Essentials: Stand with your legs together, hold a spear with your right arm bent at your elbow and place it on the right side of your body, and place your left arm with your elbow bent and palm on your left chest and look straight ahead (Figure 1).

First paragraph

1. Put one palm together

Essentials: Feet are naturally separated, the right arm is bent at the elbow and the spear is placed on the right side of the body, the left arm is bent at the elbow and the palm is placed in front of the left chest, and the eyes are straight ahead (Figure 2).

2. False steps to light up the spear

Action essentials: Kick the spear handle with your right foot, move your right foot back into a false step, hold the spear above your head in both hands, and look straight ahead (Figure 3).

Easy mistakes: When walking in a false step, the sole of your left foot is pressed to the ground.

Correction method: When taking a false step, the left foot is straight and the toes are on the ground.

3. Lunge and tie spears

Action essentials: Left, center, and right three consecutive blocking, holding, and pricking spears, left and right feet in turn stepping up into a left lunge to tie the spear, looking straight ahead (Figure 4).

Easy mistakes: Lunges are not in place.

Correction method: the left leg is half squatted 90 ° and the right leg is straight, the toes are buckled inward, and the soles of the feet are attached to the ground.

4. Lunge collapse spear

Action essentials: the left leg does not move, the right leg steps up to the left in parallel steps, then the right foot retreats to the right and lunges the spear, visually looking at the tip of the spear (Figure 5).

Easy mistakes: not stepping in place.

Correction: Keep your legs straight together.

5. Balance the spear

Essentials: Do not move with your right foot, raise your left foot with your knee and break the spear with both hands, turn around and take the horse, keep your left foot straight, balance your right leg, tie your spear with both hands, and look ahead (Figure 6).

Easy mistake: unstable balance tied to spear.

Corrective method: Practice more.

6. Lunges block spears

Essentials: Leave your left foot still, kick your right leg and turn around while dancing into a lunge to block the spear, looking straight ahead to the right (Fig. 7).

Easy mistakes: Dancing flowers are incorrect.

Correction method: When dancing flowers, the spear should be close to the body.

7. Lunge and tie spears

Action essentials: Tie-down spear in lunges on the upper left leg and look at the tip of the spear visually (Figure 8).

Easy mistake: Left arm flexed.

Corrective method: The left arm should be naturally straightened.

8. Lunge and pike

Action essentials: Turn to the right, rest with your left and right feet, then lunge your left leg into a left lunge, tie your spear upwards with both hands, and look at the tip of the spear (Figure 9).

Easy mistakes: Lunges are not in place.

9. Turn around and squat

Movement essentials: After turning, dance with both hands and squat at the same time, looking at the tip of the spear (Figure 10).

Correction method: It should be done at the same time, with more practice.

10. Withdraw and tie a spear

Action essentials: Catch the spear head with the right hand, do not move the right foot, step back with the left foot into a right lunge, tie the spear downward, and look at the spear tip visually (Figure 11).

Fallible: throwing a spear, incorrect.

Corrective method: Practice throwing spears more.

6. Lunges block spears

17. Knee-jerking spears

Essentials: Raise the knee with the left foot, stand with the right leg outstretched, break the spear with the right hand, and visually look at the tip of the spear (Figure 18).

Mistake: Tiptoe upturn when raising knees.

Correction: Straighten the surface of the left foot and tip of the foot down.

18. Lunge back spear

Action essentials: buckle the right leg in the bend of the left leg, move forward half a step into a right lunge with a spear on your back, and look straight ahead (Figure 19).

Easy mistake: when carrying a spear, the spear is off the shoulder.

Corrective method: When carrying a spear, the spear should be attached to the shoulder.

19. Lunge collapse spear

Action essentials: Leave your left foot still, take a step back with your right leg into a right lunge, break the spear with both hands, and look at the tip of the spear visually (Figure 20).

Easy to make mistakes: bend over with chest and wrong center of gravity.

Correction method: Lunge should be raised with the head and chest up, the waist upright, and the center of gravity between the legs.

Third paragraph:

20. Lunge with a spear

Movement essentials: The left leg retreats into a horse step to block the spear, and the dance flower steps up into a horse step to press the spear into a left lunge and gathers the spear, looking straight ahead (Figure 21).

Easy mistakes: weak and slow step changes.

Correction method: The horse steps should be quick and powerful.

21. Lunge the spear down

Action essentials: Collect the spear with the left hand and grasp the spear head with the right hand, turn around and tie the spear down with the right leg into a lunge, and look at the tip of the spear (Fig. 22).

Fallible: Inaccurate grip of spears.

Correction method: practice holding the spear more.

22. Retreat and tie the spear

Action essentials: do not move the right leg, take a step back with the left leg, turn the right hand and tie the spear under the wrist, visually looking at the tip of the spear (Figure 23).

Fallibility: Incorrect wrist.

Correction method: Turn the right wrist upwards to hold the spear and tie the spear

23. Horse step spear

Action Essentials: Turn around and retreat your right leg back into a horse step, and three times in a row stop, hold, and tie the spear into a horse step to tie the spear, and look at the tip of the spear visually (Figure 24).

Easy to make mistakes: incoherent blocking, holding, and pricking spears.

Correction method: block, hold, and tie spears should be consistent and completed in one go.

24. Lunge with a spear

Action essentials: Hold a spear 360° in both hands, step into a horse and tie a spear, and look straight ahead (Fig. 25).

Easy to make mistakes: The flat cloud spear is incorrect

Corrective method: The flat cloud spear should be armed with a belt.

25. The horse steps with a spear on its back

Action Essentials: Turn around and stride with your right leg buckled at the bend of your left leg, hold the spear shaft in both hands and place it on your right arm, and look straight ahead (Fig. 26).

Correction method: bend the knees and squat 90° into a straight line, with the toes forward.
