3, real picture 11-4).
Points: The arm flips quickly, the shape is like a grinding wheel flying around, and the momentum is like a broken bamboo.
(13) Shake the foot and push the palm
1. Pick up the “(12) Roll over and split the fist”, bend the right leg and raise it up, and at the same time raise both palms forward and up together (or cross the hand), and bend the wrist so that the side of the little finger faces forward and up (set Figure 13-1).
2. Keep moving up, the right foot vibrates down on the inside of the left foot, the left leg is immediately bent and lifted, and at the same time the two palms are pressed forward and down, and the two waists are hugged; Look straight ahead (set Figure 13-2).
3. Connect the upper movement, step forward with the left foot, and bend the knee into a left lunge, and at the same time push both palms straight forward, palms and eyebrows at the same time; Visually look at both palms (set Figure 13-3).
Points: Foot shaking and knee lifting should be crisp, and the left foot forward fall and double push palm should be completed at the same time.
(14) Snap the leg double hook hand
Connect the movement and straighten your left leg. The knees are slightly bent to support the ground, and the palms are hooked back through the sides of the waist to the back of the body, and the wrists are bent into a reverse hook. At the same time, the right foot bounces forward and kicks hard; Look visually at the right foot (set Figure 14).
Important: Stand firmly on the left foot with the five toes, and the right foot with the surface of the foot straight.
(15) Wrapping wrists and horse step side punches
1. Connect the upward movement, bend the right leg and raise it in front of the body, and at the same time change the palm of the two hooks to the palm forward and grasp the right wrist with the left palm in front of the body (set Figure 15-1).
2. Immediately afterwards, rotate the wrist outside the right arm, wrap it around the palm upwards, change the fist and hold it in front of the right abdomen, the left palm still holds the right wrist, and at the same time the body turns 90 degrees to the right, the right foot then shakes down to the inside of the left foot, and then the left foot is lifted off the ground and bent the knee; Visually look at the right fist (set Figure 15-2).
3. Keep moving up, buckle the left foot forward, turn the body to the right, bend the legs into a horse step, and at the same time rush out with the left fist to the left, the fist is facing down, and the right fist is closed on the right waist side; Visually look at the left fist (set Figure 15-3).
Points: Wrist wrapping should have winding, flipping, lifting, pulling and other actions; The foot shaking is completed at the same time as the right palm grasp and hugging the waist; The forward fall of the left foot and the left punch should be completed at the same time.
(16) Sweep the legs after falling to the ground
1. Connect the upper movement, squat with the left leg bent and the right leg straight to the ground, and at the same time change the palm of the two fists in front of the body to the right side (set Figure 16-1).
2. Keep moving up, push the two palms down to the right, and sweep the right foot with the right turn of the body to the ground for half a circle, and the basic posture remains unchanged (Set Figure 16-2).
Points: When sweeping, the ball of the left foot is the axis, the hip joint is relaxed and sinking, both hands push the ground to assist, quickly sweep, and the calf is focused.
(17) Knee lifting
After the upward movement, the body is straight, the center of gravity is shifted to the right foot and supports the ground, the left leg is bent and lifted, and at the same time the left palm is pressed up, right, and downward, the right upright palm is pierced diagonally from the upper face of the left wrist, the left palm is closed under the right armpit after the right arm, and the palm is obliquely downward; Visually look at the right palm (set 17-1, set 17-2).
Important: Knee lift and palm piercing should be completed at the same time, palm and head height.
(18) Walk through the palms
Turn the body slightly to the left, squat the right leg completely, shovel the left leg to the left into a left servant step, and at the same time rotate the left palm externally, passing through the chest and abdomen along the inside of the left leg to the left foot surface; Run visually with the left palm (set Figure 18).
Point: The step and the palm piercing should be completed at the same time, the palm should be pointed at the force, and the hips should be lowered.
2. Use of actual combat combat
(13) The actual combat combat application of “shaking feet and pushing palms”
1. The enemy hits our chest with two fists; We grasp the enemy’s arms with both palms in an arc from the bottom up and inward, while raising the knee with the right foot; Visually look at both palms (Actual Figure 13-1).
2. Keep moving up, our right foot is shaken down, our left foot is stepped up, and at the same time both palms push straight forward to hit the enemy’s chest to push the enemy down (real picture 13-2, real picture 13-3).
(14) The actual combat combat use of “snapping legs and double hooks”
1. Our side pushes the enemy’s chest with both palms; The enemy’s two palms penetrate the middle of our arms (Real Figure 14-1, Real Figure 14-2).
2. We take advantage of the enemy’s two palms to rotate the hook hand downward and backward, and at the same time kick the enemy’s crotch or abdomen with the right foot (real picture 14-3, real picture 14-4).
(15) The actual combat combat use of “wrist-wrapped horse step side punch”
1. The enemy’s right foot pushes our chest with his right palm in front, and we dodge the enemy’s palm later (Figure 15-1); Immediately afterwards, both palms of our side run to the chest at the same time, the left palm slaps up, right, and down to grasp the back of the enemy’s right wrist, and the right palm presses the back of the palm up against the front of the enemy’s wrist at the same time, and the two palms clamp the enemy’s wrist up and down to prevent it from escaping, and at the same time lift the right foot (Figure 15-2).
2. The upward movement does not stop, our right foot shakes down and lands on the ground, the left foot is immediately raised, and the right palm is rotated and pressed, and the wrist is wrapped around the wrist to grab the enemy’s wrist and pull back (Figure 15-3).
3. Keep moving up, our left foot steps forward, the toe is buckled inside, the body is turned 45 degrees to the right, the legs are bent into a horse step, the right palm becomes a fist and is hugged on the right waist, and at the same time the left fist strikes the enemy’s front, knocking the enemy to the ground (actual picture 15-4).
(16) The actual combat combat application of “sweeping legs after falling to the ground”
The enemy punches us in the face with his right fist (Figure 16-1). Our side immediately quickly squatted, supported the ground with both hands, used the left foot as the axis, pushed the ground with both hands and turned the waist, and swept the right leg back against the ground to knock the enemy down (real picture 16-2, real picture 16-3).
(17) The actual combat combat use of “lifting the knee and piercing the palm”
The enemy’s left foot strikes us in the face with a left fist in front; With our right foot in front, our left hand grasps the enemy’s left wrist forward, up, and right and pulls it back, while the right palm hits the enemy’s throat forward through the left wrist, and the left leg is raised to hit the enemy’s crotch (Real Figure 17-1, Real Figure 17-2).
(18) The actual combat combat application of “servant steps through palms”
“Walking through the palm” is mainly used for leg piercing. In actual combat, suppose the enemy’s left foot strikes our head with his left fist in front (Figure 18-1). When the enemy’s center of gravity moves forward, we quickly dive down, move the center of gravity forward to the right leg, insert the right palm between the legs from behind the enemy’s left foot and forcefully pull the enemy’s left leg to the right, while using the right shoulder to hit the enemy’s left waist to the left, and drop the enemy (Real Figure 18-2, Real Figure 18-3).
