Seven Fist Techniques for Special Forces Fighters

Fist is one of the most powerful techniques in special combat because it is fast, flexible and flexible, and is a highly destructive attack weapon.

Example 1: Left straight punch head + right straight punch belly + left punch head

Taking advantage of the enemy’s face being caught and his eyes blurred, our side immediately attacked the enemy’s center plate and slammed the enemy’s abdomen with a right straight fist (Figure 2-2). Taking advantage of the enemy’s abdomen blow and bending his abdomen, our side quickly hit the enemy in the jaw with a straight left fist (Fig. 2-3).

Taking advantage of the enemy’s abdomen blow and bowing his head, we quickly slammed the ear root or solar point on the left side of the enemy’s head with a right fist (Figure 4-2).

Then our right foot descends forward, and attacks the enemy’s head with a straight right fist; The enemy blocks the defense with his right arm (Figure 5-2). Our right hand immediately grabbed the enemy’s right wrist and pulled the enemy’s right arm back hard, forcing the enemy’s upper body forward, while we quickly slammed the enemy’s front with a straight left fist (Figure 5-3).

Example 6: Left straight punch head + left kick kick knee + right punch head

The two sides began with a left-fighting confrontation. We punch the enemy with a left straight fist; The enemy dodged back (Figure 6-1). We followed the right foot and kicked the knee of the enemy’s front leg (left leg) with a left kick, injuring him (Figure 6-2). Taking advantage of the enemy’s left knee injury and pain and bending forward, we quickly slammed the ear root or solar point on the left side of the enemy’s head with a right fist (Figure 6-3).

The two sides began with a left-fighting confrontation. The enemy attacked our head with a right fist; We dived to the left to avoid enemy attacks (Figure 7-1). Taking advantage of the enemy’s habitual right fist and the empty defense on the left side, our side quickly got up and struck the right side of the enemy’s head with a left fist (Figure 7-2). Taking advantage of the enemy’s slow response, our side immediately slammed the left side of the enemy’s head with a right fist (Figure 7-3).
