Self-defense with just one punch

In actual self-defense, we generally advocate not entanglement with gangsters, and should get out as soon as possible, leave the scene, and call the police. Therefore, you should master the escape fighting technique that allows you to crush a gangster with just one punch when it attacks you.

Compiled 8 sets of fighting moves that only need one punch to escape from the enemy, and share them with everyone.

First, double smashing fists to relieve throat

The enemy stepped forward and right, while choking our throats with both hands (Figure 1-1). At this point, our side quickly used both arms to sharply pull forward and upward from the inside of the enemy’s arms, and untied the enemy’s choking hands (Fig. 1-2). Immediately with both hands in a fist, we slammed the enemy’s face forward and down (Figures 1-3). After defeating the enemy, quickly escape and call the police.

Second, turn over the fist and smash the face and grab the hair

From behind, the enemy steps up to the right and grabs our hair with his right hand (Figure 2-1). Our left foot immediately retreats and at the same time clasps the enemy’s right hand behind our head with our right hand (Figure 2-2). Immediately afterwards, we turn our body to the left and at the same time hit the enemy’s right temple with our left fist (Figure 2-3). After defeating the enemy, quickly escape and call the police.

Third, the wrist is struck to break the enemy’s surface

The enemy is in front of us, steps up to the left, and punches us in the face with a straight right punch (Figure 3-1). We step back with our right foot and retreat to dodge, while blocking the enemy’s right fist with our right forearm outward (Figure 3-2). Constantly moving upward, we grabbed the enemy’s right wrist with our right hand and pulled it backwards, while striking the enemy’s right rib with our left fist (Figure 3-1). After defeating the enemy, quickly escape and call the police.

Fourth, hold the legs, smash the face, break the enemy’s legs

The enemy kicked our abdomen with his right right leg (Figure 4-1). I dodged forward to the left while holding the enemy’s right leg with my right arm (Figure 4-2). Moving up, we slammed the enemy’s face with a left-flip back fist (Figs. 4-3). After defeating the enemy, quickly escape and call the police.

Fifth, block the leg straight boxing surface and break the bullet leg

We stand with our left foot in front of us, and the enemy attacks our crotch with its right leg (Figure 5-1). We immediately raise our left knee, swing our leg inward, and block the enemy’s right leg with our left calf (Figure 5-2). The upward movement is non-stop, and our left foot lands forward with the enemy’s right foot, and at the same time slams the enemy’s front with a straight right fist (Figure 5-2). After defeating the enemy, quickly escape and call the police.

6. Raise the wrist to break the enemy’s wrist

From behind, the enemy grasps our left wrist with his right hand (Figure 6-1). We immediately turn back to the left, bend our left elbow at the same time, lift our left wrist upwards, and break free from the enemy’s right grip (Figure 6-2). Constantly moving upwards, our side slammed into the enemy’s right rib with our right fist (Figure 6-3). After defeating the enemy, quickly escape and call the police.

7. Turn around and draw your arm and break your grip

From behind, the enemy grasps our left forearm with his right hand (Figure 7-1). We immediately turned to the left and back, while flexing our left arm and jerking it to the left and back, breaking free from the enemy’s grab arm (Figure 7-2). Constantly moving upwards, we slammed our right fist forward and upwards into the enemy’s abdomen (Figure 7-3). After defeating the enemy, quickly escape and call the police.

8. Pick an arm to hit the face and break the abdomen

We stand with our left foot in front of us, and the enemy steps forward and left while hitting us in the abdomen with our right fist (Figure 8-1). We immediately turn to the right and back, dodge the enemy’s right fist, and at the same time use our left arm to the right and back to pick the enemy’s right arm to defuse the enemy’s attack (Figure 8-2). Moving upwards, we turn our bodies to the left and back, while hitting the enemy in the face with a straight right punch (Figure 8-3). After defeating the enemy, quickly escape and call the police.
