Essentials: Stand with your legs together, hold a spear with your right arm bent at your elbow and place it on the right side of your body, and place your left arm with your elbow bent and palm on your left chest and look straight ahead (Figure 1).

1. Put one palm together
Essentials: Feet are naturally separated, the right arm is bent at the elbow and the spear is placed on the right side of the body, the left arm is bent at the elbow and the palm is placed in front of the left chest, and the eyes are straight ahead (Figure 2).

2. False steps to light up the spear
Action essentials: Kick the spear handle with your right foot, move your right foot back into a false step, hold the spear above your head in both hands, and look straight ahead (Figure 3).

3. Lunge and tie spears

Easy mistakes: Lunges are not in place.
Correction method: the left leg is half squatted 90 ° and the right leg is straight, the toes are buckled inward, and the soles of the feet are attached to the ground.

4. Lunge collapse spear
Action essentials: the left leg does not move, the right leg steps up to the left in parallel steps, then the right foot retreats to the right and lunges the spear, visually looking at the tip of the spear (Figure 5).
