Self-defense techniques that specialize in kicking the knee and neck

Compiled 19 sets of leg strikes that specifically attack the knee joint and calf clan, and share them with you.

These leg techniques belong to the dark legs in traditional Chinese martial arts, and have the characteristics of strong concealment, high hit rate and great destructive power.

First, the arm is fisted + side kicking the neck bone

Both sides confront each other in a left-fighting style (Figure 1-1). The enemy leaned forward and punched me in the face with a left straight punch; We immediately dodged backwards and mounted the defense with our left arm, while simultaneously kicking the left leg and violently kicking the neck of the enemy’s front leg (left leg), injuring it (Figs. 1-2).

Second, the anti-kick + kick the inside of the knee

Both sides confront each other in a left-fighting style (Figure 2-1). The enemy turned to the left and kicked his legs on the right high side to attack our head; We immediately dodged backwards and defended with our left palm outward, while kicking the enemy’s leg (left leg) hard with our left leg and kicking the inside of the knee joint of the enemy’s support leg (left leg), causing the enemy’s left leg to be broken and fell to the ground (Figure 2-2).

Third, smooth punching + kicking and kicking the knee

We step up to the left and attack the enemy’s chest with a smooth punch; The enemy’s left arm blocks the defense (Figure 3-1). We immediately kicked the knee of the enemy’s front leg (left leg) with a kick on the left side, causing the enemy to stand unsteadily and kneel (Figure 3-2)

Fourth, the upper step hook + side kick knee hole

We step up and right, step in, and punch the enemy chest and abdomen with an upward hook with our right hand (Figure 4-1). Forcing the enemy to turn left and dodge, our side took this opportunity to step with our left foot and quickly kicked the knee of the enemy’s front leg (right leg) with a right kick, causing the enemy to kneel on the ground (Figure 4-2).

5. Ma Bu Ge arm + kick leg kick

The enemy attacked our chest with a right lunge and a straight fist on the right; We stand with our left step up, turn right, and stand on horseback, blocking the enemy’s right forearm with our left arm and blocking the enemy’s right fist (Figure 5-1). We then step on our right foot and kick the front of the knee joint of the enemy’s front leg (right leg) with our left foot, injuring the joint of the right knee (Figure 5-2).

6. Leg + kick the inside of the knee

The enemy swept our head with a high right whip leg; We immediately turn to the left and block outward with both forearms (Figure 6-1). Immediately afterwards, we kicked the inside of the knee joint of the enemy’s supporting leg (left leg) with a kick on the right side, and the enemy was injured to the ground (Figure 6-2)

7. Blocking fist + kicking the neck

The enemy punches me with a left lunge and a straight left punch; We immediately defended with a left lunge and a left arm (Figure 7-1). Immediately afterwards, our side quickly hit the neck of the enemy’s front leg (left leg) with a shovel leg, causing it to break and lose its combat effectiveness (Figure 7-2).

8. Take the wrist to pull the arm + shovel to hit the neck

The enemy hits our chest with a left lunge and a straight right fist; We immediately blocked the defense with a left dash and a left arm (Figure 8-1). Immediately afterwards, our left hand grasps the enemy’s right wrist and pulls back, while simultaneously striking the calf cuncle of the enemy’s front leg (left leg) with the left leg forward, causing it to break (Figure 8-2).

9. Holding legs to prevent kicking + shovel inside the knee

The enemy attacked our chest with a left kick; We immediately turned to the left and quickly grabbed the enemy’s left calf with both hands (Figure 9-1). Immediately, the right foot is quickly struck forward to support the inside of the knee joint of the enemy’s leg (right leg), causing the enemy to fall to the ground with injuries (Figure 9-2).

10. Hook hands and hang legs + kick legs and hit knees

The enemy kicked our abdomen with a right right kick; We immediately dodged to the right, while using our left hook to hook the enemy’s right calf outward to defuse the enemy attack (Figure 10-1). Then we turn left and kick the front of the knee joint of the enemy’s support leg (left leg) with our right leg, kicking the enemy to the ground (Figure 10-2).

11. Leg anti-kick + shovel knee inside

The enemy attacked our chest and abdomen with his right kick; We wrapped our hands around the enemy’s right calf to block their attack (Figure 11-1). We then quickly struck the inside of the knee joint of the enemy’s supporting leg (left leg) with our right foot forward, causing the enemy’s left knee to be frustrated and fell to the ground (Figure 11-2).

12. Dodge kick + shovel inside the knee

The enemy kicked his legs on the right side of the high position and attacked our head; We immediately turned to the right and dodged on our backs (Figure 12-1). Immediately afterwards, our side quickly hit the inside of the knee joint of the enemy’s supporting leg (left leg) with a left shovel, causing the enemy to fall to the left after being wounded (Figure 12-2).

Thirteen, step forward + step on the neck bone

We step up to the left and attack the enemy’s chest with a smooth left punch; The enemy defends with horseback steps and left arms (Figure 13-1). We immediately quickly changed our attack to the enemy’s lower plate and slammed on the calf and neck of the enemy’s front leg (left leg) with a right amputation, causing it to fracture and lose its ability to invade (Figure 13-2).

14. Smooth fist + leg amputation and knee stepping

Our side stepped up to the left and attacked the enemy’s front with a left lunge and a left straight fist; The enemy dodged with a left dash and a back (Figure 14-1). We then step forward with our right amputation and vigorously step on the front of the knee joint of the enemy’s front leg (left leg), dislocating or bruising the enemy’s left knee (Figure 14-2).

Fifteen, arm anti-fist + step on the knee

The enemy punched me in the face with a left fist; We block the defense with a left dash and a left arm (Figure 15-1). Immediately afterwards, we step forward with our left foot on the front of the enemy’s right knee joint, dislocating or breaking it (Figure 15-2).

16. Arm defense + kick knee hole

The enemy stepped up, approached, and at the same time smashed our face with a right-flip back fist; We immediately defended with a right lunge and a right arm (Figure 16-1). The enemy turned back to the left and tried to attack me with his left whip fist; At the moment when the enemy turned his back to us, we quickly kicked the enemy’s right knee with a right leg, causing the enemy to fall to his knees (Figure 16-2).

17. Wrist + step on the inside of the knee

The enemy steps up to the left and attacks our chest with a striking right fist; We immediately dodged to the left, while grabbing the enemy’s right wrist with our right hand, grasping and pressing the enemy’s right elbow with our left hand, and pulling the enemy’s right arm back with both hands, while raising our right foot to charge and prepare for a counterattack (Figure 17-1). Immediately afterwards, we used our right amputation to violently step on the inside of the knee joint of the enemy’s front leg (left leg), causing the enemy to kneel with injuries (Figure 17-2).

18. Clamp leg anti-pedaling + stepping on the inside of the knee

The enemy struck us in the chest and abdomen with his right leg; With our left leg in front, we wrap our right arm around the enemy’s right calf and block its attack (Figure 18-1). We then used our right amputated leg to step forward and violently step on the inside of the knee joint of the enemy’s support leg (left leg), causing the enemy to fall to the ground (Figure 18-2).

19. Stomping your knees

The enemy is on his right foot and wants to attack our upper plate with his fist; We took the lead, stepped up, and hooked the enemy’s right heel with our left foot (Figure 19-1). Without stopping, we quickly turned to the left and stomped hard with our right foot on the front of the enemy’s right knee joint, dislocating it and rendering it incapacitated (Figure 19-2).
