shadowless legs bullet legs fast as lightning

Leg bouncing in Chinese martial arts is a fighting technique based on flexion and extension of legs, combined with various techniques and footwork. This leg method is so named for the rapid flexion and extension of the leg to stimulate the force, such as the catapult momentum.

In the following icons, the one who wears the black belt is us, and the person who wears the white belt is the enemy.

First, the leg is springing

1. Make bombs with bullets

Both sides stand in a left-hand fighting style (Figure 1-1). The enemy attacks our chest and crotch with a right leg and a left punch; We immediately push away the enemy’s left fist with our left hand to the right, while bending the right leg and lifting it to block the enemy’s right leg with the inside of the calf (Fig. 1-2). Immediately afterwards, we kicked the enemy’s crotch with a right forward leg (Figs. 1-3).

2. Break and grab

The enemy stepped forward and right, grabbing our chest with his right hand (Figure 2-1). Our left hand is raised and the enemy’s right hand is drawn to the left (Figure 2-2). Immediately after the upward movement, we kick the enemy’s crotch with a right positive leg (Fig. 2-3).

3. Anti-scratching

The enemy grabbed our right shoulder with his left hand and struck us on the head with his right fist (Figure 3-1). Our right hand quickly grasps the enemy’s left wrist, pushes it forward and down, and raises the right knee (Figure 3-2). Immediately afterwards, we kicked the enemy’s lower abdomen with a right front leg (Fig. 3-3).

Second, the front leg is bounced on the side

1. Anti-punch

Our left fighting style and the enemy’s right fighting style standing (Figure 4-1). The enemy slides forward and slid forward, while hitting us in the face with his left fist; We immediately retreated to the left and dodged, while using our left hand to slap down the enemy’s right forearm (Figure 4-2). Third, the hind leg is bounced on the side

1. Attack

Our left fighting style and the enemy’s right fighting style standing (Figure 5-1). The enemy’s right foot advances his left heel step and hits us in the head with his right fist; We immediately twist our hips to the left, and our upper body falls slightly to the left to dodge the enemy’s right fist, and then quickly flick the enemy’s head on the back leg (Fig. 5-2, Fig. 5-3).

2. Pull the side bullet

Both sides stand in a left-hand fighting style (Figure 7-1). The enemy slides forward and attacks our head with a left-punch (Figure 7-2). We immediately twisted our waist to the left and raised our right hand to mount the enemy’s left forearm (Figure 7-3). Immediately afterwards, we continued to turn our crotch to the left, and the back leg bounced and kicked the enemy’s upper left arm hard (Figure 7-4).

Fourth, the front legs bounce back

1. Anti-boxing

Our left fighting style and the enemy’s right fighting standing (Figure 8-1). The enemy slid forward and slid forward, while punching us in the chest with a right punch; We immediately turn to the right, shift our weight to our right foot, avoid the enemy’s right fist, and lift our left foot while (Figure 8-2). 5. Bounce back on the hind legs

Our left fighting style and the enemy’s right fighting style standing (Figure 10-1). The enemy advances forward and punches us in the face with a right punch; We use our left hand to shoot down to block the defense (Figure 10-2). I then turned right and pushed down with my left hand and pressed the enemy’s right hand (Figure 10-3). Immediately afterwards, we kicked the enemy back in the face (Figure 10-4).

6. Flying side bombs

1. Raid

Both sides stand in a left-hand fighting style (Figure 11-1). We jumped on our legs; The enemy’s center of gravity moves back and wants to flee (Figure 11-2). We hit the enemy in the head with a flank (Figure 11-3).

2. Anti-sweep

Both sides stand in a left-hand fighting style (Figure 12-1). The enemy squats with his legs bent and kicks our legs with his right leg sweep; We immediately kicked our legs on the ground and flew into the air to avoid the enemy’s leg sweep (Figure 12-2). Constantly moving upwards, we kicked the enemy’s head in the air with a flanking leg (Figure 13-3).
