Sanda leg sweeping real combat moves

I have compiled a set of leg-sweeping combat techniques of martial arts sanda and shared them with everyone.

This is a sequel to the brilliant shadowless leg-side swing leg, fast speed, strong strength, strong lethality, and heavy damage to the enemy’s chest and ribs and head.

In the following icons, the one who wears the black belt is us, and the person who wears the white belt is the enemy.

First, turn around and sweep your legs

1. Turn around and sweep your legs

Our side stands in a right-hand fighting style and the enemy stands in a left-wing fighting style (Figure 1-1). The enemy slid forward and punched us in the chest with a left-punch; We immediately push forward the enemy’s left arm with the outside of both forearms (Fig. 1-2). Immediately afterwards, I turned to the left and back half a circle to turn and sweep my legs and kick the enemy’s back, defeating the enemy (Figures 1-3).

2. Anti-leg sweep

Both sides stand in a right-hand fighting style (Figure 2-1). The enemy stepped forward with his left foot, then attacked our chest with his right kick; We immediately turn to the left and at the same time push forward to the left with the outside of both forearms to block the enemy’s right calf (Fig. 2-2). Immediately afterwards, I turned half a circle to the left and back, and with a left back sweep, I swept my leg and kicked the enemy in the chest to defeat him (Figures 2-3).

Second, squat and sweep back

1. Sweep your legs after punching

Our side stands in a left fighting style and the enemy in a right fighting style (Figure 3-1). We step forward with our left foot while punching the enemy in the chest with a left punch (Figure 3-2). Immediately afterwards, our legs quickly bent our knees and squatted, while turning back to the right for half a week, and kicking the lower part of the enemy’s legs with a squat back leg sweep, kicking the enemy to the ground (Figure 3-3).

2. Sweep back from squatting on the ground

Our side stands in a left fighting style and the enemy in a right fighting style (Figure 4-1). The enemy steps forward with his left foot, then attacks our head with his right kick; We immediately crouched down with both legs to avoid the enemy’s right leg attack, while supporting the ground with both hands and swinging the right leg straight back (Figure 4-2). Immediately afterwards, we kicked the enemy’s left leg as a supporting leg with a squat back sweep leg and kicked him to the ground (Figure 4-3).

3. Sweep before squatting on the ground

Both sides stand in a left-hand fighting style (Figure 5-1). The enemy slid forward with both feet while punching us in the chest with a left-punch punch (Figure 5-2). We immediately crouch with our legs bent and knees at the same time, while turning to the left for half a circle, sweeping the lower part of the enemy’s legs forward with our right legs, and kicking them to the ground (5-3).

4. Left and right continuous scanning

Our side stands in a left-fighting style and the enemy in a right-hand fighting style (Figure 6-1). I turned to the left and swept the lower part of the enemy’s front leg forward and down with my right leg, and the enemy dodged with his knee raised (Figure 6-2). Immediately afterwards, I squatted with my legs bent and kicked the right leg of the enemy’s support leg with my left leg and kicked him to the ground (Figure 6-3).
